솔로몬에게 배운다 - 7. 솔로몬의 왕궁 건축 (경기대채플) / 이동원 목사 / 주일예배

우리가 인간 생존의 3대 조건을 말할 때 의식주 혹은 식의주라는 표현을 사용합니다

When we talk about the three essential conditions for human survival, we use the expression "food, clothing, and shelter."

먹을 것, 입을 것, 그리고 살 곳, 주택이 필요하다는 것이죠

It means that we need food, clothing, and a place to live, housing.

솔로몬이 왕위에 등극하고 제일 먼저 관심을 가진 것은 성전건축이었습니다

The first thing Solomon focused on after ascending the throne was the construction of the temple.

그는 성전건축을 위한 준비를 하면서 때를 기다렸다가

He prepared for the construction of the temple while waiting for the right time.

드디어 신년에 걸친 대공사를 통해 마침내 성전을 완공합니다

Finally, through the major construction project spanning the New Year, we will finally complete the temple.

그리고 이어서 그 다음 착수한 공사가 자기가 살 곳, 다시 말하면 왕궁건축이었습니다

And then the next project that commenced was the construction of the place where he would live, in other words, the palace.

열한기상 7장 1절은 이렇게 시작되고 있습니다

1 Kings 7:1 begins like this.

솔로몬이 자기의 왕궁을 13년 동안 건축하며 그 전부를 준공하니라

Solomon built his palace in 13 years and completed it all.

그래서 솔로몬은 두 개의 집, 즉 하나님의 집과 자신의 집을 짓게 됩니다

So Solomon builds two houses, namely the house of God and his own house.

하지만 왕궁이라고 하지만 솔로몬 왕이 혼자 사용할 그런 집은 아니었습니다

But although it is called a palace, it was not a house that King Solomon would use alone.

우리가 열한기상 7장의 서우두를 읽어 내려가면

As we read through 1 Kings chapter 7...

우리는 솔로몬의 왕궁 안에 다시 다섯 개의 중요한 건물들이 있었던 것을 알게 됩니다

We find out that there were again five important buildings inside King Solomon's palace.

첫째는 레바논 백향목 나무로 만들어진 왕궁, palace, 왕궁이 있었고

First, there was a palace made of Lebanese cedar wood.

두 번째 기둥, 주랑 이것은 일종의 현관이고

The second pillar, the porch, this is a kind of entrance.

대기처라고도 할 수가 있었을 것입니다

It could also be referred to as standby processing.

세 번째는 재판하는 주랑, 더 쉽게 말하면 법정이에요

The third is the judge's place, or more simply put, the courtroom.

왕의 법정이 왕궁 내에 설치되어 있었습니다

The king's court was established within the royal palace.

그리고 네 번째가 솔로몬 왕 자신이 거쳐할 공전

And the fourth is the palace that King Solomon himself will pass through.

그리고 마지막 다섯 번째가 이집트인 자기 아내 왕비를 위한 왕궁이 그 안에 포함되어 있었습니다

And lastly, the fifth one included a palace for the Egyptian queen, his wife.

솔로몬 왕궁은 여러 가지 면에서

The Palace of King Solomon is, in many ways,

솔로몬 왕궁은 여러 가지 면에서 그 안에 포함되어 있었습니다

The Royal Palace of Solomon was encompassed in various aspects.

우리가 먼저 지었던 성전과 닮은 꼴이었습니다

It resembled the temple we built first.

우선 사용된 주요 자재가 돌과 백향목이었습니다

First of all, the main materials used were stone and cypress.

그리고 디자인도 성전을 닮도록 설계되었습니다

And the design is also planned to resemble the temple.

솔로몬 궁의 아내뜰은 성전에 있는 아내뜰과 매우 유사했습니다

The wives' courtyard of Solomon's palace was very similar to the wives' courtyard in the temple.

아마도 하나님의 성전에 안뜰 디자인이 너무 좋아

Maybe the design of the courtyard in God's temple is just too beautiful.

그때로 자기 집 뜰도 그렇게 만들기로 결정했던 것으로 보여집니다

It seems that they decided to make their own yard like that at that time.

왕 중의 왕이신 하나님의 뜰을 만들면서

While creating the courtyard of the King of kings, God.

하나님의 아들 된 자신의 거초도 비슷하게 만드는 것이 좋겠다는 생각을 했을 것으로 보여집니다

It seems that he might have thought it would be good to make his own base similar to that of the Son of God.

무엇보다 그가 사용할 가장 중요한 건물은 법정이었습니다

Above all, the most important building he would use was the courthouse.

그 당시 왕의 가장 중요한 책임이

The king's most important responsibility at that time was

판단하는 기능 재판이었기 때문입니다

It was a trial for the function of judgment.

그리고 이것은 마지막 재판이니까

And this is the final trial.

지금 우리식으로 말하면 일종의 대법원이 왕궁 안에 이렇게 포함되었다고 생각하시면 됩니다

You can think of it as a sort of Supreme Court being included within the royal palace in our own terms.

10편, 72편 1절과 2절은 솔로몬 왕의 기도를 우리에게 소개합니다

Psalm 10 and Psalm 72, verses 1 and 2 introduce us to King Solomon's prayer.

