Holy Father God, who is full of grace and love.

하나님의 귀하신 은혜와 사랑으로 저희들 구원해 주시고

또 우리의 남은 생에 주님의 거룩하신 몸된 교회 안에

살아갈 수 있도록 인도해 주신 모든 은혜 진심으로 감사를 드립니다

I sincerely thank you for all the grace that has guided me to be able to live.

우리들이 세상에서 피해서 이제 주님의 몸된 교회 안에 거하며

We, having escaped from the world, now dwell within the body of the Lord's church.

주님의 뜻을 이루고 주님의 복음을 전하는 귀한 삶을 살고 있습니다

I am living a precious life fulfilling the Lord's will and proclaiming the Lord's gospel.

주님의 몸된 교회 안에

In the church, which is the body of the Lord.

주님의 뜻을 이루고 주님의 복음을 전하는 귀한 삶을 살고 있습니다

I am living a precious life that fulfills the Lord's will and conveys the Lord's gospel.

주님의 생활하면서 이 교회가 얼마나 소중한 것인지

While living with the Lord, how precious this church is.

얼마나 중요한 것인지

How important it is.

그것이 나하고 무슨 관계가 있는지

What does that have to do with me?

교회를 내가 교회를 위해서 내가 무엇을 어떻게 해야 하는지

What should I do and how should I do it for the church?

하는 이 모든 것들을 말씀을 통해서 배울 수 있도록

So that we can learn all these things through the word.

주님 더욱 도와주시고 인도해 주옵소서

Lord, please help us and guide us even more.

교회는 하나님의 말씀을 가르치고 배우는 곳입니다

The church is a place to teach and learn God's word.

또한 가르치고 배우는 곳일 뿐만 아니라

It is not only a place to teach and learn.

그 가르침을 받는 곳입니다

It is a place where that teaching is received.

그 가르침을 받는 모든 사람들이

Everyone receiving that teaching

그 하나님의 말씀과 명령을 순정하고 행하는 곳이

The place where one obeys and acts according to the word and command of God.

교회라는 것을 분명히 우리에게 깨닫게 해주셔서

Thank you for clearly helping us realize what a church is.

우리의 삶에서 주님의 흔적이 나타나고

The traces of the Lord appear in our lives.

주님의 영광이 나타날 수 있도록

So that the glory of the Lord may be revealed.

우리 모두 일깨워주시고 인도해 주시기를 간절히 의지하고 부탁드립니다

We earnestly rely on and request that you awaken and guide us all.

그렇게 주님의 말씀을 준행하는 그 모든 삶에서

In all of life that follows the Lord's word

하나님께서 우리에게 복을 주신다라고 약속하셨습니다

God promised to bless us.

예수 그리스도로 말미암는 주님의 몸 된 교회 안에서

In the church that is the body of the Lord through Jesus Christ.

복받는 귀한 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록

So that we can live a blessed and precious life.

우리 모두 인도하시고 이끌어주옵소서

May you guide and lead us all.

또 저희들 축의 수양회를 계획하고 있습니다

We are also planning a training retreat for our group.

이번 축의 수양회를 통해서도

Through this retreat of the festival,

이뤄진 많은 영혼들이 구원을 받도록

Many souls that have been realized may receive salvation.

성령님께서 친히 역사해 주시고

May the Holy Spirit work personally.

그 일을 위해서 준비하고 기도하고 수고하시는

Preparing, praying, and working hard for that task.

그 모든 손길 위에 지치지 않야도록

So that it doesn't get tired over all those touches.

능력으로 함께하시고

With the ability to be together.

인도해 주옵소서

Please guide me.

또 이 시간 유한 목사님과 많은 일행들

Also at this time, Pastor Yoo Han and many companions.

또 몽결 성교여행에 있습니다

I am also on a trip for a sexual experience.

은혜 가운데 모든 일정 마치고

Completing all schedules in grace.

건강한 모습으로 돌아올 수 있도록

주님께서 친히 이끌어주시고 인도해 주옵소서

May the Lord personally lead and guide us.

함께하신 모든 분들 위에도

For all those who were together.

더욱 귀한 사랑으로 은혜로 함께해 주시고

어느 곳에 어떠한 모습으로 있든지

No matter where you are or in what form you exist.

