먼저 저는 제가 왜 이것을 시작하게 됐는지에 대해서 이야기를 하고 싶은데요.

First, I would like to talk about why I started this.

이 팟캐스트는 대체적으로는 저 자신을 위한 겁니다.

This podcast is mostly for myself.

제가 매일매일 아침마다 경정공부를 하려고 노력을 하는데

I try to study Kyungjeong every morning.

어떤 날은 그냥 다른 일이 먼저 하고 싶어서 경정공부를 뛰어넘기도 하고

Some days, I just want to do something else first, so I skip studying for the exam.

때로는 저녁 늦게 시작하기도 하고 그런 일이 꽤 많이 있습니다.

Sometimes it starts late in the evening, and that happens quite often.

그래서 이렇게 기록을 오디오로 기록을 함으로써

So by recording this as audio,

제 스스로를 더 영어가 자꾸 생각나네요.

I keep thinking about English more and more by myself.

몰이베이트 하기 위해서 동기부여를 하기 위해서

To motivate in order to do mo baiting.

이 채널을 시작했습니다.

I started this channel.

열게 되었습니다.

I have opened it.

그리고 그것이 첫 번째 이유이고요.

And that is the first reason.

두 번째 이유가 더 중요합니다.

The second reason is more important.

제가 책을 읽다가

While I was reading a book

그 책의 저자가 러슬브란슨이라는 사람인데

The author of that book is a person named Russell Brunson.

그 사람이 이야기하기를 다른 사람들에게 영향을 주기 위해서

That person said that it is to influence others.

좋은 영향을 주기 위해서는

To have a positive influence,

지속적으로 뭔가를 퍼블리쉬하고

Continuously publish something and

책을 낸다던가 아니면 이렇게 팟캐스트를 한다던가

Whether it's publishing a book or doing a podcast like this.

이런 방식으로 매일매일 하다 보면은

If you keep doing it this way every day,

정말 큰 영향을 끼칠 수 있다라는 그런 내용을 읽었는데요.

I read that it can really have a big impact.

저는 이것을 통해서 돈을 벌려거나 그런 건 아니지만

I'm not trying to make money or anything like that through this.

저한테 먼저 떠오른 것은

What first comes to my mind is

내가 경전을 읽고 내가 느낀 것을 함께 나눌 수 있다면 정말 좋겠다.

I would really love to share what I felt while reading the scriptures.

그런데 그거를 만약에 내가 내 부모님과 아버지 어머니

But if I were to do that with my parents, my father and mother...

그리고 또는 친한 친구들과 함께 나눌 수 있다면

And if you can share it with close friends.

이게 도움이 된다면 얼마나 좋을까라는 생각이 들었습니다.

I thought how great it would be if this could be helpful.

특히요.

특히나 저희 부모님은 교회 회원이 아니시거나

Especially since my parents are not church members or

된 지 얼마 안 됐기 때문에

Because it hasn't been long since it happened.

경전을 읽는 것이 굉장히 낯설 거라고 생각합니다.

I think reading the scriptures will feel very unfamiliar.

저도 처음에 경전을 읽었을 때

When I first read the scripture

굉장히 낯설고 쉽지 않았던 기억이 있는데요.

I have a memory that was very unfamiliar and wasn't easy.

그래서 제가 이거를 이렇게 조금씩이라도

So I'm doing this little by little.

하루에 10분 정도 녹음을 함으로써

By recording for about 10 minutes a day

제 부모님이나 저희 친구들이 이걸 들어서

My parents or our friends have heard this.

도움이 되기를 바라는 마음에

I hope this will be helpful.

팟캐스트를 시작하게 되었습니다.

I have started a podcast.

그래서 이게 누구를 위한 거냐.

So, who is this for?

이거는 저를 위한 거기도 하고

This is also for me.

그리고 제 부모님, 가족들

그리고 또는 이것을 들어서 도움이 될 수 있는

Or anyone who wants to study the scriptures together.

사람들을 위해서 만들었습니다.

It was made for people.

그리고 제가 오늘은 그냥

경전 공부를 하는 것은 다

Studying scriptures is all.

내일부터는 제가 녹음을 하고요.

Starting tomorrow, I will be doing the recording.

오늘은 왜 제가 경전 공부를 하는 것을

Why am I studying the scriptures today?

중요하게 생각하는지

Do you think it's important?

짧게 나누고 가고 싶어요.

I want to briefly share and then go.

교회를 다니시는 분들은 아시겠지만

Those who go to church will know, but...

교회에서 항상 강조하는 게

What is always emphasized at church is

매일매일 경전을 듣고

Listening to the scriptures every day.

기도하는 것을 매일 하라고

Pray every day.

정말 많이 많이 강조를 합니다.

I emphasize it a lot.

왜 이렇게 강조를 할까요?

Why are we emphasizing this so much?