이 10편 앞에는 솔로몬의 시라는 제목이 붙어있습니다

This psalm is titled "A Psalm of Solomon" before the 10th one.

Psalm 10, Psalm 72, verses 1 and 2 begin.

하나님이여 주의 판단력을 왕에게 주시고 주의 공의를 왕의 아들에게 주소서

O God, give Your judgments to the king and Your righteousness to the king's son.

그가 주의 백성을 공의로 재판하며 주의 가난한 자를 정의로 재판하리니

He will judge the people of the Lord with righteousness and the poor of the Lord with justice.

이런 왕의 기도는 문자 그대로 법정에서 그대로 응답되었습니다

The king's prayer was answered in court literally.

유명한 왕의 기도입니다

It is the prayer of a famous king.

솔로몬의 재판

The Judgment of Solomon

두 장기 여인들의 죽은 아들과 산 아들의 재판도 바로 여기에서 이루어졌던 것입니다

The trial of the dead son and the living son of the two long-haired women took place right here.

이런 솔로몬의 법정은 장차 만왕의 왕으로 이 땅에 오셔서

Such a court of Solomon will come to this land as the King of kings.

공의로 우리 인류를 심판하실 그 사건에 대한 모형이라고도 할 수가 있습니다

It can also be considered as a model of the event in which He will justly judge our humanity.

그리고 이 법정은 우리 모두의 변호사여 구원자인

And this courtroom is the lawyer and savior of all of us.

예수 그리스도를 우리의 왕으로 필요로 한다는 사실을 우리에게 가르치고 있습니다

It teaches us the fact that we need Jesus Christ as our King.

이제 솔로몬은 왕의 미션을 부여받은 자로서 당연히 필요한 주거를 살 집을 건축하게 된 것입니다

Now Solomon, having been given the king's mission, obviously set out to build the dwelling that was needed.

열한기상의 기사는 그 기사가 묘사하는 왕궁은

The article of 1 Kings describes the royal palace that it portrays.

하나님의 백성들의 주거를 준비할 때에

When preparing a dwelling for God's people

또한 중요한 레슨을 우리에게 가르치고 있습니다

It is also teaching us an important lesson.

저와 여러분이 우리의 집에 주거를 준비할 때 어떻게 준비해야 할까요?

How should you and I prepare for living in our home?

그 대답을 우리는 본문에서 얻을 수가 있습니다

We can obtain that answer from the text.

그 첫째 대답은 우선순위의 균형을 유지해야 한다는 사실입니다

The first answer is that we must maintain a balance of priorities.

한번 따라서 하실까요? 우선순위의 균형을 유지합시다

여기서 말하는 우선순위가 뭡니까?

What is the priority being referred to here?

하나님의 집이 있어요 또 내 집이 있어 우리 집

There is the house of God, and there is my house, our home.

하나님의 집과 내가 살 내 집 사이에서 무엇이 우선순위를 가느냐

What takes priority between God's house and the house where I will live?

솔로몬에게서 배우는 것 솔로몬은 먼저 성전을 지었다는 말이죠

What we learn from Solomon is that Solomon built the temple first.

성전이 우선순위를 가졌다는 말입니다

It means that the temple had priority.

열한기상의 기사는 열한기상 5장과 6장에서

The account of 1 Kings is found in 1 Kings chapters 5 and 6.

솔로몬이 성전을 건축한 사실을 소개한 그 다음

After introducing the fact that Solomon built the temple

이제 본문 7장에 와서 솔로몬의 집 왕궁건축을 소개합니다

Now, in Chapter 7 of the text, the construction of Solomon's palace is introduced.

솔로몬은 과연 성전을 먼저 지어 하나님 앞에 받침으로

Solomon indeed built the temple first as a support before God.

하나님의 집이 무엇보다 중요하다는 사실을 인정하고 고백한 것입니다

It is acknowledging and confessing the fact that God's house is of utmost importance.

그런데 왜 성전은 7년 동안 지으면서

But why is the temple being built for seven years?

솔로몬의 왕궁은 13년 걸렸죠? 13년이나 소요되었을까요?

The palace of Solomon took 13 years, right? Did it really take that long?

그것이 궁금하지 않습니까?

Aren't you curious about that?

어떤 학자들은 자신이 거쳐할 왕궁을 13년간이나 걸린 것을 보면

Some scholars say that it took them 13 years to pass through the palace they were supposed to enter.

솔로몬의 우선순위가 성전이 아니라 자기 왕궁이 아니었을까라는 의문을 던지는 학자들도 있습니다

There are scholars who raise the question of whether Solomon's priority was not the temple but his own palace.

하지만 대부분의 학자들은 솔로몬이 먼저 성전을

However, most scholars believe that Solomon first built the temple.

지었던 것 그리고 자기의 집은 급한 것이 아니니까

What was built and one's own house is not urgent.

아마도 천천히 진행해도 괜찮은 사건이라고 이해했을 것으로 봅니다

I believe they probably understood it as an incident that can be slowly progressed.

저는 그것이 더 합당하다는 견해로 생각합니다

I think that it is a more reasonable viewpoint.

그리고 실제로 자기 집은 자기 집만 있는 것이 아니잖아요

And in reality, one's home is not just their own home, right?