이렇게 세 부분을 시간이 허락하는 데까지 말씀을 드리도록 하겠습니다

I will share these three parts as long as time permits.

15절 말씀 다시 보시면

Looking at verse 15 again,

만일 내가 지체하면 너로 하나님의 집에서 어떻게 행하여야 할 것을 알게 하려 하미니

If I delay, it is so that you may know how one ought to conduct himself in the house of God.

이 집은 살아계신 하나님의 교회요 진리의 기둥과 터이니라

This house is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

이 집은 살아계신 하나님의 교회라고 말씀을 하셨습니다

He said that this house is the Church of the Living God.

이 교회는 원어에 보면 에클레시아 가장 많이 알고 계시죠

This church is most commonly known for the term "ekklesia" in the original language, right?

구별된 무리 선택된 무리 이러한 의미를 가지고 있습니다

It has the meaning of a distinguished group and a selected group.

이제 교회인데 이 교회를 아주 정확하게 표현하고 있는 구절이 고린도전서 1장 2절 말씀입니다

Now, regarding the church, the verse that very accurately describes this church is 1 Corinthians 1:2.

고린도전서 1장 2절에

In 1 Corinthians 1:2

고린도에 있는 하나님의 교회 사람의 교회가 아니죠

It's not a church of people, but a church of God in Corinth.

고린도에 있는 하나님의 교회 곧 그리스도 예수 안에서 거룩하여 지고

The church of God in Corinth, sanctified in Christ Jesus.

거룩하여 지는데 어디서 거룩해져야 하는가 하면

To become holy, where must one become holy?

그리스도 예수 안에서 거룩해져야 되는 것입니다

We must be sanctified in Christ Jesus.

그리스도 예수 안에서 거룩하여 지고

Becoming holy in Christ Jesus.

또 각처에서 우리 주 곧 저희와 우리의 주 대신

"Also, in various places, our Lord, indeed, instead of them and our Lord."

예수 그리스도 이름을 불러요

I call upon the name of Jesus Christ.

부르는 모든 자들

All who call.

이렇게 표현을 하셨습니다

You expressed it this way.

그래서 이러한 말씀에 교회의 의미가

So the meaning of the church in these words is

한 사람은 교회가 될 수 없다라는 것을 말씀을 하고 있어요

It is saying that one person cannot be a church.

그리스도 안에서 거룩하여 지고 성도라 부르심을 입은 자들

Those who are called to be holy and saints in Christ.

예수 그리스도의 이름을 부르는 자들

Those who call on the name of Jesus Christ.

에베소서에서도 보면 에베소에 있는 성도들

In Ephesians, it is also seen that the saints in Ephesus...

또 신실한 자들 이렇게 복수로 표현하고요

And the faithful ones are also expressed in plural like this.

마태복음 18장 20절 말씀에 예수님께서 이렇게 말씀하셨어요

In Matthew 18:20, Jesus said this.

두세 사람이 내 이름으로 모인 곳에

Where two or three gather in my name

거기에 나도 그들과 함께 있겠다

I will also be there with them.

두세 사람이 내 이름으로 모인 곳

Where two or three people gather in my name.

그것이 교회이죠

That is the church.

한 사람은 교회가 될 수가 없는 것이죠

One person cannot become a church.

두세 사람이 주님의 이름을 부르고

Two or three people calling on the name of the Lord.

주님과 함께 있는 그곳을 교회라고 하고

The place where the Lord is present is called the church.

그 교회의 머리로 계시는 분

The one who is the head of that church.

나도 그들 중에 함께 있겠다라고 말씀을 하셨어요

He said he would be with them as well.

예수님은 교회의 머리로 계십니다

Jesus is the head of the church.

예수님께서 이 땅에 계셨을 때

When Jesus was on this earth.

아직 죽으시고 부활하시기 전에 이 땅에 계시면서

Still being on this land before dying and being resurrected

예수님께서 이렇게 말씀을 하셨어요

Jesus said like this.

마태복음 8장 20절 말씀에

In Matthew 8:20, it says,

여우도 굴이 있고 공중에 새도 거쳐가 있으되

Even a fox has its den, and birds pass through the sky.

오직 인자는 머리 둘 것이 없도다

Only the Son has no head.

머리는 어디에 두어져야 되는가 하면 몸에 두어져야 되는 것이죠

The head should be placed on the body.

