아버지 하나님 오늘도 예배 드리기 전에 하나님의 말씀을 우리가 받으시는 시간 주시면 감사합니다.

Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us this time to receive Your Word before we worship today.

성령께서 오늘도 우리를 진위로 인도하시고 말씀을 깨닫고

The Holy Spirit guides us into truth today and helps us understand the word.

말씀 안의 과함으로 이 땅에 사는 동안에 좌로나 오로나 치우치지 않고

During the time we live on this earth, may we not waver to the left or right by the excess of words.

생명 안의 과함으로 우리가 생명 안의 아버지의 축복을 누리는 삶을 살게 하옵소서

May we live a life that enjoys the blessings of the Father in life through the abundance of life.

자 오늘 갈라리에서 끝냅니다. 갈라리에서 6장입니다.

Alright, we'll finish at Galatians today. It's Galatians chapter 6.

갈라리에서 6장 9절부터 보겠습니다. 갈라리에서 6장 9절부터 마지막 절까지 읽겠습니다.

Let's look at Galatians, chapter 6, starting from verse 9. I will read from Galatians chapter 6, verse 9 to the last verse.

갈라리에서 6장 9절부터 읽겠습니다.

오직 새로운 피종을 뿐이니라 이 규례를 따라 행하는 자들에게와 하나님의 이스라엘 위에 화평과 자비가 있을지하다

Only new offspring will be. May peace and mercy be upon those who walk according to this rule and upon the Israel of God.

이제부터는 아무도 나를 괴롭게 하지 말라 나는 내 몸에 주 예수의 표를 지느니라

From now on, let no one trouble me, for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.

형제들아 우리 주 예수 그리스의 은혜가 너의 영과 함께 있을지하다. 아멘

Brothers, may the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

사실 우리가 하나님을 축복하는 것은 멀리 있지 않습니다.

In fact, blessing God is not far from us.

하나님의 자녀들을 우리가 축복하면 그게 바로 하나님을 축복하는 거고 그렇게 할 때 결국 하나님께서 주시는 축복을 거두는 겁니다.

When we bless God's children, we are effectively blessing God, and in doing so, we ultimately reap the blessings that God gives.

그래서 우리는 어찌하든지 교회 안에 있는 형제 자매들이 어려울 때 저들에게 선을 베푸는 거 이거 하나님이 기뻐합니다.

So no matter what, when our brothers and sisters in the church are in difficulties, helping them is something that pleases God.

특별히 가장 가깝게는 가족들이죠. 그렇죠? 가족들 부모 형제 가족들에게 선을 베푸는 것이 이것입니다.

Specially, the closest ones are family, right? It is about showing kindness to family members, parents, and siblings.

그것이 바로 하나님이 기뻐하는 거죠. 믿음의 가족들에게 아니라 특히 물론 믿지 않은 사람들에게도 우리가 선을 행한 후로 그들에게 복음을 전할 수가 있죠.

That is what pleases God. After we do good deeds, we can share the Gospel with not only our believing family members but especially with those who do not believe.

그러나 특별히 더 믿음의 가족들에게 하라 해라 이렇게 오늘 우리에게 말씀합니다.

However, today He tells us to specifically do this for families of faith.

자 여기 지금 사도바울이 큰 글자로 썼다 그랬습니다. 물론 그분이 눈이 좀 안 좋았지만 자고간 큰 글자로 썼다는 것은 그만큼 강조하는 거죠.

Here, it is said that Apostle Paul wrote in large letters. Of course, he had some eye problems, but writing in such large letters emphasizes the importance of his message.

강조하는 거다 이런 얘기인데.

It's about emphasizing this kind of talk.

왜 그런가 하면 육신의 좋은 모양을 내고자 하는 자들이 억지로 너희를 한례를 받게 하는 것이다.

The reason is that those who want to show off the good appearance of the flesh are forcing you to be circumcised.

이게 뭔가 하면 유대인들은 나면서 8일 만에 한례를 받아왔습니다.

What this means is that Jews have been circumcised on the eighth day after birth.

그렇기 때문에 한례를 받지 말라고 하면 핍박이 옵니다.

That's why if you are told not to undergo circumcision, persecution will come.

그런데 사실은 그 한례가 필요 없습니다.

However, in fact, that circumcision is not necessary.

이제는 모세의 율법에 있는 한례는 이미 지나갔고 예수 그리스도의 한례가 필요하거든요.

Now the circumcision of the law of Moses has already passed, and we need the circumcision of Jesus Christ.

그렇기 때문에 시대가 바뀔 때.

That's why when the times change.

시대가 바뀔 때 굉장히 혼란이 있죠 혼란이 있어요.

When the times change, there is a lot of confusion. There is confusion.

예수도 믿고 예수도 믿고 한례도 받아 그러면 아무 핍박이 없어요.

Believing in Jesus and receiving circumcision means there will be no persecution at all.

그런데 한례를 받으면 안 된다고 그러니까 모세가 그렇게 두드려 맞고 도래 맞고 그런 거예요 여러분.

However, it’s said that one should not undergo circumcision, which is why Moses was beaten and punished like that, everyone.

그러면 예수만 믿으면 되는데 한례받는 게 어떠냐.

Then why not just believe in Jesus instead of being circumcised?

그러나 사실은 하나님의 말씀이라는 건 말이죠.

However, the truth is that it is the word of God.

있는 그대로 확실하게 전해야지.

I will convey it exactly as it is.

진리의 말씀을 분별해서 때를 따라 말씀을 줘야 되는데 사람에게 핍박을 받지 않으려고 하는 거.

We must discern the words of truth and provide them at the right time, but it seems there is a reluctance to do so in order to avoid persecution from others.

오늘날은 그런 게 많죠.

These days, there are a lot of those things.

예를 들어서 말이죠.

For example.

오늘날은 거꾸로 해요.

These days, things are done backwards.

예수를 믿고 구원받으라고 그러는데 예수님이 오신다는 얘기 안 하면 핍박을 안 받아요.

They say to believe in Jesus and be saved, but if you don't talk about Jesus coming, you won't face persecution.

그런데 그걸 알면서도 핍박을 안 받게 해서 얘기를 안 해요.

However, even though they know that, they don't talk about it to avoid persecution.

그러므로 사람들이 정신을 못 차리게 하고 사람들의 삶이 거룩해진 것을 오히려 방해하는 거예요.

Therefore, it is something that hinders people from being mindful and prevents their lives from being holy.

그렇기 때문에.

That's why.

그러니까 언제든지 편하게 믿는 사람들은 핍박을 피해갑니다.

So anytime, those who comfortably trust will avoid persecution.

여러분 성교 사람들이 많이 나가 있죠.

Many of you are out there with the missionaries.

뭐 모슬렘권에도 나가 있고 공산권에도 나가 있고 그런데 핍박을 다 피해다닌다고요.

Well, they are in both the Muslim world and the communist world, but they say they avoid all persecution.

핍박을 피해다녀요.

I am avoiding persecution.

그러니까 결국은 핍박을 피해다니니까 복음을 못 전해요.

So in the end, because they are running away from persecution, they can't share the Gospel.

복음을 못 전하고 그저 학교에 등록해서 학생 생활하면서 입도 뻥끗 못하고 살아요.

I can't share the gospel and just live as a student, enrolled in school, without being able to say anything.

저는 제가 가서 봤기 때문에 알아요.

I know because I went and saw it.

사도바울이 어떻게 그렇게 했습니다.

How did the Apostle Paul do that?

사도바울은 예루살렘에 가려고 그러는데 빌립의 딸들이 예언을 했어요.

The Apostle Paul was trying to go to Jerusalem, but the daughters of Philip prophesied.

사도바울이 허리띠를 가지고 보여주면서 예루살렘에 가면 이 허리띠 주인이 결박당한다.

As Paul showed the belt, he said that when he goes to Jerusalem, the owner of this belt will be bound.

예언했죠. 성교 예언했어요. 맞아요.

I prophesied. I prophesied sexual intercourse. That's right.

그런데 사도바울은 안 갈 수도 있어요. 그렇죠.

But Paul the Apostle might not go. That's right.

안 갈 수도 있지만 그는 그럼에도 갔어요. 왜?

He might not have gone, but nonetheless, he went. Why?

하나님이 가라고 그러니까.

God told me to go.

이것저것 다 피하다가는 아무것도 안 되죠.

If you keep avoiding everything, nothing will get done.

조금만 어려우면 그렇지 않습니까?

Isn't it the case that it's just a little difficult?

왜 순교자가 순교합니까? 조금만 말 바꾸면 순교 안 할 수 있어요.

Why does a martyr become a martyr? With just a little change in words, one could avoid martyrdom.

안 할 수 있어요.

I can skip it.

옛날 6.25 때도 공산당이 내려와서 너희들 예배드리면 안 된다 그러니까 다 안 드렸어요. 거의 다.

Back during the 6.25 War, the communists came down and said you couldn't hold your worship, so nobody did. Almost no one.