이미 말씀드린 것처럼 왕궁 안에는 법정을 포함해서

As I mentioned before, within the palace there is a court included.

왕궁을 포함해서 여러 가지 다른 기능을 필요로 하는 것입니다

It requires various other functions, including a palace.

그런 건물들이 있었기 때문에 더 많은 시간을 소요하는 것으로 보여지는 것입니다

It seems that more time is being spent because there were such buildings.

그리고 요랑리상을 쓴 기자는 사실 솔로몬이 더 많은 시간을 들여

And the journalist who wrote the article on Yorangi actually spent more time on Solomon.

왕궁을 건설했다는 그 사실을 절대로 비판하지 않습니다

I will never criticize the fact that the palace was built.

그런데 이 왕궁을 지으면서 제일 먼저 백향목 나무를 가지고

However, while building this palace, the first thing was to use cedar trees.

왕궁을 지었다는 것을 본문에서 읽었습니다

I read in the text that a royal palace was built.

자 여기서 바로 왕궁에서 궁전 팰리스에 궁전의 한 복판

Here, right in the palace, at the center of the palace.

여기서 왕이 신하들과 만나고 자기의 가솔들도 만나고

Here, the king meets with his subjects and also meets his own family.

제일 큰 어전이죠

It's the largest royal court.

여기서 여러 국사를 의논하고 결정하는 것이 진행되었을 것입니다

It is likely that various national affairs have been discussed and decided here.

그리고 바로 어전을 둘러싸고 그 주변에는 여러 가지 곁방들이 있었는데

And right around the throne, there were various side rooms.

거기에 무기와 무기와 무기가 있었습니다

There were weapons and weapons and weapons there.

무기고들 혹은 보물창고들이 쭉 있었던 것입니다

There were armories or treasure vaults lined up.

우리가 요랑리상 10장 16절과 17절의 말씀을 통해서 알 수가 있습니다

솔로몬 왕이 쳐서 늘린 금으로 큰 방패 200개를 만들었으니

King Solomon made 200 large shields of hammered gold.

매 방패에 든 금이 600세계리며

Each shield contains 600 seguri of gold.

또 쳐서 늘린 금으로 작은 방패 300개를 만들고

Then, using the expanded gold from striking again, make 300 small shields.

내 방패에 든 금이 30000해라

The gold in my shield is 30,000.

왕이 이것들을 레바논 나무궁에 두었더라

The king placed these in the cedar palace.

수많은 방패 무기들을 만들어서 보관했던 것이에요

I made and stored numerous shield weapons.

그 다음 18절에는 이 방의 한 복판에 왕의 보호자가 있었다는 것을

Then in verse 18, it mentions that there was a King's protector in the middle of this room.

우리에게 보여주고 있습니다

It is showing us.

한번 같이 읽어보세요 18절 시작

왕이 또 상하로 큰 방패로

The king again used a large shield up and down.

큰 보호자를 만들고 정금으로 입혔으니

I made a great protector and adorned it with pure gold.

자 솔로몬 왕의 모든 통치 행위는 바로 여기서 이루어지고 있었던 것입니다

All the reigns of King Solomon were taking place right here.

그리고 한 가지 주목할 것은 바로 이 솔로몬의 왕궁은

And one thing to note is that this palace of Solomon is

성전에서 매우 가까웠다는 것이에요 멀지 않았다는 것입니다

It means that it was very close to the temple, indicating that it wasn't far away.

국사를 보다가 또 성전에 달려가서 제사를 드리고 예배하기도 하고

While looking at the history, I also ran to the sanctuary to offer sacrifices and worship.

가까이 솔로몬 왕의 보호자를 만들고 정금으로 입혔으니

I made the guardian of King Solomon nearby and adorned it with pure gold.

소통할 수 있는 거리에 존재하고 있었습니다

I was in a place where we could communicate.

그러니까 살림집과 성전이 가까웠다는 것이에요

So it means that the residence and the temple were close to each other.

이것은 오늘을 사는 우리에게도 시사는 바가 큽니다

This has significant implications for us living in today.

여러분의 집과 성전은 가까운가요?

Is your home close to the temple?

이것은 마치 초대교회가 많은 경우 집에서 이루어진 것을 우리에게 연상시킵니다

This reminds us of how many gatherings in the early church took place in homes.

내 집에 있는 교회에게 내가 편지하노니

I write to the church that is in my house.

집안에 교회가 있었어요

There was a church in the house.

그러니까 예배와 날마다의 일상생활이 분리되지 않고 있었던 것입니다

So worship and everyday life were not separated.

그러니까 영적인 원리가 일상의 생활에도 그대로 적용되고 있었던 것입니다

So, the spiritual principles were being directly applied to daily life as well.

영적인 원리는 영적인 원리대로 그리고 일상생활은 일상생활대로

Spiritual principles operate according to spiritual principles, and daily life operates according to daily life.

따로 놓은 것이 아니라 함께 연결되고 있었다는 것입니다

It means that they were not placed separately, but rather connected together.

그러니까 열심히 살다가 또 나가서 열심히 하나님을 찬양하고

So live diligently and go out to praise God earnestly.

예배하고 있었던 것입니다

They were worshipping.

