오늘은 한국의 대중교통에 대해서 이야기할 거예요.

대중교통에는 버스, 지하철, 기차 등이 있어요.

저는 버스를 정말 많이 타요.

버스나 지하철을 탈 때 카드를 사용해요.

버스를 탈 때 현금도 낼 수 있어요.

하지만 요즘 서울에 현금 없는 버스가 있어요.

But these days, there are cashless buses in Seoul.

이 버스에서는 카드만 쓸 수 있어요.

카드를 사용하면 편리해요.

버스를 갈아탈 때 다시 돈을 안 내도 돼요.

지도 앱을 사용해서 시간을 볼 수 있어요.

그리고 어디에서 어떻게 환승하는지 볼 수 있어요.

And you can see where and how to transfer.

버스와 지하철에 영어가 있어요.

There is English on the bus and subway.

그리고 와이파이도 있어요.

And there is Wi-Fi too.

그래서 버스와 지하철을 편하게 이용할 수 있어요.

So you can easily use the bus and subway.

한국의 버스나 지하철에서는 음식을 먹으면 안 돼요.

You are not allowed to eat food on buses or subways in Korea.

작은 초콜릿이나 사탕은 먹을 수 있어요.

음식이나 음료는 안 돼요.

Food and drinks are not allowed.

그런데 물병이나 텀블러 안에 있는 음료는 괜찮아요.

그런데 한국 버스나 지하철에서는 전화를 해도 돼요.

당연히 너무 시끄럽게 하면 안 돼요.

그런데 너무 오래 하면 다른 사람들이 싫어할 수도 있어요.

한국에는 KTX, SRT 같은 고속철도, 새마을호, 무궁화호 등이 있어요.

기차표는 보통 인터넷이나 앱에서 예매할 수 있어요.

Train tickets are usually available for reservation online or through an app.

또는 기차역에서도 살 수 있어요.

You can also buy it at the train station.

기차 안에는 화장실, 자판기, 콘센트 등이 있어요.

There are restrooms, vending machines, and power outlets on the train.

그래서 편안하게 살 수 있어요.

So I can live comfortably.

그래서 편안하게 타고 갈 수 있어요.

So you can ride comfortably.

기차는 먼 곳에 빨리 갈 수 있어요.

Trains can travel quickly to far places.

서울에서 부산까지 기차로 2시간 30분 정도 걸려요.

버스로는 4시간 30분 정도 걸려요.

It takes about 4 hours and 30 minutes by bus.

서울에서 부산까지 비행기를 타고 갈 수 있어요.

You can take a flight from Seoul to Busan.

비행기로 1시간 정도 걸려요.

It takes about an hour by plane.

기차가 버스보다 빠르고 비행기보다 싸요.

The train is faster than the bus and cheaper than the airplane.

그래서 부산에 갈 때 보통 기차를 타요.

So, when I go to Busan, I usually take the train.

저는 기차를 많이 안 타봤어요.

I haven't taken the train much.

그래서 올해 기차 여행을 해보고 싶어요.

So I want to try a train trip this year.