목사들도 거의 다.

Almost all pastors too.

그런데 어떤 분들은 선양 목사 같은 분은 끝까지 지켰고

However, some people, like Pastor Seonyang, kept their commitment until the end.

공산당이 와가지고 총을...

The Communist Party came and took the guns...

A gun...

그때 개물의 판을 가지고 그분 발을 짓이겠어요.

At that time, I will crush his foot with the board of the dog.

너 예수 믿을래 안 믿을래?

Do you want to believe in Jesus or not?

아, 믿어야지. 당신들 믿어야 돼.

Ah, you have to believe. You must believe in yourselves.

확 징이고. 확 징이고.

이렇게 했죠.

I did it like this.

그가 잠깐 동안 거짓말로 안 믿을 게 그랬으면 비박을 멸했을 거예요.

If he had only lied for a moment, he would have destroyed the opposition.

그러나 끝까지 그렇기 때문에 그는 그렇게 고난을 받았죠.

However, that's why he endured such hardships until the end.

요즘 그리스산들이 고난을 피해갑니다.

These days, Greeks are avoiding hardships.

어려움을 피해가요. 고난을 뚫고 나가야만 하나님의 영광을 보는데

Avoiding difficulties. Only by going through hardships can we see God's glory.

고난을 다 피해나가고 결국은...

After avoiding all hardships, in the end...

뭐를 자랑해요?

What are you bragging about?

모든 게 잘 되는 걸 자랑하게 되어있죠.

Everything is meant to be a source of pride when it goes well.

여기 육신의 모양이 뭡니까?

What is the form of the flesh here?

할래 받았어요, 이 사람. 할래 받았어요.

I received a haircut, this person. I received a haircut.

이래가지고 유대인들한테 이 사람은 할래 받았다고 그러면서

"By doing this, he is saying to the Jews that this person has been circumcised."

예수 믿는 걸 싹 밑으로 놓고서 그렇게 해서

By completely disregarding believing in Jesus and doing it that way.

비박을... 결국은 박해를 받지 않았다.

I didn't end up being persecuted after all.

그런데 너희를 할래 받게 하는 것은

But what makes you want to be circumcised is...

다만 그들이 그리스의 십자가 때문에 박해받지 않으려는 것뿐이다.

They only want to avoid persecution because of the cross of Christ.

이렇게 얘기한 것처럼. 이렇게 얘기했잖아요.

Just like I said. I told you like this.

그래서

So

그래서 사도 바울은

So the Apostle Paul

자기가 할래를 받지 않기 때문에, 받지 말라고 그랬기 때문에

Because they said they don't want to receive a call, so they told me not to receive it.

비박당한다는 것을 여기에 말씀하고 있었어요.

I was saying here that I would be camping out.

그런데 사실 할래도 받으라고 그러는데

But in fact, they say to receive it even if you don't want to.

그 사람들을 저죽고 하는지 모르는 거죠.

They don't know whether those people are dying or not.

여러분, 갈라리아에서 3장 보겠습니다.

Everyone, let's look at Galatians chapter 3.

5장 보겠습니다. 5장.

Let's look at Chapter 5. Chapter 5.

하나님의 말씀에 무지하니까

Because of ignorance of God's word.

할래를 받는다는 게 뭐 포경수술을 한 거다.

Receiving a circumcision is like having a circumcision done.

아, 이 사람 포경수술했다. 이런 거죠.

Ah, this person has been circumcised. Something like that.

그건 무슨 뭐... 요즘에 건강이 안 좋으니까

It's just that... my health hasn't been good lately.

나면서 포경수술하죠.

They perform circumcision upon birth.

그런데 하나님의 말씀에 할래는 엄청난 뜻이 있죠.

However, the word of God has a tremendous meaning regarding circumcision.

5장 3절 보면

In chapter 5, verse 3,

내가 할래 받은 모든 사람에게 다시 증거하느니

"I will testify again to everyone I have received."

그는 온 율법을 행할 의무가 있는 자라.

He is one who is obligated to fulfill the entire law.

다시 율법 속으로 다시 그 사람을 쳐넣는 거예요.

It means putting that person back into the law again.

율법 속으로 다시 들어가고 어떻게 예수를 믿어요.

How can we believe in Jesus when we go back into the law?

양수겹장이 없어요. 여러분.

There is no amniotic sac, everyone.

이게 양보하는 거예요.

This is what it means to give way.

그러니까 육신의 것을 가지고 아, 이 사람 할래 받았어요.

So, with the things of the flesh, oh, this person has received acall.

그리고 예수 믿는 걸 가렸어요.

And I concealed my belief in Jesus.

그러니까 핍박은 안 받았어요.

So I didn't experience any persecution.

유대인들은 할래만 받게 되면 괜찮아요.

Jews are fine as long as they get circumcised.

그런데 할래를 안 받으면 백성 간에 끊어진다고 그랬거든. 아브라함에게.

However, it was said that if you do not receive circumcision, you will be cut off from the people. To Abraham.

그러나 이스라엘 백성 간에 끊어질지 몰라도

"However, it may be cut off among the people of Israel."

하나님의 자녀가 되는 건데

It's about becoming a child of God.

그거를 막는 결과가 됐어요.

It resulted in preventing that.

그래서 이 바리새인들이

So these Pharisees

이왕인 크리스천들도 할래를 받아야 된다고 주장했죠. 여러분.

Even Christians assert that they should be circumcised. Everyone.

주장했죠. 그럴 때 뭐라고 그랬어요.

I insisted. What did you say at that time?

우리 한번 사도행전 다시 한번 찾아봅시다.

Let's take a look at the Book of Acts again.

사도행전 15장인가 하면 있죠. 15장.

It's Acts chapter 15, right? Chapter 15.

사도행전 15장 보면 혼란이 있었어요.

In Acts chapter 15, there was confusion.

항상 시대가 바뀔 때마다 과도기의 혼란이 있죠.

There is always confusion during transitional periods whenever times change.

오늘날도 어떤 혼란이 있습니까?

Is there any confusion today?

여러 가지 혼란이 많죠. 예수님 오시는 것에 대해서 환란에 대해서

There are many kinds of confusion. Regarding the coming of Jesus and the tribulation.

휴고에 대해서 여러 가지 혼란이 많죠.

There is a lot of confusion regarding Hugo.

15장 5절 보면 말이죠.

If you look at verse 5 of chapter 15.

그러나 바리새파에 있는 믿는 몇 사람이 일어나서 말하기를 그들에게 할래를 주는 것이 필요하니

But some believers who belonged to the Pharisees rose up and said, "It is necessary to give them circumcision."

모세의 율법을 지키도록 권고하라고 하더라.

He urged them to keep the laws of Moses.

이미 구원 받은 사람들이에요. 율법에서 벗어난 사람들이에요. 이미.

They are already saved people. They are people who have transcended the law. Already.

그리스도의 법으로 온 사람들이에요.

They are people who have come by the law of Christ.

그래서 7절에 많은 논의가 있은 후 베드로가 일어나서 7절에

So after much discussion in verse 7, Peter stood up and in verse 7...

그들에게 말하기를 형제 여러분 당신들이 아는 대로 하나님께서 오래전부터 우리 가운데 택하시어 나의 입을 통하여

Saying to them, "Brothers, as you know, God has chosen us long ago among you through my mouth."

이방인들이 복음의 말씀을 듣고 믿게 하셨느니라.

The foreigners heard the word of the gospel and came to believe.

마음을 아시는 하나님께서 8절 우리에게 행하신 것과 마찬가지로 그들에게도 증거하시어

God, who knows our hearts, will testify to them just as He has done for us in verse 8.

성령을 주셨으며 우리와 그들 사이에 어떤 차이도 두지 않았으니 믿으며 그들의 마음을 정결케 하셨느니라.

He has given us the Holy Spirit and made no distinction between us and them, as He has purified their hearts by faith.

10절 그런데 이제 너희가 어찌하여 하나님을 시험하여

Verse 10: But now why do you test God?

우리의 조상이나 우리도 감당할 수 없었던 멍해를 제자들의 목에 걸려가느냐.

Are we hanging a yoke that neither our ancestors nor we could bear on the necks of the disciples?

우리는 주 예수 그리스도의 은혜로 구원 받은 것을 믿으며 그들도 마찬가지니라고 하더라.

We believe that we are saved by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and so are they.

아멘.

Amen.

그 다음에 19절 보니까 19절 19.

Then, looking at verse 19, verse 19.

그러므로 내 판단은.

Therefore, my judgment is.

이방인들 가운데 하나님께로 돌아온 사람들을 우리가 괴롭히지 말고

Let us not trouble those who have returned to God among the foreigners.

다시 말해서 한국 사람들 가운데 예수 믿고 하나님의 자녀가 된 사람들을 괴롭히지 말고 이런 얘기예요.

In other words, it's about not troubling those among the Korean people who believe in Jesus and have become children of God.