이것은 우리에게 마치 초대교회의 성도들의 삶의 양식을 우리에게 연상시켜주고 있습니다

This reminds us of the way of life of the saints in the early church.

사도행전 2장 46절과 7절의 말씀을 보겠습니다

Let's take a look at the verses from Acts 2:46 and 7.

날마다 마음을 같이하여 성전에 모이기를 힘쓰며

Day by day, they devoted themselves to meeting together in the temple with one heart.

집에서 떡을 떼며 기쁨과 순전한 마음으로 음식을 먹고

Eating food with joy and sincerity while cutting rice cakes at home.

하나님을 찬미하며 또 온 백성들에게는

Praising God and to all the people.

성전과 집이 분리되지 않고 예배와 일상생활이 분리되지 않고

The sanctuary and the house are not separated, and worship and daily life are not separated.

삶의 모든 영역에서 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 삶의 모습을 보여주고 있습니다

It shows a life that pleases God in all areas of life.

그렇다면 오늘 여러분과 저의 삶은 어떨까요? 우리도 그런가요?

So, how are our lives today? Are we the same?

아니 성전과 집이 분리되지 않고 예배와 일상생활이 분리되지 않고 삶의 모든 영역에서 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 모습을 보여주고 있습니다

No, it shows that the sanctuary and the home are not separated, that worship and daily life are not separated, and that we are demonstrating how to please God in every area of life.

예배처소와 여러분의 집은 가깝습니까?

Is the place of worship close to your home?

우리가 집을 종종 이사하는데 내가 이사가면 교회 나가기 어떨까?

We move houses often, so how about going to church when I move?

우리 아이들이 교회 나가서 섬기고 봉사하고 신앙생활을 배우는데 어떤 지장이 있을까?

Will there be any hindrance for our children to go to church, serve, volunteer, and learn about faith?

이사할 때 이런 것을 생각하는 분 얼마나 계실까요?

How many people think about things like this when moving?

나는 이사갈 때 생각했다

I thought about it when I was moving.

내가 교회 어떻게 나가고 봉사하고 신앙생활을 하는데 그것이 도움이 될 거 안 되는가를 나는 생각하면서 이사해본 적이 있다

I have thought about whether moving would help me in how I attend church, serve, and live my faith.

그것은 자연의 집을 더 감사할 줄 알아야 한다는 것입니다

우리가 다시 솔로몬의 성전 안으로 돌아보시면

If we look back into Solomon's temple again,

성전의 사방 벽에는 종료나무들과 여러 꽃들의 장식이 존재하고 있었습니다

The walls around the temple were adorned with palm branches and various flowers.

또 성전에 들어가는 문, 감남나무로 만든 문짝이 두 개 있는데

There are also two doors entering the temple, made of olive wood.

거기에도 종료나무, 여러 가지 핀 꽃들을 장식해 놓았습니다

There, they also decorated with termination trees and various blooming flowers.

다시 말하면 성전 안에 자연을 가져온 것입니다

In other words, it has brought nature into the sanctuary.

우리는 이런 모습을 볼 수 있습니다

We can see this kind of appearance.

본문 11기상 7장 18절과 19절에서도 볼 수가 있습니다

It can also be seen in 1 Kings 7:18-19.

기둥을 이렇게 만들었고 또 두 줄 성류를 한 그물 위에 돌려 만들어서

I made the pillar like this and also created a double row of pomegranates by twisting them onto the net.

기둥 꼭대기에 있는 머리에 두르게 하였고

I had it wrapped around the head on top of the pillar.

주랑 기둥 꼭대기에 있는 머리의 네 규빗을 백합화 모양으로 만들었으며

The four ends of the head at the top of the column are shaped like lilies.

자 여기서도요

Here too.

기둥 장식에 두 가지가 많이 들어갔어요

There are a lot of two types in the pillar decorations.

성류와 백합입니다

It's a passionflower and a lily.

성류와 백합수로 꽃으로 장식을 해 놓았던 것을 볼 수가 있습니다

You can see that it was decorated with plum blossoms and white lily flowers.

성전 안에서 자연을 보는 것입니다

It is seeing nature within the sanctuary.

마찬가지로 집 안에서도 자연을 볼 수 있게 한 것입니다

It is also designed to allow you to see nature inside the house.

여러분 이 자연은 주님이 저와 여러분을 위해

This nature is for the Lord, for you and me.

우리를 위해 예비하신 또 하나의 우리의 집이라는 것을 아십니까?

Do you know that it is another home prepared for us?

Psalm 10

19편을 공부해 본 적이 계시나요?

Have you ever studied Chapter 19?

10편 19편은 두 가지로 딱 나누어집니다

Psalm 19 is neatly divided into two parts.

우선 1절부터 6절까지는 자연의 예찬입니다

First of all, verses 1 to 6 are a praise of nature.

자연을 예찬해

Praise nature.

하늘, 궁창, 해, 달, 자연을 예찬해요

I praise the sky, the firmament, the sun, the moon, and nature.

나머지 반 7절부터 14절까지는 말씀을 예찬합니다

The remaining verses from verse 7 to verse 14 praise the word.

