事前にいろんなパパたちに募集して集めたメッセージを紹介していくんですけれども

前回は子育て家族に関して悩んでいることとか困っていること

いやもうよかったことしかないぐらいですね最高だなと思ってますね

父親でみたいなとかっていうか

It's like wanting to be a father or something.

もう日々ですよね家族でみんなで食事を生洗いながら食べれてる時とか

It's already a daily routine, like when the whole family can eat together while enjoying freshly made meals.

ちょっとしたことじゃないですか些細なことかもしれない日常のことかもしれないですけど

It may be a trivial thing, just a small everyday matter, but...

そういった瞬間にもう家族って最高だなっていう風に思いますね

In moments like that, I really think that family is the best.

じゃあ一方でよくあると思うんですけど子育てって大変だなって思った瞬間

Well, I think it’s common to feel that parenting is really tough at times.

あんまないんですよね

It's not that common.

ラジオ的にも盛り上がらないと思うんですけど

I don't think it will be exciting for the radio either.

いやいや

No, no.

大変だなって思ったことはあんまないですね

I don't really think that it's particularly tough.

でも楽しいというか

But it's fun, or rather...

大したのが上回るという感じですよね

It feels like something significant is surpassing.

大変さってそんなにない

時間的な部分とかでね

夫婦二人でやってた時よりかは

大変かといえばやることは増えたよね

大変なことは増えたよねみたいなところはあるけれども

でもそこは下さんさっきおっしゃった通り

楽しさの方が上回るというか

自分たちが欲しくて子供を産んで育ててるみたいなところがあるから

やっぱりそこは自分が選んで今の状況にあるっていうのを考えると

When I think about the fact that I chose to be in this situation, after all.

後悔はなく

No regrets.

やれてるのかなっていうのはありますよね

あとは良かったなって思うのは

すごく考え方は変わりましたね僕自身

My way of thinking has changed a lot, personally.

I wonder what it is after all.

子供ってとても人間っぽいところをすごく見習うことが多かったというか

Children often tend to learn a lot from very human-like qualities.

やっぱり楽しい時は笑うし

When it's fun, we laugh after all.

嫌なことは嫌

I don't like what I don't like.

なんか変にずっと仕事ばっかり

It's strange how I've been just working all the time.

やっぱりしてると嫌なことを嫌と言えないとか

I can't say I dislike things I actually dislike after all.

建前でこう言ってるけど本間は違うよねみたいな

It's like saying this is the official stance, but the reality is different, right?

変に感情をそっちのけで仕事を優先するみたいなところってあったけれども

There were times when I prioritized work over my emotions in a strange way.

そうじゃなくてもいいんだじゃないけど

It's not like it has to be that way, but...

そういう人間の本心みたいなところで判断してもいいんだなっていうか

I guess it's okay to judge based on the true feelings of such a person.

人間ってそうだよねみたいなのを改めて意識し直すみたいな

It's about rethinking and becoming aware of what it means to be human, right?

At that point

やっぱり子供が生まれて改めて気が付くようになったので

I've realized it again since having a child.

それってやっぱり仕事の時もそうだよねみたいな感じで

That's how it feels during work too, right?

やっぱりいざチームとしてなんかやるっていうのもそうだし

As I thought, doing something as a team is one thing.

部下の子とか後輩の子とかとも接し方っていうのも

The way to interact with subordinates and juniors is also...

今までだったら仕事としての理屈がそうだから

Until now, that's how the reasoning for work has been.

こうやるべきだよねっていったところを

本人たちの気持ちはどうなのかとか

What are their feelings about it?

人として感情的になった時にそこと

When I become emotional as a person, there...

仕事との折り合いをどうつけるのかっていったところの

How to balance work with other things.

判断の仕方とかっていうのは自分自身の考え方が変わったのは

The way I make judgments has changed my own way of thinking.

やっぱり子供が生まれる前後ではすごく大きく変わったので

I guess things changed a lot before and after the baby was born.

そこは自分自身のためにもなったなっていうのはすごく感じますね

I really feel that it was beneficial for myself as well.

子供との関係性がやっぱり近く一緒にいる時間も長かったりとか

The relationship with my child is indeed close, and we spend a lot of time together.

そういう時間を持てたりするとまたなんかその

Having time like that again makes me feel something.

よかったこととかいろんなこととか

いろんなものを経験できるチャンスみたいなのは絶対増えますよね

うちもだからこと長女とかに関して言うと

So when it comes to our eldest daughter,

やっぱすごい教えられたなって思うのは

I really feel like I was taught something amazing.

割と長女に弱みを見せれる

I can relatively show my weaknesses to my eldest daughter.

ダメなところとか疲れたとかもう嫌だとかっていうのは

The things that are not good, feeling tired, or saying "I can't stand this anymore" are...

割とこう妻にも別に言えるんだけど

I can actually tell my wife about this as well.

妻とか長女にはすごく言いやすくて

It's really easy to talk to my wife and eldest daughter.

言える人が増えたなっていう

I feel like there are more people who can say that now.

あとはカッコつけなくていいやっていう

"I don't need to try to be cool anymore."

この二人っていう

もう一人下もいるけど

それがなんかできるようになったらだいぶ楽になったような気がする

最終的に自分のためになってるっていうね

大変だなと思うのは

生まれた時に子供の名前って超重たいと思って

この子の人生めっちゃ左右するものを決めなければいけないって

I have to decide something that will greatly impact this child's life.

生まれた時ってそれが一番重たいと思ったんだけど

特にうちの住んでる地域は選択性

すごいイラつくっていうのは分かる

男女共になんですけど

意識高いっていう人

あそこはちゃんとパパもやるし

ママもちゃんとこういうことやってるし

みたいなこと言うけど

そういう話じゃないと思う

だとしたら意識高い上等なんですけどね

いろいろ私も20カ所ぐらいは行ったと思うんですけど

本当に一番おすすめは近所の地域の公園が一番いいと思います

I truly believe that the best recommendation is the local neighborhood park.

なぜならパパ友とかに会える確率がすごい高いですので

That's because the probability of meeting other dads is really high.