다음은 그들에게 글을 보내요.

Next, I'll send them a message.

우상으로 더럽혀진 것과 음양과 목매워 죽인 것과 피를 삼가게 하자는 것이라.

It is to avoid that which is defiled by idols, that which is strangled, and that which has been killed by hanging, as well as to abstain from blood.

그렇죠?

That's right, isn't it?

잘되게 하는 거예요. 잘되게.

피는 안 좋은 겁니다.

Blood is not a good thing.

그렇기 때문에 여러분 선짓국 같은 거 잡수지 마세요.

That's why you shouldn't eat things like seonjitguk.

스테이크도 말이죠. 피 처치하는 거 잡수지 마세요.

Regarding steak, please don't eat raw meat.

다 빼고 잡수세요.

Eat without any leftovers.

왜? 건강에 안 좋아요.

Why? It's not good for your health.

하나님이 그래서 피를 먹지 말라는 거예요.

That’s why God says not to eat blood.

피 안에 생명이 있는 거예요.

There is life in the blood.

그래서 미국 사람들이 왜 빨리 늙는가 하면 그 스테이크를 로 스테이크를 많이 먹었어요.

So the reason why Americans age quickly is that they eat a lot of raw steak.

제가 양롱 가본 말이죠.

I went to Yangnong, you know.

미국 할아버지 할머니들은 늙어도 아주 흉악하게 늙어요.

American grandfathers and grandmothers age very badly even when they get old.

핏줄이 툭툭 튀어나와요.

The veins are popping out.

빨간 핏줄이.

Red vein.

Oh dear.

징그러워 징그러워.

It's creepy, it's creepy.

그래도 한국 사람들은 곱게 늙어요.

목 메워 죽인 것이 뭔가 하면 목을 메워 죽이면 피가 안 빠져요.

What happens when you strangle someone to death is that if you strangle them, the blood doesn't come out.

그렇기 때문에 고기를 먹을 때 피를 다 쏟아내고 먹으라는 거예요.

That's why you should drain all the blood when eating meat.

그래서 닭이나 이런 것들은 머리를 쳐서 피를 쏟잖아요.

So when it comes to chickens and things like that, they hit the head and let the blood drain out.

그래야만 건강에 좋은 거예요.

That's the only way it's good for your health.

피가 하나님 거기 때문에.

Because blood is God.

그렇기 때문에.

That's why.

좋지 않기 때문에 그렇게 율법에도 한 거죠.

It's because it wasn't good that it was done that way in the law.

그렇기 때문에 하여튼 우리는 이 말씀대로 순정하면 육신도 건강하게 되어 있어요.

Therefore, if we obey these words, our bodies will also be healthy.

먹을 것을 우리가 잘 가려서 그렇게 하면 건강하게 되어 있는데 피를 먹게 되면 안 되는 거예요.

If we choose our food carefully, we can stay healthy, but we shouldn't eat blood.

피를 먹게 되면.

If you end up drinking blood.

자 그래서 그렇게 될 때 이제 그러면 한국 사람보고 만약에 예수 믿었는데 당신이 율법 지키라 그러면 얼마나 우스꽝스러워요.

So, when that happens, if you tell a Korean person who believes in Jesus to keep the law, how ridiculous would that be?

그렇죠.

That's right.

네.

Yes.

그러니까 유대인이나 헬라인이나 예수만 믿게 되면 하나님의 자녀가 되는 능력인데 일본 사람, 한국 사람한테 당신도 할래 받으라는 건 얼마나 웃기는 얘기예요 그거.

So, whether Jew or Greek, if you just believe in Jesus, you have the ability to become a child of God. How ridiculous is it to tell Japanese or Korean people that they should receive this?

마찬가지로 유대인도 똑같아요.

The same goes for the Jews.

똑같아.

It's the same.

그리스도 안에서도 똑같으니까.

Because we are the same in Christ.

그렇기 때문에 육신의 모양을 낸다는 건가 하면 겉으로만 해서 가리는 거예요.

That's why forming the shape of the flesh means covering it only on the surface.

예수 믿는 걸 가리는 거예요.

It's about hiding one's belief in Jesus.

핍박을 안 받으니까.

Because there is no persecution.

다시 요즘 말하면 정말 진리의 말씀이 있는데 이거를 얘기하면 이상하다고 그런다고.

These days, there's really a word of truth, but when I talk about it, people say it's strange.

이상하다고 그래 사람들이.

People say it's strange.

그러니까 그런 얘기 안 들으려고 이단 소리 안 들으려고 특히 목사님들은 이단 소리 안 들으려고 피하는 거예요.

So pastors are avoiding such discussions because they don’t want to be labeled as heretics.

제일이 많은 얘기도 피하고 휴고도 피하고 천전왕국도 피하고 다 피하는 거예요.

I'm avoiding the most conversations, avoiding Hugo, avoiding the Heavenly Castle, and avoiding everything.

그거 얘기 안 하면 핍박을 안 받거든요.

If you don't talk about it, you won't be persecuted.

죄 얘기도 안 하고.

Without even talking about sin.

죄 얘기도 안 하고 그냥 좋은 게 좋은 겁니다 하고 여러분 하나님 축복이 있습니다.

Without even talking about sin, it's just about making good things good, and may God bless you all.

잘 될 겁니다.

기도해 달라면 앞으로 하나님이 축복할 겁니다.

염려하지 마십시오.

이렇게 하니까 문제예요.

This is a problem because of how it's being done.

그 사람이 정말 죄를 고백하고 하나님과 사이에 가려진 것을 내가 지적해 주고 그래서 깨끗함을 받게 먼저 해야 되는데 아까 우리 히스패니 형제한테 그랬잖아요.

That person really needs to confess their sin and I should point out what is hidden between them and God so that they can receive cleansing first, just like I mentioned to our Hispanic brother earlier.

기도하다가 안 맥히면 하나님이 여러분에게 죄를 보내줄 거다.

If you don't persist in prayer, God will send you sin.

그러면 그걸 회개하고 깨끗하게 받아라.

Then repent of it and receive it with a clean heart.

그러면 하나님과 교통할 수 있다.

Then you can communicate with God.

이렇게 아까 말씀을 증거했는데 똑같습니다.

I just proved what I said earlier, and it's the same.

우리도 마찬가지입니다.

We are the same.

절대로 겉으로 뭘 포장해 가지고.

안식교도들은 율법을 지킨다고 그러잖아요.

그래서 토요일 날 예배드리는 걸로 율법을 지킨다고 그러는데 율법이 얼마나 많은데 토요일 날 예배만 드린다고 율법을 지키는 건가요?

So they say that by worshiping on Saturday, they are keeping the law, but how can just worshiping on Saturday be considered keeping the law when there are so many laws?

사실 토요일 날 예배만 드린다고 율법을 지키는 건가요?

스스로 속이는 거야.

금요일 저녁부터 정말 집에 딱 있어가지고 촛불 켜놓고 말이죠.

I've been really just at home since Friday evening, you know, with the candles lit.

일곱 등 불 딱 켜놓고 유대인들 캔들 켜놓고 아주 정말 누룩이 안 들어간 빵을 먹고 그러면서 토요일까지 꼼짝도 안 하는 거.

Keeping the seven candles lit, lighting candles for the Jews, eating bread without yeast, and then not moving until Saturday.

이게 그런데 차 타고 다 타는 거고 그러면서 안식을 지킨다는 거.

This means that you're driving around while keeping the Sabbath.

안식을 지킨다는 거.

Keeping the Sabbath.

그거는 말이 안 되죠.

That doesn't make sense.

스스로 속는 거죠.

You're just deceiving yourself.

그럴 때 하나님이 말씀했죠.

그럼 나중에 더 찌그러들면

This is not a person. That person is.

우리 한번 요한복음 17장 보겠습니다.

Let's take a look at John chapter 17.

우리가 하나님의 말씀을 모르면

If we do not know God's Word,

헛생각하고

Daydreaming.

헛기도 하고

Praying in vain.

하나님을 오해하죠.

I misunderstand God.

그리고 내가 쓸데없는 기도를 해놓고

And then I offer a pointless prayer.

잘했다고 그래요.

You did well.

한국사람들은 그러죠.

Koreans say that.

남북통일을 위해서 기도합니다. 그러죠.

I pray for the unification of North and South. That's right.

남북통일을 위해서.

For the unification of North and South.

성경은 성경말씀이 아니에요.

The Bible is not the word of the Bible.

거기 있는 사람들이 구원받도록 기도하는 건 좋은데

It's good to pray for the people there to be saved, but...

여러분 남북통일된다고

Everyone, North and South will be united.

구원받지 못한 사람이 구원받습니까 여러분?

Can a person who is not saved be saved, everyone?

어떻게 생각하세요 여러분? 그렇죠.

What do you think, everyone? Right.

우리가 기도를 말씀대로 기도해야죠.

We should pray according to the Word.

자 17장 9절을 보세요.

"Now look at verse 9 of chapter 17."