자연과 말씀을 나란히 놓고 예찬하고 있는 것을 볼 수가 있어요

You can see that nature and the word are being praised side by side.

신학에서는 자연을 일반 게시

In theology, nature is general revelation.

혹은 일반 은총 이렇게 부릅니다

Or it is called general grace.

그런가 하면 성경 말씀을 특별 게시, 특별 은총이라고 말합니다

On the other hand, the Bible is referred to as special revelation and special grace.

하나님이 특별히 주신 것, 특별한 은총, 말씀

What God has given specially, a special grace, the Word.

하나님이 또한 우리가 자연스럽게 주신 은총, 자연이라는 것입니다

God also gave us grace naturally, which is nature.

우리가 이 두 가지 하나님의 선물을 누리면서 살 수 있도록

So that we can live enjoying these two gifts from God.

하나님이 우리에게 주셨다는 것입니다

It means that God has given us.

성전 안에서도 자연을 느끼고

Feel nature even inside the sanctuary.

집안에서도 자연을 느낄 수 있도록 그렇게 장식한 것입니다

It is decorated in such a way that you can feel nature even at home.

우리가 잘 아는 산상수훈 마태복음 6장 28절 29절의 말씀을 함께 같이 읽겠습니다

Let's read together the words from the Sermon on the Mount, Matthew 6:28-29.

다 같이 시작

Let's all start together.

또 너희가 어찌 의복을 위하여 염려하느냐

Why are you worried about clothes?

덜의 백합화가 어떻게 잘하는가 생각하여 보라

Consider how the lily of the valley does well.

수고도 길삼도 아니하느냐

Isn't it just hard work and no reward?

그러나 내가 말하느니

But I say to you

솔로몬의 모든 영광으로도 입은 것이 이 꽃 하나만 갖지 못하였느니라

“Even all the glory of Solomon was not arrayed like this one flower.”

솔로몬의 모든 왕궁, 성전의 아름다움도 꽃의 아름다움을 능가하지는 못해요

Even the beauty of Solomon's entire palace and temple does not surpass the beauty of flowers.

그런 자연의 아름다움을 우리에게 선물로 주셨다는 것

The fact that such natural beauty has been given to us as a gift.

얼마나 놀라운 축복입니까

What an amazing blessing it is!

그러니까 하나님은 저와 여러분들에게

So God is to me and to you.

우리가 살집니다

We live.

말고 또 하나의 집으로 자연을 저와 여러분에게 주셨다는 것

That you have given nature to me and to you as another home.

믿으십니까 여러분

Do you believe, everyone?

여러분 이 무더운 여름철에 나가서 자연을 봤을 때

When you go out and see nature during this hot summer season,

하나님이 나를 위해서 이렇게 예비하셨구나

God has prepared this for me like this.

하나님 할렐루야 감사합니다 해보신 적 있어요?

Have you ever tried saying, "God, Hallelujah, thank you"?

우리 집이에요 자연이 우리 집이에요

This is our home; nature is our home.

우리 한국 조상들은 옛날부터 집을 지을 때

Our Korean ancestors, since ancient times, when building a house

이 주변에 있는 자연 견해를

The natural views around here.

경관을 이용해서 그것을 마치 내 집 정원처럼 즐길 수 있도록

So that I can enjoy it like my own home garden by utilizing the scenery.

그렇게 바깥이 보이도록 설계를 했습니다

It was designed to allow a view of the outside.

우리가 일본, 한국, 중국의 정원을 연구하는 사람들이

We are people who study the gardens of Japan, Korea, and China.

세 가지 말을 다르게 지었습니다

I named the three things differently.

일본은 일본 정원을 가리켜서 비경 이렇게 말해요 비경

In Japan, they refer to Japanese gardens as "hidden beauty."

그런가 하면 중국 정원은 앞뒤에 있는 정원입니다

On the other hand, the Chinese garden is a garden that is both in front and behind.

앞경이라고 부르고 한국 정원은 차경이라는 말을 씁니다

It is called "apgyeong" and in Korean gardens, the term "chagyeong" is used.

비경 일본 사람들은 집안 저 구석에다가

In the hidden corners of their homes, Japanese people...

조그맣게 예쁘게 비밀스럽게 정원을 만들어 놓고 즐기지 않습니까

Don't you create a small, pretty, secret garden and enjoy it?

비원 비경 이렇게 말하는 것입니다

This is what we call a hidden jewel.

중국 사람들은 높은 곳에 쉬는 곳을 만들어 놓고 정원을 내려다봅니다

Chinese people create resting spots in high places to overlook the garden.

앞경 이렇게 말하는 것입니다

This is what I'm saying in the front.

한국 정원의 특성을 말할 때 차경이다 이렇게 말합니다

When talking about the characteristics of a Korean garden, it is said to be "Chagyeong."

다 같이 차경

Let's all go get some tea.

이 차는 빌려온다는 뜻이에요 차가 빌린다

This car means that it is borrowed; the car is borrowed.

자연 경관을 빌려와서 내 정원처럼 사용한다는 것입니다

It means borrowing natural scenery and using it like my own garden.

우리가 가평에 있는 필그림 하우스를 설계할 때 그렇게 했습니다

We did that when we designed the Pilgrim House in Gapyeong.