그런데

However

예수님이 세상에 계실 때 살아계실 때는

When Jesus was in the world, while He was alive,

아직 예수님의 몸

The body of Jesus is still here.

그 몸이 아직 이루어지지 않았습니다

That body has not yet been formed.

그래서 예수님께서 십자가에 죽으시고 부활하시고 난 다음에

So after Jesus died on the cross and resurrected.

그 예수님의 죽으심과 부활하심을 믿는 사람들이

Those who believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus.

모여져 있는 그곳을 교회라고 하고

That place where people gather is called a church.

그 교회의 머리로 계신 분이 예수님이신 것이죠

The one who is the head of that church is Jesus.

그러한 내용들은 우리가 잘 알고 있습니다

We are well aware of such matters.

그러한 교회는 사람이 만들 수도 없고 형성할 수도 없습니다

Such a church cannot be made or formed by people.

왜냐하면 이 교회는 성교에서 말씀하시기를

Because this church speaks in the gospel.

그리스도를 하나님이 언제부터 예정을 하셨는가 하면

When did God predestine Christ?

사도행전 3장 20절 말씀에

In Acts 3:20, it says...

창세로부터 예정하신 그리스도 곧 예수를 보내시겠다

He will send Christ, whom He predestined from the creation of the world, that is, Jesus.

이렇게 말씀하셨거든요

You said it like this.

창세로부터 예정하신 분이 누구시냐면 그리스도로 보내셨습니다

The one who has been appointed since creation is sent as Christ.

그런데 그 그리스도가 교회의 머리로

However, that Christ is the head of the church.

그리스도를 보내시지 않습니까

Aren't you sending Christ?

따라서 교회도 창세 전부터 예정했다는 것을 우리가 알 수가 있어요

Therefore, we can see that the church was also predestined from before the foundation of the world.

그래서 에베소서 1장에 보면

So in Ephesians chapter 1,

하나님이 창세 전에 그리스도 안에서 우리를 택하사

God chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world.

이렇게 말씀하셨거든요

You said it like this.

그리스도 안에 있는 그 모습

The appearance of being in Christ.

그리스도 안에서 구원함을 받은 사람들을 가리켜서

Those who have been saved in Christ.

교회라고 이야기를 하고 있는 것이죠

It is talking about a church.

그러한 교회는 사람이 세울 수가 없는 것이죠

Such a church cannot be established by humans.

왜? 창세 전부터 하나님의 뜻과 계획 가운데

Why? Within God's will and plan from before the foundation of the world.

존재한 것이 교회이기 때문에 그렇습니다

It is because what exists is the church.

그래서 사람이 교회를 가리켜 자기 교회라고 이야기하는 것은

So when a person refers to a church as "my church," it is...

아주 잘못된 모습이죠

That's a very wrong attitude.

사람은 교회를 만들거나 형성할 수가 없습니다

A person cannot create or form a church.

교회는 오직 하나님 예수 그리스도에 의해서 교회는 형성이 되어집니다

The church is formed solely by God, Jesus Christ.

베드로 사도가 예수님에게 이렇게 답을 했어요

Apostle Peter answered Jesus like this.

주는 그리스도시여 살아계신 하나님이십니다

You are the Christ, the living God.

하나님의 아들이십니다

He is the Son of God.

이렇게 신앙 고백을 했을 때

When I made this confession of faith

예수님께서 내가 이 반석 위에 내 교회를 세우리니

Jesus said, "On this rock, I will build my church."

음부의 건세가 이기지 못하리라

The power of the pubic area will not be overcome.

내 교회를 누가 세웠는가

Who built my church?

예수님께서 세우십니다

Jesus will establish.

사람은 세울 수가 없는 거예요

You can't stand a person up.

많은 하나님을 믿는 사람들

People who believe in many gods.

또 하나님의 일을 하는 사람들이

Also, people who do God's work.

교회를 개척하고 그것을 내 교회라고 이야기를 하잖아요

You talk about planting a church and saying that it is your church.

그것은 잘못된 표현인 것이죠

That's a wrong expression.

내 교회가 아니라

Not my church.

하나님의 교회인 것이죠

It is the Church of God.

예수 그리스도께서 교회는 세우신 것입니다

Jesus Christ established the church.

