이제 추석 연휴를 앞두고 있는데

그런 느낌의 숙소였어 가지고

저는 이제 카톡으로 안 받고 우편으로 받아 보겠다

I will not receive it through KakaoTalk anymore and will receive it by mail instead.

해서 우편으로 딱 보관할 수 있게 받아서

요즘에 운동도 열심히 하고

뭐 거의 사실 음주도 요즘 거의 안 하고

I also work hard on exercising.

운동을 많이 했거든요

그래서 되게 잘 나오기는 했어요

So it turned out really well.

저는 조금 제가 좀 신경 쓰는 부분들도 있어서

There are a few things I'm a bit concerned about.

그것들도 보통 검사에다가 넣었는데

They usually added those to the regular inspection.

그런 것도 다 괜찮게 나왔고

Everything turned out fine too.

신체 나이가 제 나이보다 한 5살 어리게 나왔더라고요

My body age turned out to be about 5 years younger than my actual age.

그래서 아주 만족스러웠습니다

So I was very satisfied.

건강 체크 틈틈이 하는 거는 진짜 중요한 거 같고

I think it's really important to do health checks whenever you can.

그러다가 뭐 이렇게 이렇게 용종이든 뭐든

Then, whether it's a polyp or something like that...

뭐 떼 내거나 발견해 가지고 하는 게

What you do is take something off or discover it.

나중에 또 이렇게 수도 있잖아요

We can do this again later, you know.

그래서 저는 그런 거를 엄청 추천드리는 편입니다

발견됐으면 오히려 좋은 거일 수도 있는 거고

If it were discovered, it might actually be a good thing.