왜냐하면 안 하면 사람들이 정말

Because if we don't, people will really...

그냥 안 하기 쉽거든요.

It's just easy not to do it.

왜 이렇게 중요하냐.

Why is it so important?

그게 왜 매일 하는 게 중요하냐.

Why is it important to do that every day?

제 경험을 통해서 말씀을 드리자면

Based on my experience, I would like to say that

말씀을 드리자면

To be honest,

하루를 경전을 짧게라도

Even if it's just for a short time, read the scripture for a day.

올해는 아니더라도

Even if it's not this year.

30분까지는 아니더라도

Even if it's not until 30 minutes later.

한 5분이라도 경전을 읽고 시작하는 거랑

Starting with reading the scriptures for even just 5 minutes.

안 읽고 시작하는 거는 하루가 다릅니다.

Starting without reading is a different day.

경전을 읽으면

When you read the scriptures

내가 오늘 뭐에 집중을 하고 살아야 되는지

What I need to focus on and live for today.

내가 뭘 위해서 오늘 하루를 살 것인지

What am I going to live today for?

또는 뭐가 더 중요한지

Or what is more important.

내 삶에 있어서 뭐가 중요한지를

What's important in my life.

계속 생각하면서 하루를 보낼 수 있습니다.

You can spend the day while constantly thinking.

그리고

And

보통은 경전을 읽으면

Usually, when reading the scriptures

예수님에 대해 감사하는 마음

A heart of gratitude towards Jesus.

그리고 내가

And I

잘못한 것들에 대해서 반성하는 마음

A reflective heart regarding the wrongdoings.

이런 것들을 생각하면서

Thinking about these things.

하루를 시작하기 때문에

Because I'm starting the day.

그 하루가

That day

정말 올바른

Really correct.

우선순위에 의해서

By priority

하루가 될 가능성이 더 높습니다.

It's more likely to be a day.

그렇기 때문에

Therefore

경전을 읽고

Reading the scriptures.

시작하는 것은 정말 정말 중요하다고 생각합니다.

I really think that starting is very, very important.

그리고

And

또 만약에 결혼하신 분이라면

And if you are married, then...

부부간에 많이 싸우죠.

Couples often fight a lot.

근데 경전을 같이 읽고

But let's read the scripture together.

같이 경험을 나누고

Share experiences together.

제가 느낀 거를 나누고

I want to share what I felt.

그리고

And

무엇이 중요한지에 대해서 같이 토론을 하다보면

As we discuss what is important,

또 그것이

And that is

우리 관계에도 굉장히 많이 도움이 됩니다.

It is very helpful to our relationship as well.

싸움도 덜하고

Less fighting

그리고 싸움을 하더라도

And even if we fight,

더 빨리 화해하고

Make up faster.

잘못을 생각할 수 있는 것들에 대해서는

Regarding things that can be considered wrong

더 많이 도움이 됩니다.

It helps more.

그래서

So

그런

That way.

기회를

Opportunity

더 만들어 주는 것이

Making more of it

경전 읽기라고 저는 생각합니다.

I think it is called reading scriptures.

그리고

And

또 하나 중요한 것은

Another important thing is

하루를 삶에 있어서

In life, a day

제 자신이

Myself

하느님의

God's

자녀

Child

딸이라는 것을

Being a daughter.

기억하고 사는 것과

Living while remembering

그냥 하루하루를

Just day by day.

닥치는 대로

Whatever comes my way

TV를 보고

Watching TV

밥을 먹고

After eating rice

사람들과 이야기를 하고

Talking with people

짜증이 나고

I'm annoyed.

화가 나고

I'm angry.

기쁘기도 하고

I'm happy too.

그냥 그렇게 흘러가는 대로

Just go with the flow.

사는 거라

It's living.

내가 여기에

I'm here.

지구에 왜 왔는지

Why did you come to Earth?

내가 왜

Why me?

이렇게

Like this

살고 있는지

Are you alive?

그런 존재적인 가치에 대한

On such existential value

의미를 생각하고 사는 거는

Living with the consideration of meaning

정말

Really.

제 인생을 하루하루

My life day by day.

인생을 다르게 사는

Living life differently.

그런 동기가 되어준다고 저는

I become that kind of motivation.

확신할 수 있습니다.

I can assure you.

그래서 제가

제가 읽을 책은

The book I will read is

읽을 경전은

The scripture to read is

그러니까

또 읽은 책이라고 해도

다시 경전을 읽으면

When I read the scriptures again

또 새로운 걸 배우고

Learning something new again.

새로운 걸 느끼거든요.

I feel something new.

그래서

Read the scriptures briefly.

그리고 그것을 통해서

And through that

제가 느낀 것을

What I felt.

배운 것을

What I've learned.

나누는 형식으로

In a sharing format.

내일부터 시작할 겁니다.