그래서 이 교회의 형성은

So the formation of this church is

사람에 의해서 세워지는 것이 아니고

It is not established by people.

오직 예수님 하나님에 의해서 형성되어지는 것을

Only by Jesus Christ is it formed by God.

우리가 분명히 알 수가 있습니다

We can clearly know.

그 교회가 모양, 구조를 가지고 있어요

That church has a shape and structure.

우리가 건물들을 보면 건물들이 여러 가지 구조가 있지 않습니까?

When we look at buildings, don't you think there are various structures?

이 교회도 구조가 있습니다

This church also has a structure.

이렇게 말씀을 드리면

If I say it like this,

건물을 생각하시는 분들이 많아요

Many people are thinking about buildings.

교회는 건물이 아니고

The church is not a building.

세상에서 구별된 무리, 선택받은 무리라는 뜻이라고 말씀을 드렸지 않습니까?

I told you that it means a distinguished group in the world, a chosen group, right?

교회당은 그 교회가 모여있는 집을 가리켜서 교회당이라고 이야기를 하는 거죠

The church building refers to the house where the church congregation gathers.

그 교회당의 구조는 여러 가지 모습이 있을 수가 있죠

The structure of that church can take on various forms.

그 교회당의 건물의 구조의 모습이

The structure of the church building looks like this.

좋을 수도 있고 나쁠 수도 있고

It could be good or it could be bad.

편리할 수도 있고 편리하지 못할 수도 있고

It can be convenient, and it can also be inconvenient.

여러 가지 구조가 있습니다

There are various structures.

그런데 교회당은 건물의 구조가 있고

However, the church building has a structure.

교회당만 구조를 가지고 있는 것이 아니라

Not only does it have the structure of a church building, but...

교회도 구조를 가지고 있어요

The church also has a structure.

교회의 대표적인 구조가 무엇이냐면

What is the typical structure of a church?

몸과 머리인 것입니다

It's the body and the head.

교회는 그의 몸이니 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다

The church is His body, He said.

우리가 오늘 읽은 에베소서 1장을 잠깐 보시죠

Let's take a look at Ephesians chapter 1 that we read today.

에베소서 1장

Ephesians Chapter 1

1장 22절 말씀서부터 제가 다시 읽겠습니다

I will read it again starting from verse 22 of chapter 1.

22절

Verse 22

또 만물을 그 발 아래 복종하게 하시고

"And put everything under His feet."

그를 만물 위에 교회의 머리로 주셨느니라

He has been given as the head of the church over all things.

교회는 그의 몸이니 만물 안에서 만물을 충만케 하시는 자의 충만이니라

The church is His body, which is the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

교회는 그의 몸이라고 말씀하셨거든요

He said that the church is his body.

그런데 여러분들 한번 생각해 보세요

But everyone, think about it for a moment.

몸만 있다라고 하면

If you say it's just the body.

머리만 있다라고 하면

If you say there is only a head.

머리가 없고 몸만 있다라고 하면

If it is said that there is no head and only a body.

그것은 사람으로 이야기를 하면

If we talk about it in terms of people,

그것은 죽은 것이죠

That is dead.

그래서 사람의 육체는

So the human body is

사람의 육체는 어떻게 구성이 되어져 있는가 하면

How is the human body composed?

머리와 몸으로 이루어져 있습니다

It is made up of a head and a body.

이 목이 잘려지면 죽은 것이죠

If this neck is cut off, it means death.

우리가 교회를 생각할 때는

When we think of the church,

몸만 생각할 것이 아니라

You should not only think about the body.

머리도 항상 함께 생각을 하셔야 돼요

You always need to think together with your head.

머리와 몸

Head and body

그래서 이 교회를 표현할 때는

So when expressing this church,

어떻게 표현하시는가 하면

How do you express it?

교회는 그의 몸이니

The church is his body.

그리스도와 교회

Christ and the Church

그리스도의 교회

The Church of Christ

하나님의 교회

Church of God

이렇게 표현하십니다

You express it like this.

하나님의 교회라는 뜻도

It also means the Church of God.

하나님이 머리로 계신다라는 뜻이잖아요

It means that God is in our heads.

그리스도의 교회라는 뜻도

It also means the Church of Christ.

그리스도가 머리로 계신다는 뜻입니다

It means that Christ is the head.