설계자에게 저도 부탁을 하는 것이

It's also asking the designer for a favor.

여기는 자연이 아름다우니까 어디서든지 자연을 볼 수 있도록

Since the nature is beautiful here, you can see nature anywhere.

좀 활짝 다 열어달라고

Could you please open it a bit more?

그래서 필그림 하우스에 갔으면 다 열려 있어요

So if you go to the Pilgrim House, everything will be open.

바깥을 어디서든지 심지어 엘리베이터 안에서도 바깥을 다 볼 수가 있습니다

You can see the outside from anywhere, even inside the elevator.

다 열려 있어요

It's all open.

필그림 하우스는 세 개의 산이 이렇게 둘러싸고 있습니다

The Pilgrim House is surrounded by three mountains.

건너편에 명지산 그리고 남쪽에 연인산 그리고 바로 뒤쪽에 수독산

Across from here is Myeongji Mountain, to the south is Yeoninsan, and right behind is Sudoksan.

필그림 하우스 어디서든지 세 개의 산이 이렇게 감싸고 있고

The Pilgrim House is surrounded by three mountains like this, no matter where you are.

또 어디서든지 세 개의 산이 이렇게 감싸고 있고

And again, three mountains are embracing like this anywhere.

어디서든지 다 열려 있기 때문에 어디서든지 이 산을 내 산처럼 누릴 수가 있다는 것

Because it is open everywhere, it means I can enjoy this mountain like it is my own from anywhere.

이런 걸 알고 가서 필그림하고 가서 느껴보세요 한번 다시

Once you know this, go and experience it with the Pilgrims again.

아주 그래서 우리가 편안하게 쉼을 누릴 수가 있다는 것입니다

That's why we can comfortably enjoy our rest.

자연은 또 하나의 우리의 집입니다 다 같이 자연은 우리 집입니다

Nature is another one of our homes. Together, nature is our home.

그러니까 내 집이 답답하다고 느낄 때 밖에 나가서

So when I feel stifled in my house, I go outside.

야 이것도 다 우리 집입니다

Hey, all of this is my house too.

우리 집이다 이러시면 돼요

This is my house, you can say it like this.

우리가 우주라는 한문의 단어를 쓸 때 우주라는 우가 지부자예요 지부자

When we use the word "universe" in Chinese characters, the "u" in "universe" refers to "a branch."

그리고 주자가 하늘주자예요 그래서 우주는 하늘집

And the Master of Heaven is the Master of Heaven, so the universe is the house of heaven.

이 우주를 하늘의 집으로 또한 하나님이 저와 여러분을 위해서 예비하신 것입니다

This universe is also prepared by God as a house in heaven for you and me.

어두운 밤 별이 빛나는 밤 나가서 찬란한 별빛 찬란한 밤하늘을 올려다 보십시오

On a dark night, a starry night, go out and look up at the brilliant starlight and the splendid night sky.

이 우주를 하늘의 집으로 또한 하나님이 저와 여러분을 위해서 예비하신 것입니다

This universe is also prepared by God as a home in heaven for you and me.

하나님 감사합니다 저에게 이 우주를 제 집으로 주신 것을 감사합니다

Thank you, God, for giving me this universe as my home.

이런 것도 좀 느껴야지 느낌이 있어야지

You need to feel this a bit to have a sense of it.

우주는 또한 우리의 집이라는 것이다 우주도 내 집이다 옆에 있는 사람들에게 되게 부자시네요

The universe is also our home. The universe is my home as well. The people next to me are very wealthy.

자연을 집으로 누리고 우주를 집으로 누리며 살 수 있도록 허락하신 하나님

God who has allowed us to enjoy nature as our home and the universe as our home.

내 집이 답답할 때마다

Whenever I feel suffocated at home.

이런 자연의 집을 우주의 집을 예비하신 하나님을 찬양하시기를 주의 이름으로 추권합니다

I encourage you to praise God, who prepared such a natural home and a home in the universe, in the name of the Lord.

오늘 본문이 가르치는 마지막 레슨이 있어요

Today, there is a final lesson that the text teaches.

세 번째는 하나님이 예비하신 영원한 집이 또 있다는 것입니다

The third is that there is also an eternal home prepared by God.

하나님은 우리에게 또 하나의 집을 선물로 예비하십니다

God prepares another home for us as a gift.

이 집에 대해서 예수님이 요한복음 14장 2절과 3절에서 제자들에게 말씀하십니다

Jesus speaks to His disciples about this house in John 14:2-3.

내 아버지 집에 거할 것이 많도다 그렇지 않으면 너에게 일러스리라

In my father's house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you.

내가 너희를 위하여 고하리라

I will tell you.

가서 너희를 위하여 거처를 예비하러 가노니

I go to prepare a place for you.

가서 너희를 위하여 거처를 예비하면 내가 다시 와서 너희를 내게로 영접하여

I will go and prepare a place for you; I will come back and take you to be with me.

나 있는 곳에 너희도 있게 하리라

I will have you be where I am.

여기서 예수님이 천국을 영원한 거처 영원한 거처

Here, Jesus is the eternal dwelling place of heaven.

Eternal Place 영원한 거처라고 말씀하십니다

They say it's an Eternal Place.