다같이 읽겠습니다.

We will read together.

내가 그들을 위하여 기도하나이다.

I pray for them.

나는 세상을 위하여는 기도하지 아니하고

I do not pray for the world.

다만 아버지께서 내게 주신 자들을 위하여 기도하나이다.

However, I pray for those whom my father has given to me.

이는 그들이 아버지의 사람들이기 때문입니다.

This is because they are the people of the father.

기도는 누구 위해서예요?

Who is the prayer for?

하나님의 자녀들 위해서 하는 거예요.

It's for the children of God.

하나님의 자녀들 위해서 기도하는 건

Praying for the children of God.

세상을 위해서 기도하는 사람이 너무 많아.

There are so many people praying for the world.

그러니까 우리가 경기를 하는데 말이죠.

So, we are playing a game, you see.

법대로 경기해야 되잖아요.

You have to play by the rules.

그러니까 우리가 경기를 하는데 말이죠.

So, we're having a match, you see.

법대로 경기해야 되잖아요.

We have to play by the rules.

올림픽에서 아무리 1등으로 들어와도

No matter how much you come in first in the Olympics,

남의 추락에 들어간 사람은 실격이에요.

A person who gets involved in someone else's downfall is disqualified.

아무리 달력이 100m 1등으로 들어와도

No matter how much you come in first place in the 100m on the calendar,

약물 복용해서는 그건 실격이에요.

Taking drugs is disqualifying.

나중에 발견되면.

If discovered later.

골드메달이 다른 사람한테 가는 거예요.

The gold medal is going to someone else.

규칙대로 경기하지 않으면 상이 없다는 말이 성경에 있죠.

The saying that there is no reward for not following the rules is in the Bible.

규칙이 뭐죠? 하나님의 말씀대로.

What is the rule? According to God's word.

또 네 번째로.

And fourthly.

성도도 세상에게

Saints also to the world.

십자가에 못 박혀 있어요.

I am pinned to the cross.

세상도 성도 앞에 못 박혔고

The world is also nailed before the saints.

성도도 세상을 위해서

The saints are also for the world.

세상과

with the world

세상에게 못 박혔다.

I was nailed to the world.

서로 못 박혀 있는 거예요.

We are nailed to each other.

못 박혀 있어요.

It's nailed down.

그래서

So

세상을 사랑하는 사람들에게

To the people who love the world

성도들은 사망에 이르는 향기다.

The saints are a fragrance that leads to death.

고린도 후서 2장 16절 보겠습니다.

Let's take a look at 2 Corinthians 2:16.

세상 사람들에게는 우리가 사망의 향기예요.

To the people of the world, we are the scent of death.

그러니까 핍박을 받아요.

So they are being persecuted.

핍박을 받아요.

I am being persecuted.

2장 16절.

Chapter 2, Verse 16.

고린도 후서 2장 16절 보겠습니다.

Let's look at 2 Corinthians 2:16.

다 같이

Everyone together

시작.

Start.

15절부터 보겠습니다.

Let's look at verse 15.

이는 우리가 구원 받은 사람들에게나

This is for those of us who are saved.

멸망하는 사람들에게나

To those who are perishing.

하나님 앞에서는 그리스도의 향기이기 때문이라

Because we are the fragrance of Christ before God.

정령 이 사람들에게는 사망에 이르는 사망의 향기이기나

To these people, it is the fragrance of death that leads to death.

저 사람들에게는

To those people

아니면 고 걸는 사람들에게는

Otherwise, for those who choose it.

생명의 이론은 생명의 향기라

The theory of life is the fragrance of life.

누가 이런 일들을 원만히 감당하게 되나

Who can handle things like this smoothly?

그러니까 악한 사람에게 보금 전업은 막

So preaching the gospel to wicked people is blocked.

욕을 하고 다 Renee 되죠.

You can just swear and it's all good, right?

사망에 가니까 화를 내는 거예요.

It's because I'm going to die that I'm getting angry.

그렇죠

That's right.

그러나 믿는 사람에게 말씀을 전하면은

However, if you convey the message to those who believe,

생명의 향기가 되어 가지고

Becoming the fragrance of life.

말씀을 받아들이고 은혜를 받는 것입니다.

It is about receiving the message and receiving grace.

은혜를 받는 것이죠.

It's receiving grace.

Okay.

다시 15절 복음입니다. 갈라디아 6장 15절 넘어갑니다.

Once again, the gospel of verse 15. Let's move on to Galatians chapter 6, verse 15.

그리스도 예수 안에서는 할레나 무할레가 아무 효력이 없으되 오직 새로운 피조물일 뿐이니라.

In Christ Jesus, neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value, but only a new creation.

참 새로운 피조물. 완전히 뉴크리처가 되는 거예요. 뉴크리처. 뉴크리처입니다.

A truly new creation. It becomes a completely new creature. New creature. It is a new creature.

영혼육에 대한 뉴크리처가 되는 거예요.

You become a new creature in the spirit and flesh.

누군지 그리스도 예수 안에 있으면 새로운 피조물이라.

If anyone is in Christ Jesus, he is a new creation.

이전 것은 어떻게 해요? 지나갔으니 보라. 새것이 되었더다.

What about the past? It has passed, so look. It has become new.

보라는 건 뭐죠? 우리가 세상에 나갔을 때 나 봐. 나 새롭게 됐잖아.

What does it mean to look? When we go out into the world, look at me. I’ve become new.

이게 전도입니다. 여러분. 나는 개코같이 행하면서 똑같이 죄지면서

This is evangelism, everyone. I live like a dog while committing the same sins.

예수는 믿으라 뭐라 그래요? 너나 믿으라 그래.

What does Jesus say? He says to believe. You should believe yourself.

그리고 뭐라는가 하면 예수 믿으면 천국 간다 그러면 나는 너 같은 사람이 가는데 안 간다고 그래.

And what I'm saying is that if you believe in Jesus, you go to heaven, but then I say that a person like you wouldn’t go even if you claim you do.

이런 얘기해요. 전달해보면. 그럼요.

Let's talk about this. If I convey it. Of course.

그렇기 때문에 우리가 처음 전달하러 나가면요. 그런 얘기 많이 들어요.

That's why when we first go out to deliver, we hear a lot of such stories.

그게 내 모습이에요. 내 모습. 다 회개해요.

That's my appearance. My appearance. I'm repenting for everything.

전달하러 나가서 노방전달하러 나가서 회개한 거 보면 나를 핍박한 사람의 모습이 내 모습이었습니다.

When I went out to deliver the message and saw those who repented, I realized that the people who persecuted me resembled me.

이거 다 회개합니다. 그거 회개시켜요. 하나님이. 절대 형통하지 않아요.

I repent for all of this. Let that be repented. God will. It will never go well.

자기가 한 걸 보여줘요. 하나님이.

Show what you have done. God.

그러니까 내가 나무를 핍박했을 때 얼마나 가슴이 아팠는가.

So, how much it hurt when I persecuted the tree.

이거를 다 체험하게 한다고요. 회개시킨다고요.

They say they will make you experience all of this. That they will make you repent.

그렇기 때문에 새로운 피조물뿐이다. 다른 거 볼 거 없어요.

That’s why it is only new creations. There's nothing else to look at.

예수만 정말 진정으로 믿으면 성령에 들어오시면.

If you truly believe in Jesus, you will receive the Holy Spirit.

그렇게 되는 거예요. 그래서 고림도 5서 13장 5절에

That's how it happens. So in Hebrews 13:5...

너희가 믿음 안에 있는가? 너희 자신을 시험화해보고 너희 자신을 확증하라.

Are you in faith? Test yourselves and confirm yourselves.

그리스도가 너희 안에 계신 것은 너희가 스스로 알지 못하느냐?

Do you not realize that Christ is in you?

그렇지 않으면 너희는 버린 자니라.

Otherwise, you will be forsaken.

여러분 그리스도가 내 안에 있는 거 내가 알아야 돼요.

You all need to know that Christ is in me.

그러면 기도를 하죠. 저 멀리 있는 분이 어떻게 들어요. 그렇잖아요.

Then let's pray. How can someone far away hear us? Right?

안에 그리스도가 있기 때문에 우리는 기도할 수 있는 거예요.

Because Christ is within us, we are able to pray.

조그만 소리 기도했다고 큰 소리 기도했다고 상관없어요.

It doesn't matter if you prayed in a small voice or a loud voice.

상관이 없어요. 소리가 크든 적든 주님이 들어요.

It doesn't matter. Whether the sound is loud or soft, the Lord hears it.

다만 소리가 클 때는 주님이 더 크게 들으라고 하는 게 아니라

However, when the sound is loud, it doesn't mean that the Lord is telling you to listen more closely.

내가 그만큼 애통하는 걸 주님 앞에 보여주는 거지

I am showing the Lord how much I grieve.

목소리 크다고 더 잘 들고 적다고 못 듣는 건 아닌데

Just because the voice is louder doesn’t mean it’s heard better, and just because it’s quieter doesn’t mean it can’t be heard.

