그러면 사실 이제 서울 왔을 때 가볼 만한 지역구를 크게 나눠보자면

That's a view you can only see in the Gwanghwamun area of Seoul, nowhere else.

그래서 우리나라에서 그 조선시대랑 현대랑 타임오프 물마다 등장하는 게 그 스팟 아니야.

그 언론사 보이는 빌딩들과 경복궁 보이는 스팟에서 갑자기 세상이 변한 거.

아, 그러니까 광화문역에서 내려서 그 경복궁을 보고 북촌 쪽으로 가는 걸 일단 경복궁을 보고.

난 개인적으로 되게 추천하는데.

어떤 느낌으로 충격이었어?

북촌을 갔을 때 진짜 옛스러운 그 한국 한옥이 잘 지켜져 있으면서도 그게 그냥 관광지만이 아니라 그 안에서 사람들이 실제로 살아가고 있는 그 느낌이 난 되게 충격이었어.

When I went to Bukchon, I was really shocked by the fact that the traditional Korean hanoks were well preserved and that it wasn't just a tourist spot, but that people were actually living there.

이게 이 서울에 이렇게 뭔가 한 공간에 이렇게 보존되어 있다는 것도 신기하고.

It's amazing that something like this is preserved in one space here in Seoul.

두 번째로는 제가 용산 스팟을 한 게 이제 여러분이 이제 아셔야 되는 신조어가 있어요.

Secondly, there is a new term you should know about that I used at the Yongsan spot.

용화대. 청와대의 그 대통령 집무실을 용산으로 이정해서 용화대라고 하잖아요.

Yonghwa-daeg. They say the presidential office of Cheongwadae has been transferred to Yongsan, hence it's called Yonghwa-daeg.

일단 그런 스팟이 옮겨갔다라는 건 거기가 엄청 발전할 거라는 거거든요.

First of all, the fact that such a spot has moved indicates that it will develop tremendously.

용산역 인근에 되게 분위기 좋은 카페도 많고 일단 여기는 음식점이 진짜 많잖아.

There are a lot of really nice cafes near Yongsan Station, and there are just so many restaurants here.

여기 삼각지에 가면 저녁에 와인바 이런 거 되게 많고 그리고 광화문이랑 별로 안 멀고 서울역이랑도 엄청 가까워서 내려오시면서 밥 먹기 딱 좋다.

If you go to Samgakji, there are a lot of wine bars in the evening, and it's not very far from Gwanghwamun, and it's also really close to Seoul Station, so it's perfect for having a meal as you come down.

그다음에 제가 성수를 골랐잖아요.

성수 진짜 제가 알짜배기만 잘 빼왔는데 성수는.

한국은 너무 치여있어. 한국은 너무 뭔가 다닥다닥 붙어있어라고 느끼실 때 반전 매력으로 주기 좋은 한국의 그린존이죠.

Korea is too congested. It's a place where everything feels cramped, but it's also the perfect spot for a refreshing change of pace in Korea’s green zones.

일단 서울숲이 있어가지고 확실히 여행 가면 어느 나라든 나는 공원을 좀 가게 되더라고.

Since there is Seoul Forest, whenever I travel to any country, I tend to visit parks.

공원에서 풀을 보면서 사진 하나 딱 찍고 이런 게 좋은 거 같아서 우리나라 왔을 때 빌딩도 좋지만 또 우리나라 아쉬운 게.

I think it's nice to take a photo while looking at the grass in the park, and while I like the buildings when I visit our country, I also feel there's something lacking.

공원이 많이 없다라는 점이니까 성수 가셔서 핫한 브랜드 팝업도 많이 보시고 쇼룸도 많이 보시고 숲 보시고 이렇게 하면 먹거리 볼거리 그리고 인스타스러운 느낌 뭔가 핫플스러운 느낌 팝업도 성수에서 채워가시면서 약간 알짜배기 코스가 되지 않을까 난 그렇게 생각합니다.

I think it could be a great itinerary to explore pop-ups in Seongsu and experience that trendy atmosphere.