자 예수님의 신실한 제자였던 바울사도는

So, the Apostle Paul, who was a faithful disciple of Jesus,

우리가 예수님의 신실한 제자였던 바울사도는

The Apostle Paul, who was a faithful disciple of Jesus,

이 세상에서 우리 육체를 붙들고 살고 있는데

We are living in this world, holding onto our bodies.

그 육체를 가리켜서 장막집이라고 말하고 있어요

It refers to that body as a tent.

우리가 장막 안에 거하는 것처럼 육체 안에 지금 거하고 있단 말이에요

It means that we are currently dwelling in the flesh just as we dwell within a tent.

The tent of the body.

그런데 어느 날 이 육체가 육체의 장막집이 무너질 때가 온다라고 말합니다

However, one day this body will say that the time has come for the tent of this flesh to be torn down.

그런데 여기 놀라운 복음이 있습니다 놀라운 약속이 있습니다

But here is the amazing gospel, there is an amazing promise.

고린도 부소 5장 1절에

"2 Corinthians 5:1"

1절 말씀 다 같이 읽겠습니다

Let's read the first verse together.

만일 땅에 있는 우리의 장막집이 무너지면

If our earthly tent is destroyed

하나님께서 지으신 집 곧 손으로 지은 것이 아니에요

The house made by God is not built by hands.

하늘에 있는 영원한 집이 우리에게 있는 줄을 아느니라

I know that we have an eternal house in heaven.

하늘의 영원한 집 그 집을 저와 여러분을 위해서 주님이 예비하셨다는 것 복음이 아닌가요

Isn't the fact that the Lord has prepared that eternal home in heaven for you and me the gospel?

솔로몬의 찬란한 왕궁도 결국은 무너졌습니다

Even Solomon's magnificent palace eventually fell.

그래서 솔로몬은 전도서 3장 1절과 2절에서 이런 말을 남깁니다

So Solomon leaves these words in Ecclesiastes 3:1 and 2.

There is a time for every purpose, and all things in the world have their own season.

그런데 전도서의 마지막 장 12장 7절에서 이런 인생의 궁극적 결론을

However, in the last chapter of Ecclesiastes, verse 12:7 presents this ultimate conclusion about life.

흙은 여전히 땅으로 돌아가고 영은 그것을 주신 하나님께로 돌아가기 전에 기억하라

Remember that the dust returns to the earth, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.

흙은 땅으로 가요

The soil goes to the ground.

육체는 흙에 속해 있기 때문에 땅으로 갑니다

The body belongs to the earth, so it goes back to the ground.

영은 어디로 하나님께로 돌아간다 이 말이죠

The soul returns to God, that's what it means.

그 하나님께로 돌아가는 길을 예비하기 위해서

To prepare a way back to that God.

2000년 전 하나님의 아들 예수님이

Two thousand years ago, the Son of God, Jesus Christ,

이 땅에 오셨다는 것을 아십니까

Do you know that you have come to this land?

우리가 잘 아는 요한봉 14장 6절 다 같이 시작

Let's all start with John 14:6, which we know well.

예수께서 이르시되 내가 곧 길이요 진리요 생명이니

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life."

나로 말미암지 않고는 아버지께로 올 자가 없는이라면

"No one can come to the Father except through me."

우리 시대에 유명한 강의 설교가인

A famous preacher of lectures in our time.

마틴 로이드 존스 목사님이 병석에 말년에 누워계실 때

When Pastor Martin Lloyd-Jones was lying in bed during his final days.

자기 딸을 불러서 어느 날 이런 부탁을 했다고 합니다

He/she called his/her daughter and made this request one day.

내 몸이 회복되도록 건강 회복되도록

So that my body recovers and gets healthy.

더 이상 기도하지 말았으면 좋겠다

I wish you would stop praying.

내가 영광의 집으로 가는 것을 제발 막지 말아다오

Please do not stop me from going to the house of glory.

아버지의 말을 들은 로이드 존스의 딸은 이런 말씀을 기록합니다

Lloyd-Jones' daughter, having heard her father's words, records the following.

그때 아버지는 요한봉 14장의 영원한 처소에 대한 진리에

At that time, my father believed in the truth of the eternal dwelling mentioned in John 14.

굳게 붙들려 계셨다

You were firmly held.

그는 자신이 오랫동안 섬겨왔던 주님이

He is the Lord whom he has served for a long time.

영광의 집을 예비해 놓으신 것을 확신하고 있었다

I was confident that a house of glory had been prepared.

이것이 바로 믿음이죠

The Prince of Great Preachers, Charles Spurgeon.

요한봉 14장 1절과 2절을 강의하면서 이런 말씀을 남겼습니다

While lecturing on John 14:1-2, I left these words.

그 은총의 나라는 우리가 최후의 우리의 육신을 가지고 머물 처소입니다

The land of grace is the place where we will reside with our final bodies.

예수님도 그곳에 영으로만 가신 것이 아니라

Jesus did not go there only in spirit.

상처난 자욱 그대로 육신을 지닌 채 부활하신 것을 기억할 때

When I remember that He rose again with the scars still visible on His body.

나는 너무나 기쁩니다

I am very happy.