그거는 내가 얼마나 회개할 때 팍 외치잖아요. 통해 자복할 때

That's when I shout out strong during repentance. When I confess sincerely.

주님이 그 속에 우리의 회개를 듣는 거지 내가 목소리 크다고 말해요.

The Lord hears our repentance within, not because I speak loudly.

세상에서는 목소리 큰 사람이 이긴다고 그래요.

They say that in the world, the loudest person wins.

목소리만 크네요. 목소리가 아무리 커도 그 안에 정말 상한 심정이 없으면 소용없어요.

The voice is just loud. No matter how loud the voice is, it’s useless if there’s no truly broken heart behind it.

바리젠들은 말 잘했죠. 바리젠들 기도 잘해요. 바리젠들은 기도를 청산유수로 합니다.

The barijens speak well. The barijens pray well. The barijens pray fluently.

창세기부터 요한계시로까지 다 해요. 큰 교회 장롱인들 보면요.

"I do everything from Genesis to Revelation. When I see the elders of large churches."

연설을 합니다. 그러면 사람들이 나갈 때 그래요.

I will give a speech. Then people say that when they leave.

장롱님 기도에 많이 은혜받았습니다.

I received a lot of grace from your prayer, Pastor.

그러니까 기도를 하는 게 아니라 뭐래요? 설교를 해요.

So instead of praying, what does he do? He preaches.

특별히 저 같은 목사님들 어떻게 기도시키잖아요. 대표기도.

Especially, pastors like me are often called to lead prayers, such as the representative prayer.

그럼 자기도 모르게 설교를 해요. 거기서.

Then, they preach without even realizing it. Right there.

설교자가 아니고 대표기도 시키니까 자기도 모르게 설교라고 앉았다고.

Since he was asked to lead the representative prayer instead of giving a sermon, he unknowingly thought he was giving a sermon while sitting down.

그건 기도가 아니죠. 기도라는 것은 여기 있는 회중을 위해서 대신 충보하는 거예요.

That's not prayer. Prayer is interceding on behalf of the congregation here.

그래서 대표기도 하는 사람들은 일주일 내내

So the people who lead the representative prayer throughout the week...

주님 앞에 기도해가지고 주님이 주시는 걸 다 담아와서 다 토해내야 됩니다.

You need to pray before the Lord and bring everything that He gives you and pour it all out.

아멘. 차라리 그게 안 되는 분은 어떤 분들은 적어놔든 좋은 게 좋아서 적어놔서

Amen. Rather, those who can't do that might just be writing it down because they like something good.

그때그때 주님이 깨닫는 게 그때그때 적어요. 적어가지고 한마디 한마디를 그렇게 한 게 낫지 대충대충 하지 말고.

At that moment, the Lord realizes things little by little. It's better to write it down and articulate each word rather than doing it roughly.

기도가 얼마나 귀한지 몰라요. 대표기도는 전 교회를 위해서 하는 기도입니다.

I can't express how precious prayer is. Representative prayer is a prayer made for the entire church.

이게 굉장히 중요한 거예요. 내가 책임지는 겁니다. 여러분. 아멘.

This is very important. I take responsibility for it. Everyone. Amen.

빼나도 안 되고 더해도 안 돼.

You can't take it out, and you can't add to it either.

Yes.

정말 여기 성대심. 어린아이 하나까지도 내가 그 심령이 돼가지고 기도하고 충보할 수 있어야 됩니다.

I really have a heavy heart here. Even for a single child, I must be able to pray and intercede with that spirit.

어떤 목사님 간증을 들었는데 한국에 있는 교회 목사님인데 제가 테이프를 들었어요.

I heard a testimony from a pastor, a church pastor in Korea, and I listened to the tape.

그런데 어느 장로님이 그날 대표기도 하는 날인데 얼굴을 싹 보니까 성령이 충만하지는 않아.

However, on that day, one of the elders was supposed to lead the opening prayer, but looking at his face, he didn't seem to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

그런데 주1학교 학생을 딱 보니까 걔가 아주 충만한 거니까 오늘은 네가 기도하기로 시켰다는 거예요.

By the way, when I saw the Sunday School student, I noticed that they were very filled, so today you were asked to pray.

핍박받죠. 그죠? 그러나 하나님께 거짓말하지 않는 거죠.

You will be persecuted, right? But you are not lying to God.

예.

Yes.

그래서 우리는 정말 이 예배가 얼마나 귀한지 모릅니다.

So we really do not know how precious this worship is.

특별히 예배 순서 맡으신 분들은 정말 기도를 하고 준비를 많이.

Those who are especially in charge of the worship order should really pray and prepare a lot.

저는 옛날에 집사도 아니고 평신도 때 헌금 기도를 시키려는데 말이죠.

I remember back in the old days when they would ask not only the deacons but also the laypeople to lead the offering prayer.

얼마나 기도를 했는지 몰라요. 집에서 일주일 내내.

I don't know how much I've prayed. All week at home.

그러나 찬양인도 구역 예배 찬양인도 하는데도 우리 집사람이 증인이에요.

However, my wife is a witness that I lead worship in the praise ministry as well.

제가 회사에 있는 커피 마신다 가지고 그다음에 슬라이딩을 만들어 가지고 기도해서 찬송 순서까지 전부 정해서.

I drink coffee at the company, then create the sliding, and finally set everything from the prayer to the praise order.

Yes.

그래서 연습을 무지묘 잘 했어요.

So I practiced really well.

그 구역 예배 드릴 때 무릎을 꿇고 찬양인도 하면 그냥 눈물바다가 됐어요.

When we worship in that area and kneel down to lead praise, it simply turns into a sea of tears.

너무 그러니까 그냥 너무 그런다고 그런 얘기를 들었는데 나는 좋으니까 그게 그게 너무 그 직분이 좋으니까 그렇게 한 적이 있는데 우리는 정말 주님 앞에 받은 은혜 새로운 피조물이다.

I heard someone say that it’s just too much, but I like it, so I have done it because that position is very good. We are truly new creations who have received grace before the Lord.

십자가 때문에 내가 이렇게 됐다.

I became this way because of the cross.

주님의 권한받은 죽음으로 이렇게 됐기 때문에 우리는 때가 되고 내가 쓰임 받을 때에 정말 충성 때에 그리고요.

Because it has happened through the Lord's authorized death, we truly need to be faithful at the right time when I am to be used.

그렇게 할 때 성령께서 기뻐하시고 모든 사람에게 은혜를 주시는 것입니다

When you do this, the Holy Spirit rejoices and grants grace to everyone.

16절 이 규례를 따라 행하는 자들에게와 하나님의 이스라엘 위에 화평과 차비가 있을지어다

"Peace and mercy be upon those who walk according to this rule, and upon the Israel of God."

그러니까 그리스도의 법으로 행하는 사람들이죠 그리스도의 법으로

So, they are the ones who act according to the law of Christ.

그리스도의 법은 뭐죠? 사랑밖에 없어요 사랑하라는 것밖에 없어요

What is the law of Christ? It's nothing but love; it's only to love.

그 다음에 이스라엘 위에 화평과 차비 항상 우리는 이스라엘을 위해서 기도해야 됩니다

Next, we must always pray for peace and mercy over Israel.

이스라엘의 화평을 위해서 기도하라 그런 자는 복을 받는다고 했습니다 여러분

"Pray for the peace of Israel; those who do so will be blessed."

아브라함을 축복하면 복을 받고 저주하는 자들은 저주받는다고 했죠? 우리는 축복을 해야 돼요

It is said that those who bless Abraham will be blessed, and those who curse him will be cursed, right? We must bless.

그 다음에 성로들을 하나님의 교회를 또 축복해야 돼요

Then, the saints must also bless God's church.

교회를 축복하는 것은 건물을 축복하는 게 아니라 거기 있는 멤버들을 축복해야 됩니다

Blessing the church is not about blessing the building, but rather about blessing the members who are there.

그리고 누가 안 나오면 그 사람이 왜 안 나올까?

And if someone doesn't show up, why might that person not be coming?

또 연락하고 찾아가고

I'll contact you again and visit you.

우리 교회 지금 나오다 몇 주에 안 나온 분 있죠? 누굽니까 여러분?

Is there anyone who hasn't come to our church in the past few weeks? Who is it, everyone?

몇 주 또 안 나오잖아요 네 주째 안 나온 분 있잖아요

It's been a few weeks, and someone hasn't shown up for their fourth week.

어떤 자매님이 안 나오고 있잖아요

One sister hasn’t been coming out, right?

저한테 이메일이 왔는데요 너무 힘든 거예요 지금 생각해 보세요

I received an email, and it's very difficult. Just think about it right now.

혼자 와가지고 자녀들 뿔뿔이 한국에 있고 저기 호주에 있고

You came alone and your children are scattered in Korea and over there in Australia.

