자 먼저 무거운 복을 떠받치고 있는 두꺼운 목근육을 풀어주는 동작인데요.

First, it's a movement to relax the thick neck muscles that are supporting the heavy load of fortune.

자 머리부터 어깨까지 쭉 이어지는 근육 두개가 있어요.

There are two muscles that run straight from the head to the shoulders.

자 목 뒤쪽에 머리부터 어깨로 승모근으로 연결되는 근육 두개 있지요.

There are two muscles that connect from the back of the head to the shoulders to the trapezius muscle.

우측 좌측 귀 뒤쪽 밑에 목 잡으면 딱 잡히는 그 근육인데요.

It's the muscle that you can feel exactly when you grab the area just below the back of your neck, to the right and left of your ears.

먼저 오른손을 들어서

First, raise your right hand.

왼쪽 귀 밑에 있는 귀밑에서 승모근을 연결되는 그 근육을 잡아서

Grab the muscle that connects to the trapezius below the left ear.

꾹꾹 잡아당기듯 눌러줍니다.

It presses down as if pulling tightly.

쇄골까지 쭉 잡아당기면서 꾹꾹 눌러주세요.

Please pull it all the way to the collarbone and press down firmly.

중요합니다.

살짝의 욱신거림을 느끼면서 꾹꾹 눌러주세요.