이제 주님이 그곳으로 떠나가신 것처럼

Now that the Lord has departed from there.

우리도 그리스도께서 고하시는 그곳으로 곧 갈 것을 알기 때문입니다

Because we know that we will soon go to the place where Christ has said.

우리도 이제 육신을 가지고 우리의 남은 길

Now we also have a body for the rest of our journey.

그 주님을 만나기 위해서

To meet that Lord.

그 길을 가야 합니다

You must take that road.

요즘 저희 어머님이 100살 이제 막 넘으셨는데

These days, my mother has just turned 100 years old.

좀 많이 아프세요

Are you in a lot of pain?

그래서 우리 가족 전체가 이런 기도를 하고 있습니다

So our whole family is doing this prayer.

이제는 그만 우리 어머님이 너무 고통받지 않고

Now, let's stop so that our mother doesn't suffer too much.

편안히 영광의 집에 갈 수 있도록 은혜를 베풀어 달라고

Please grant me the grace to go peacefully to the house of glory.

이제는 좀 불러가시라고

Now you can go ahead and call me a bit.

영광 속에 계신 그 집으로 나아갈 수 있도록

So that I may approach the house where You dwell in glory.

그리스도인들만이 할 수 있는 기도가 아니겠습니까

Isn't it a prayer that only Christians can do?

그 영원한 거처의 소망을 가지고 있는 사람들이 할 수 있는 기도죠

It's a prayer that those who have the hope of that eternal dwelling can offer.

우리가 부활의 몸을 가지고 영원히 머물 수 있는

We can dwell forever with the body of resurrection.

그 나라의 소망을 갖고 이 땅에서 살고 있다는 것

Living on this earth with the hope of that country.

특권이 아닙니까

Isn't it a privilege?

그 영원한 집이 예비된 것을 확신하고

Confident that the eternal home has been prepared.

오늘 하루하루를 살 수 있다는 것

The fact that I can live each day.

Isn't it gratitude?

솔로몬의 찬란한 왕궁과

Solomon's magnificent palace and

왕궁보다 더 좋은 집

A house better than a palace.

그 본양집의 소망을 여러분도 갖고 계십니까

Do you also have the hope of that original house?

Please remember the lyrics of hymn 239 that we sang.

저 배는 본양집 날마다 가까워

That boat gets closer to home every day.

내 갈 길 멀지 않으니 전보다 더 가깝다

My path is not far, so I am closer than before.

내 주의 집에는 거할 곳 많도다

In my Father's house, there are many dwelling places.

그 보좌 있는 곳으로 가까이 간다

I move closer to where the assistant is.

내 생명 끝날에 십자가 벗고서

At the end of my life, I will take off the cross.

나 멸류관을 쓸 때가 가깝게 되었네

The time has come for me to wear the crown.

내 삶의 끝날을 분명히 모르나

I certainly do not know the end of my life.

내 주여 길 다가도록 늘 함께하소서

My Lord, may You always be with me until the end of the road.

더 가깝고 더 가깝다

Closer and closer.

하루길 되는 내 본양 가까운 곳일세

It's a place close to my hometown that takes a day to reach.

이 본양집에 소망을 가지고 있다

I have hope in this original house.

세상살이 조금 답답해도 이길 수 있습니다

Even if life in the world is a bit frustrating, we can overcome it.

일어날 수 있습니다

It can happen.

그 영광의 소망을 가지고 나아갈 수가 있습니다

We can move forward with the hope of that glory.

이 무더운 여름 이 소망으로 가득 찬 은혜를 받으시고

May you receive this grace filled with hope in this sweltering summer.

여름철의 무더위를 넘어선 하늘의 영광을 체험하는 저와 여러분이 되시기를

May you and I experience the glory of the sky that surpasses the heat of summer.

하나님이 우리를 위해서 이 자연을 예비하신 은혜를 기억하게 됩니다

We are reminded of the grace with which God has prepared this nature for us.

밤하늘에 빛나는 찬란한 별을 바라보며

Looking at the shining brilliant stars in the night sky.

이 자연을 예비하신 은혜를 기억하게 됩니다

I am reminded of the grace that prepared this nature.

이 우주가 우리를 위해서 예비된 축복인 것을 알게 됩니다

We come to know that this universe is a blessing prepared for us.

그리고 이 삶 건너편에 주께서 예비하신 영원한 천국

And on the other side of this life, the eternal heaven that You have prepared.

그 소망을 갖고 하루하루

With that hope, day by day.

삶이 답답해도 이 삶을 이겨낼 수 있는 소망을 은혜를

Even if life is frustrating, may you have the grace and hope to overcome it.

우리 모두에게 베풀어 주시옵소서

Please bestow upon all of us.

주님 부르고 함께

Calling the Lord and together

그 소망이 우리 마음속에 확실하고 가득하도록 기도하십시다

Let us pray that that desire is sure and abundant in our hearts.

The hope of the sky, a beautiful hope.

천국의 영광을 간직하고 살아가도록

To live while holding on to the glory of heaven.

In our hearts, in our souls.

천국의 빛을 천국의 소망을 허락해 주시옵소서

Please grant us the light of heaven and the hope of heaven.

저 배는 본양집 날마다 가까워

That boat gets closer to home every day.
