저는 여러 가지 방법이 있어요.

I have several ways.

슬픈 영상을 보면서 울거나 운동을 하거나 달달한 디저트를 먹어요.

I cry while watching sad videos, exercise, or eat sweet desserts.

그리고 요즘 가장 효과적인 방법은 제가 좋아하는 가수의 영상을 보는 거예요.

And these days, the most effective way for me is to watch videos of my favorite singer.

제가 좋아하는 가수들이 웃음에 진심인 사람들이에요.

The singers I like are people who are sincere in their laughter.

그래서 보면 기분이 좋아지더라고요.
