제1회 손트라 예쁜 엽서전 참여 열기가 정말 대단했습니다
The enthusiasm for the 1st Sontora Pretty Postcard Exhibition was truly amazing.
7월 2일 공무를 시작으로
Starting public duties on July 2nd.
7월 19일 소인이 찍힌 우편물까지 받았는데요
I received the mail, which was postmarked July 19th.
이렇게 도착한 편지와 엽서는 약 4백여 통
The letters and postcards that have arrived like this total about 400.
사실 편지 개수로만 따지면 이보다 훨씬 많았습니다

우편봉투를 열면 그 안에 편지가

This is Kim Young-sook that was sent by Kim Young-sook. She cut the thick drawing paper into A4 size, even drew pictures herself to decorate it, and wrote her story inside. It's not just one page; she sent three pages with different stories.

그림을 그리며 사는 전업작가입니다
I am a full-time artist who lives by drawing.
20여 년 전 대구 지하철 참사로
The Daegu subway disaster that occurred over 20 years ago.
인생의 큰 전환점을 갖게 되어서
Having a major turning point in life.
제 2의 삶을 살고 있답니다
I'm living a second life.
사고 트라우마로 10년 동안
For 10 years due to trauma from the accident.
지하철을 한 번도 타지 않았어요
I have never taken the subway.
폐쇄된 공간이 무서워 어려움이 많았지만
I was scared of closed spaces and had a lot of difficulties, but
지금은 지하철도 가끔 이용하고
I occasionally use the subway now.
엘리베이터도 잘 탄답니다
I can also ride the elevator well.
저는 대구에 살다가
I lived in Daegu and
경산에 전원주택을 지어 이사를 했어요
I built a country house in Gyeongsan and moved in.
꽃도 심고 텃밭도 가꾸면서
Planting flowers and cultivating the vegetable garden.
사진을 찍고 그림을 그리는 삶을 삽니다
I live a life of taking pictures and drawing.
그리고 요즘엔 발라드 트로트에

푹 빠져있답니다

내년이면 60살이에요

고등학교 때 조용필 콘서트를 자주 보러 갔었죠