혼자서 일하는데 얼마나 피곤했어요 그러니까 막 그냥 낙심이 돼가지고 쓰러져 있는 거예요 지금

I was so tired working alone that I just got discouraged and collapsed.

전화를 해도 전화받을 힘이 없다고

Even if I call, I don't have the strength to answer the phone.

저와 여러분이 얼마나 위해서 기도했고 그의 전화번호를 알아서 전화를 걸어봤습니까?

How much have you and I prayed for him, and did you try calling because you know his phone number?

여러분이 전부 전화 걸어가지고 메시지를 남겼으면 힘을 얻었을지는 모르죠

I don't know if you all gained strength by calling and leaving messages.

몇 명 되지도 않잖아요 한 사람만 안 나오면 엄청난 거예요 우리 교회는 몇 퍼센트입니까?

It's not even that many people. If just one person doesn't show up, it's a huge deal. What percentage is that for our church?

나온 사람만이라도 잃지 말아야 됩니다

We must not lose even the people who have come out.

그게 뭐예요? 그리스트의 법입니다

What is that? It is the law of Christ.

우리는 아직도 법 안에 살아야 돼요 사랑의 법이죠

We still have to live within the law; it's the law of love.

율법이라는 감옥에서 나왔어요 사망의 감옥에서 나왔지만

I have come out of the prison of the law, out of the prison of death, but...

여전히 우리는 그리스트의 법 안에 있습니다

We are still within the law of Christ.

법을 지켜야 됩니다 율법이 아니죠 사랑의 법을 지켜야 됩니다

We must follow the law, not the law of the letter, but the law of love.

사랑은 무관심이 아니라 내가 시간을 내고 또 내 물질을 내고 몸을 내가지고

Love is not indifference; it is when I take the time and give my resources and body.

한 사람 한 사람을 돌보는 게 이게 사랑이에요

Taking care of each person, that's love.

누가 나오든 안 나오든 그러면 결국 다 떨어져 나가요 나중에

Whoever comes out or doesn't come out, in the end, everyone ends up falling away later.

다 떨어져 나가고 나올 사람이 없게 되죠 저 혼자 남겠죠 이러다가

Everyone will fall away, and no one will be left to come out. I will be left alone like this.

그렇죠?

Isn't that right?

그러니까 지금부터라도 우리가 그렇게 할 때 주님께서 여기에 위로받은 사람들을 보내주실 것입니다

So from now on, when we do that, the Lord will send comforted people here.

17절 이제부터는 아무도 나를 괴롭게 하지 말라

Verse 17: From now on, let no one trouble me.

나는 내 몸에 주의에서의 표를 지녔느니라

I have the marks of attention on my body.

몸에 표를 지녔다고 해서 마음이 아니고요

Having marks on the body doesn't mean it's the heart.

사도바르게 어떤 표가 있습니까 여러분?

그들이 그리스의 종이냐?

Are they slaves of Greece?

내가 어리석은 자같이 말하지만 나는 더욱 구라하다

I may speak like a fool, but I lie even more.

그들이 뭔가 하면요

What they do is something.

핍박 안 받고서 그냥 할레도 전하고 뭐 이렇게 세상과 타협한 그리스도를 얘기하는 거예요

It talks about a Christ who compromises with the world without suffering persecution and simply conveys a diluted message.

나는 더욱 구라하다

I am more of a liar.

내가 더 많이 수고하였고 매도 헤아릴 수 없이 맞았고

I have worked much harder and have been beaten countless times.

더 빈번히 감옥에 갇혔고 죽을 고비를 여러 번 당하였으니

I was imprisoned more frequently and faced death several times.

유대인들로부터 사십에 하나 뺀 매를 다섯 번이나 맞았고

I was beaten with rods five times, minus one for each time by the Jews.

세 번 몽둥이로 맞았으며 한 번은 돌로 맞았고

I was hit with a stick three times and once with a stone.

세 번 파손을 당하였는데 하룻밤과 낮을 깊은 바다에서 보냈으며

It was damaged three times, and I spent a night and day in the deep sea.

여러 번 여행하는 중에 강의 위험과 강도의 위험과

During my travels, the dangers of the river and the dangers of the current...

동족으로부터의 위험과 이방인들로부터의 위험과

The danger from compatriots and the danger from outsiders.

성읍에서의 위험과 광야에서의 위험과

The dangers in the city and the dangers in the wilderness.

바다에서의 위험과 거짓 형제들 가운데서의 위험을 당하였으며

I have faced dangers in the sea and dangers among false brothers.

수고하고 애쓰며 자주 깨어있고 배고프며 목마르고

Working hard, making an effort, often staying awake, being hungry, and being thirsty.

자주 금식하며 춥고 헐벗었느라

I often fast and am cold and destitute.

그 외부의 일들 외에도 날마다 나에게 밀려드는 것은

In addition to those external matters, what rushes towards me every day is

모든 조회에 관한 염려라

Concerns regarding all inquiries.

교회 성도들에서 염려한 거죠

The church members were worried.

누가 약하면 나는 약하지 아니하며

If someone is weak, I am not weak.

누가 실족하면

If someone stumbles

내가 애타지 아니하더냐

Am I not anxious?

만일 내가 꼭 자랑해야 한다면

If I must brag.

나는 나의 약한 것을 자랑하리라

I will boast about my weaknesses.

여러분 사도바울의 몸이 어떻겠습니까 여러분

What do you think the body of Apostle Paul was like, everyone?

예수님의 몸처럼 매맞은 자국이 있을 겁니다

There will be bruises like those on Jesus's body.

여러분 그 몽둥이로 말이죠

Everyone, with that club...

My nose is bleeding. I've tried that before; I've experienced it in the past.

That's right, I experienced it in the military; it really was like blood bursting out.

10대만 한 군데 또 한 군데만 때려 아프라고

It just bursts, the blood.

근데 사도바울은 39대를 5번이나 맞았어요

But Apostle Paul was beaten with 39 lashes five times.

그 몸이 어떻겠습니까 여러분

How do you think that body will be, everyone?

돌로 다 맞았죠 돌로 온 전신을 맞았죠

I was hit all over with stones, I was hit all over my body with stones.

여러분 돌로 맞은 게 뭐 돌 몇 개 던져가지고 여기 피난 게 아니에요

Everyone, getting hit by stones doesn't mean just throwing a few rocks and running away here.

전 사람이 다 던져가지고 돌 묻었죠 여러분

Everyone, I got hit by a rock because everyone threw their stuff.

아주 죽어서 무덤까지 만들어 주는 거예요

It means to die completely, even to the point of making a grave.

이게 돌무덤입니다

This is a stone tomb.

사도바울은 그런 사람이에요

Apostle Paul is such a person.

사도바울이 뭐 그렇다고 그 당시에 이름도 없던 사람이에요

Apostle Paul was someone who didn't even have a name back then.

요즘 말하면 교당도 없고요 교파도 없고요

These days, there are no temples or denominations.

그래서 이름도 없이 전도만 하고 다니는 사람이에요

So, I'm just a person who goes around preaching without a name.

바보 같은 사람 키도 쪼끔 많고 눈에는 안질 때문에 질질 고름이 흐르고

A foolish person is a little taller and has pus flowing from their eyes due to an eye disease.

그러면서 항상 그렇게 으듯 터지면서도

Always bursting like that while doing so.

염려는 교회의 성도들

Concerns of the church members.

그래서 편지를 쓴 게 성경이 된 겁니다 이게

So the letters I wrote became the Bible.

우리 다른 거 없어요

We have nothing else.

뭐 하나님을 크게 하려고 하지 마세요

Don't try to make God seem greater than He is.

한 사람 들어오기 얼마나 힘들어요

How hard is it for one person to come in?

제가 한 사람 들어오게 하기 위해서

In order to let one person come in.

엄청난 기도와 신방과 이래가지고 들어오면

When you come in with tremendous prayers and blessings like this...

여러분들이 그 사람들을 감싸지 않으면 나도 어쩔 수가 없어요

If you don't embrace those people, there's nothing I can do either.

보통 가슴 아픈 게 아니라 사도바울의 심정을 이해해요

It's not just a usual heartbreak; I understand the feelings of Apostle Paul.

내가 성도들을 위해서 염려하고 금식하고 기도할 때

When I worry, fast, and pray for the saints

주님이 우리 위해서 염려해 줍니다 아멘

The Lord cares for us. Amen.

이걸 알아야 돼 이게 축복받는 비결이에요

You need to know this; it's the secret to being blessed.

기도만 해도 축복해 주는 게 아니에요 바리새인처럼

It's not enough to just pray to receive blessings, like the Pharisees.

아무리 기도만 해도 사랑이 없으면

No matter how much you pray, if there is no love...

꾀엉거려 꾀엉거려 아무것도 아닙니다

It's just a fuss, just a fuss; it's nothing at all.

아무리 구절만 해도 사랑이 없으면 아무 생각이 없어

No matter how many verses there are, if there is no love, there is no thought at all.

그래서 우리는 사랑이 메마른 거를 우리가 기도하고 회개해야 됩니다

So we need to pray and repent for our love being dry.

회개가 떨어지면

When repentance falls

영체로 고갈된 거죠

It has been drained of its spirit.

자 그래서 사도바울은 정말 평생동안 돌로 맞고 몽둥이로 맞고

So, the Apostle Paul was really stoned and beaten throughout his whole life.

그리스도의 표를 주 예수의 표를 지녔다

I have received the mark of Christ, the mark of our Lord Jesus.

사도뿐만 아니라 많은 종들이 이런 사람들이 많이 있죠

Not only the apostles, but there are many servants who are like this.

누가 상 받겠습니까

Who will receive the award?

누가 뭐 천국 가보니까 스테반이 돌 맞은 자리에 다이아몬드가 박혀있다고 그러는데

Someone said that when they went to heaven, there was a diamond embedded where Stephen was stoned.

그건 뭐 전에 말일 거고

That's probably something I mentioned before.

Huh?

멸류관을 만든 거 아니에요 멸류관

You didn't make a crown; the crown.

주님이 임하심을 간절히 사모하는 자들에게

To those who earnestly long for the Lord's coming.

A crown is a crown, and only a king wears a crown, everyone.

There is no free lunch, as the American proverb says.

It's a no-frill lunch.

하물며 하늘에 가서 상 받는 게 적당한 데 맞는 게 아니에요

Let alone receiving rewards in heaven, it’s not appropriate or fitting.

믿음은 뭐죠?

What is faith?

하나님의 존재를 먼저 믿어야 되고

You must first believe in the existence of God.

그 다음에 존재를 믿으니까 그분 앞에 전심으로는 열심히 찾아야 돼요 그분을

After that, since I believe in His existence, I must earnestly seek Him with all my heart.

열심히 찾을 때

When you search hard.

보상하는 분이다

He/She is a compensating person.

아니면 돈을 열심히 찾지 말고 주님을 열심히 찾으세요

Instead of desperately seeking money, seek the Lord diligently.

그러면 물질은 그냥 따로 와요

Then the substance just comes separately.

18절 보겠습니다 다 같이 읽겠습니다 시작

Let's look at verse 18. Let's read it all together. Begin.

형제들아 우리 주 예수 그리스의 은혜가 너희의 영과 함께 있을지어다

Brothers, may the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.

너의 영이 뭐죠 거듭난 영입니다

What is your spirit? It is a born-again spirit.

영이 세 가지가 있다고 그랬죠?

You said there are three kinds of spirits, right?

첫째 마귀의 영

The spirit of the first devil.

사람의 영

The spirit of a person.

그 다음에 하나님의 영이 있어요

Then there is the Spirit of God.

사람의 영으로도 말이죠 사람의 영으로도 기도할 수 있어요

You can also pray with the spirit of a person.

바리제인들 있잖아요 바리제인들은 거듭난 영이 아닌데도 하나님

You know the Pharisees? The Pharisees are not born-again spirits, yet God...

그랬어요 예수님이 무슨 기적을 행하면 하나님께 영광을 돌립니다 그랬어요

That's right, when Jesus performs a miracle, He gives glory to God.

얼마든지 할 수 있어요 성령이 없어도 얼마든지 기도할 수 있고

You can pray as much as you want, even without the Holy Spirit.

얼마든지 설교할 수 있고 젊은 목사들 말이죠 인터넷 들어가 보세요

You can preach as much as you want, and young pastors, just take a look on the internet.

주제 딱 집어넣으면 수백 명의 목사들한테 설교한 게 다 있어요

If you pinpoint the topic, there are sermons that have been preached to hundreds of pastors.

그거 뺏기면 돼요

You can just take that away.

제가 어떻게 얘기하지만 여기 엘에의 큰 두 교회가 있어요

I can talk about how there are two big churches here in LA.

두 목사님이 어느 날 주일 설교가 똑같았대 아주 똑같았대 100개 가져와 가지고

One day, the two pastors' Sunday sermons were exactly the same, very much the same, bringing 100 copies of it.

영적으로 떨어지면 그렇게 할 수밖에 없어요 안 나와요 설교가 안 나와

If you fall spiritually, you can't help but do that. The sermon doesn't come out.

그 양떼들에게 매길 수가 없어

I can't give a name to those sheep.

제가 옛날에 모시던 목사님도 한 번은 저한테 들킨 적이 있어요

The pastor I used to serve once got caught by me.

제가 카피마신을 제가 그 전주일에 은혜를 많이 받았어요

I received a lot of grace from the copy machine the previous Sunday.

근데 카피마신을 쓰려고 이걸 열어보니까 조용기 목사님 책이 거기 들어가 있어 설교집이

But when I opened this to use the copy machine, I found a book by Pastor Yong-gi Cho in there, it's a collection of sermons.

근데 거기 카피라고 해서 모르고 그 책을 안 빼갔어

But I didn't take that book because I didn't know it was a copy.

근데 딱 보니까 그 전주에 하신 목사님이 설교하신 그대로인데 예화까지

But just looking at it, it's exactly like the sermon that the pastor delivered the previous week, even with the examples.

그때 아니지만 링컨에 대한 예화를 했어요 링컨에 예화까지 싹 들어가 있더라고 그래서

At that time, even though it wasn't the right moment, there was an anecdote about Lincoln. It seemed that the anecdote was included in everything about Lincoln.

아 목사님이 고갈하셨구나

Oh, the pastor has exhausted himself.

마찬가지예요 성경축만 떠나면 설교준비 못해요 여러분

It's the same for me; I can't prepare a sermon without the Bible.

설교 한 편 준비하는데 어떤 목사님들 먹고 논다 그러죠

Some pastors say they just eat and play when preparing a sermon.

설교 한 편 준비하는데 저는 24시간 자면서도 목사님 자면

It takes me 24 hours to prepare a sermon, even if the pastor sleeps.

그러다가 또 떠오르면 또 적고 적고 그래요

Then, when it comes to mind again, I write it down again and again.

이 설교 주일날에 나온 거 있잖아요 이게 한 페이지에 요약한 거죠

This sermon came out on Sunday, you know. This is a summary on one page.

이걸 일주일 내내 또 고치고 빼고 이렇게 해가지고 압축해서 보내는 거예요

I'm going to fix and remove this all week and then compress it to send it.

여러분 이거를 그냥 겉 핥기를 그러지 마세요 겉 핥기죠

Everyone, don't just skim the surface. It's just skimming the surface.

믿음에 따라 다르겠지만 정말 본문의 영은 거듭난 영유의 그리스도의 은혜가 너의 영과 함께 있을지어다

Depending on your faith, may the spirit of the passage truly be the grace of Christ with your spirit in your reborn spirit.

축도에 보면 예수 그리스도의 은혜와 하나님의 사랑과 성령의 교통하심이 너의 온 물에게 있을지어다

May the grace of Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

이 세 가지 그리스도의 은혜와 하나님의 사랑과 성령이 교통하는 것

These three, the grace of Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit.

이게 바로 축도로 만들었지만 이게 사도 바울이 성도들에 의해서 한 축복된 기도라는 것을 알아야 돼요

This was indeed made into a benediction, but you should know that this is a blessed prayer made by the Apostle Paul through the saints.

우리가 지금까지 갈라 대서를 공부했죠

We have been studying the Galatians so far.

간단하게 우리가 요약한다면

To summarize simply,

첫째 사람은 믿음으로 말미암아 은혜로 구원 받는다는 사실

The fact that a person is saved by grace through faith.

그리고 하나님께서 신이 새로운 탄생이 있을 때 거듭날 때

And when God gives new birth, when one is born again.

사람에게 그 믿음을 주십니다

He gives that faith to people.

그 믿음은 계속 갑니다

That faith continues on.

거듭난 사람은 그 믿음이 계속 갑니다

A born-again person continues in that faith.

믿음이 계속 가죠

Faith continues.

그리고 구원 받은 죄인은 세상에 있지 않고 그리스도 안에 있습니다

And the redeemed sinner is not in the world but is in Christ.

그리스도 몸 안에 있단 말이에요

It means being in the body of Christ.

또 우리 안에 그리스도가 있어요

Christ is also within us.

조그만 원과 큰 원이 그려지면 큰 원 안에 조그만 원이 들어있고

When a small circle and a large circle are drawn, the small circle is inside the large circle.

또 조그만 원 안에 큰 원이 안에 들어간 것처럼

Just like a small circle inside a large circle.

우리가 그리스도 안에 그리스도가 우리 안에

We are in Christ, and Christ is in us.

예수님께서 그랬죠

Jesus said that.

아버지가 내 안에 내 안에 아버지

Father is inside me, inside me, Father.

그렇죠

That's right.

아버지와 나는 하나이다

Father and I are one.

나를 본 자는 아버지를 봤다

Whoever has seen me has seen the Father.

분명하죠

It's clear.

예수 그리스도가 아버지 하나님이

Jesus Christ is God the Father.

사람이 육신으로 나타난 거 아니에요

Isn't a person just a manifestation of the flesh?

아버지가 안에 계시니까

Because my father is inside.

그것만 봐도 여화의 직원들이 예수님이 하나님인 걸 알 텐데

Just by looking at that, the employees of the Jehovah's Witnesses would know that Jesus is God.

그걸 왜 모르나 몰라

I wonder why they don't know that.

그러니까 이게 종교의 영에 들어가면 못 깨달아요

So if you enter the spirit of religion, you can't attain realization.

그래서 도마가 예수님 보고

So Thomas said to Jesus,

야 너 그렇게 믿지 않으면 믿음이 없는 자가 되지 말고

Hey, if you don't believe that way, don't become someone without faith.

내 못자국에 손을 대고 가고

"Touching my nail mark as you go."

내 허리에 있는 창자국에 네 손을 넣어보고 믿음이 있는 자가 되라 그러니까

Put your hand in the scar on my waist and become one who believes. So,

그때 눈이 열려가지고

At that moment, my eyes opened.

주는 나의 주 나의 하나님이신이다 그랬어요

You are my Lord, my God, he said.

나의 주 나의 하나님이다

You are my Lord, my God.

지난번에 얘기했지만 어떤 여화의 직원이 전도를 왔을 때

As I mentioned last time, when a staff member from a church came to evangelize.

예수님이 바로 도마가 나의 하나님이라고 그때 예수님 보고

Jesus said that Thomas called Him my God at that time.

이게 성경 아니냐 맞대

Isn't this the Bible?

그러니까 도마는 실수를 많이 하는 사람인데

So, Thomas is a person who makes a lot of mistakes.

실수해서 그럼 실수한 건 하나님의 말씀이 실수했다는 얘기예요

If you make a mistake, it means that the Word of God has made a mistake.

기가 막혀 그래서 우리 집에 들어오라고

I'm shocked, so come into my house.

나하고 성경을 놓고 얘기해야 되는데 도망가버리더라고

I need to talk about the Bible with me, but they ran away.

여러분 그리스도인들이요 성경만 알면 여화의 직원들을 인도할 수 있어요 아마

Dear Christians, if you only know the Bible, you might be able to guide the servants of Jehovah.

나는 여화의 직원들 몇 명을 영접시켰어요 멕시코 가서

I welcomed some of the staff from the company in Mexico.

어떻게 영접해요 말로 할 거 없어요

How do I welcome you? There's nothing to say.

예수 안 믿으면 지옥 가고 예수님은 천국 간다 그러면 안 믿어요

If you don’t believe in Jesus, you go to hell, and Jesus goes to heaven. Then I won’t believe.

그들은 지옥을 안 믿잖아요

They don't believe in hell.

성경 말씀을 가지고 증거해야 돼

You must testify with the words of the Bible.

이만큼 옛날 침략이 지금은 안 그렇지만

Back then, invasions were like this, but now it's not the same.

옛날 침략의 도도는 전도할 때 전도적 하잖아

In the past, the invasion of Dodo was evangelical when it was evangelized.

성경 가지고 어딘지는 아니니까 성경을 착착 펴가면서 했어요 여러분

I didn't go anywhere with the Bible, so I opened the Bible carefully and did it, everyone.

이 정도는 돼야 되지 않겠습니까 우리가

Shouldn't we be at this level?

언제나 어린애처럼 살겠습니까

Will you always live like a child?

이제는 장성한 분량이 이루어야 되겠죠

Now it must reach a grown-up level.

그래서 율법의 행위와는 상관없이

So, regardless of the works of the law.

그리스도께서 십자가에서 완성하신 속죄 때문에

Because of the atonement that Christ completed on the cross.

100% 그것 때문에 우리가 의롭게 되었습니다

100% That is why we have been made righteous.

너희가 믿음을 통하여 은혜로 구원을 받았다

You have been saved by grace through faith.

그게 뭐죠?

What is that?

믿어야만 은혜를 받을 수 있는데

You can only receive grace if you believe.

왜 믿지 못해요?

Why can't you believe it?

마음이 약해서 믿지 못해요

I'm too weak-hearted to trust.

믿지 못하니까 은혜를 못 받는 거예요 여러분

You can't receive grace because you don't believe, everyone.

은혜를 못 받아서 믿지 못하는 게 아니에요

It's not that I can't believe because I haven't received grace.

성경에 분명히 보면 너희가 믿음을 통하여 은혜로 구원 받았다

The Bible clearly states that you are saved by grace through faith.

믿을 때에 은혜가 오는 거예요

Grace comes when you believe.

아멘 이걸 알아야 돼 순서가 바뀌면 안 돼

Amen, you need to know this: the order must not be changed.

옛날 성경은 틀리죠

The old Bible is wrong.

너희가 그 은혜를 인하여 믿음으로 그랬죠

You said it was through faith because of that grace.

틀린 말이에요

That's incorrect.

믿음을 통하여 은혜를 받았다

I received grace through faith.

은혜로 구원 받았다

Saved by grace.

바이 그레이스 그랬죠

By grace, right?

바이 그레이스 킹잼스만큼이 됐어요

It has become as good as King James by grace.

그래서 바른 성경이 얼마나 중요한지 모릅니다

So, I do not know how important a correct Bible is.

왜 한국에 이단들이 많은가 하면

The reason why there are many cults in Korea is...

이단들 쳐놓고 성경 많이 모르는 사람 없어요

There is no one who doesn't know the Bible a lot after dealing with heretics.

달들 맵니다

The moon is spicy.

그런데 잘못된 성경을 가지고 열심히 공부하다 보니까

However, as I diligently studied with the wrong Bible,

세상 말로 삼천포로 빠져버리는 거예요

It's going off on a tangent, losing the main point.

불쌍하죠

It's pathetic.

성경을 많이 알수록 잘못된 길로 가는 거예요

The more you know the Bible, the more you go down the wrong path.

그래서 동해바다 서해바다가 나오니까

So, since the East Sea and the West Sea are mentioned...

한국의 예수님이 제례받는다는 얘기는

The story that Jesus in Korea receives ancestor worship.

킹잼의 성경이 앞바다 뒷바다 나오거든

The Bible of King Jam appears in the front sea and the back sea.

이게 얼마나 참 우스운 일인지 몰라

I can't believe how ridiculous this is.

나는 그걸 몰랐는데 깨달고 불쌍해 보이더라고요

I didn't know that, but I realized it and felt sorry for them.

그래서 한국에 자기가 예수라는 사람이 그렇게 많아요

So there are so many people in Korea who claim to be Jesus.

어떤 사람은 하얀 말을 타고 다니면서요

Some people ride on white horses.

하얀 두루마기를 입고 자기 남성은 거세라고요

The man wearing a white robe is a eunuch.

그리고서 내가 예수라고 그러고

And then I say that I am Jesus.

저 계롱사랑으로 돌아다녀요

I walk around with this ridiculous love.

그런 사람이 있어요

There is such a person.

어떤 목사님을 만나면 사태랑 올라가라고 그런대요

When I meet a certain pastor, he tells me to go up to the situation.

사태랑 올라가라고 그런대요

They say to go up with the situation.

그런 사람이 한두 사람이 아니에요 한국에

There are more than one or two such people in Korea.

왜 성경 때문에 그렇습니다 여러분

That's because of the Bible, everyone.

그래서 옛날에 보니까 광복절 날이 6월절이래

So I saw that Liberation Day is on the day of the June festival.

이스라엘이 이스라엘의 약속에 한국에 왔기 때문에

Israel came to Korea because of Israel's promise.

광복절 날이 이 사람들이 이집트에서 나온 거 6월절인 것처럼

Just like these people came out of Egypt on Passover, it's Liberation Day.

광복절 날이 오늘 6월절이래

Today is Liberation Day, and it's also Passover.

기가 막힌 얘기야

That's an outrageous story.

이게 뭐죠? 다른 복음이에요 이게

What is this? This is another gospel.

저기 용문산 가니까 그러더라고요 용문산

I heard that when you go to Yongmunsa, they say it's like that.

기가 막히더라고요

It was amazing.

Please help me to act in the truth.

그러므로 진리의 칼을 가지고

Therefore, with the sword of truth

또 은혜의 칼을 가지고

With the sword of grace again.

많은 사람들에게 복음을 전하여

To spread the gospel to many people.

처음에는 사망의 향기를 가지고

At first, with the scent of death.

그들이 지옥 가는 것을 깨닫게 하다가

Realizing that they are going to hell.

아버지 그들이 회개할 때 생명의 향기를 바래요

Father, I hope they smell the fragrance of life when they repent.

그리스도의 복음으로

With the gospel of Christ.

많은 영혼들을 죽게 인도하는 모두가 되게 하옵소서

May all be those who lead many souls to death.

우리 주 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 간청하며 기도합니다

We humbly ask and pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