그래서 그리스도와 교회에 대해서

So about Christ and the church.

말씀을 하고 계십니다

You are speaking.

이 교회의 모습이 항상

The appearance of this church is always

머리와 몸

Head and body

이와 같은 모습으로 있다라는 것을

To be in such a form.

우리가 생각을 해야 되고

We need to think.

우리가 교회를 생각할 때

When we think of the church

아 머리가 있구나

Oh, you have a head.

머리가 있다라는 생각을 하면

When I think that I have a brain,

우리가 생각할 것이 굉장히 많아져요

We have a lot more to think about.

머리가 하는 일이 무엇이냐면

What the head does is

머리는 몸을 움직이게 하고

The head moves the body.

몸을 자라게 합니다

It helps the body grow.

여러분들 우리 몸이

Everyone, our bodies

스스로 자라는 것이 아니잖아요

It's not like it's growing on its own.

골로세서 잠깐 찾아보실까요?

Shall we take a quick look at Colossians?

골로세서 2장

Colossians Chapter 2

2장 19절 말씀

Verse 19 of Chapter 2

19절 같이 읽겠습니다

Let's read verse 19 together.

머리를 붙들지 아니하는지라

Not holding onto the head.

온몸이 머리로 말미암아

The whole body is due to the head.

마디와 힘줄로 공급함을 얻고

"Obtaining supply through joints and tendons."

연합하여 하나님이 자라게 하심으로 자라느니라

By uniting, we grow as God causes us to grow.

여러분들 우리 사람의 육체를 봐도

Even when we look at the human body,

이 몸이 자라는 것은

This body is growing.

몸이 스스로 자라는 것이 아니라

The body does not grow on its own.

머리에서 성장 호르몬을 몸에 보내주기 때문에

Because it sends growth hormones from the brain to the body.

몸이 자랍니다

The body grows.

교회가 자라는 모습도 마찬가지죠

The same goes for the growth of the church.

교회도 머리가 자라게 해야지만

The church must also allow the head to grow.

교회가 성장이 되어지는 것입니다

The church is growing.

우리 교회가 성장이 되어지는 모습을 보면

When I see our church growing,

우리는 그것을 알 수가 있어요

We can find out about it.

우리 교회의 역사를 살펴보면

If we look at the history of our church,

지금 40여 년의 역사가 지나가고 있지 않습니까?

Isn't it true that over 40 years of history is passing by now?

초창기에 우리 교회의 모습하고

The appearance of our church in the early days.

지금 우리 교회의 모습하고는

Compared to how our church is right now

너무나 다른 모습인 거예요

It's a completely different appearance.

이렇게 이 교회를

This church like this

이렇게 귀한 모습으로

In such a precious appearance.

이끌어 가신 분이 누구시냐면

Who is the person that led you?

바로 머리

Right on the head.

예수님이십니다

It is Jesus.

머리가 자라게 하신 것이죠

You've made my hair grow.

그래서 우리가 교회 생활을 할 때

So when we live the church life

항상 머리가 있다라는 생각을 하셔야 돼요

You always have to think that you have a brain.

그런데 우리가 신앙생활

However, our faith life

교회 생활하면서

While living the church life

머리에 대한 부분은 별로

I don't really care about the head part.

생각을 잘 안 하고 사십니다

You live without thinking much.

설령한다고 해도

Even if it is assumed.

머리와 몸을

Head and body.

예수 그리스도와 교회를 따로 생각을 하시면서

Thinking of Jesus Christ and the church separately.

살아가는 경우들이 종종 있어요

There are often cases where people just get by.

그래서 머리의 뜻이 무엇인지

So what does the head mean?

하나님의 뜻이 무엇인지

What is God's will?

그 머리의 뜻이

The meaning of that head.

교회에 어떻게 전달이 되어지고

How is it communicated to the church?

그 교회에 있는 내가

I, who am in that church

머리의 뜻을 어떻게 이루어가야 하는지

How to achieve the meaning of the head.

이런 것들을 생각하지 않고

Without thinking about such things.

그냥 심상하게 교회 생활을 하는 경우들도

There are also cases where people just lead a normal church life.

종종 있습니다

It often happens.

그래서 우리가

So we

교회의 구조를 생각을 하시면서

While thinking about the structure of the church.

이 교회는

This church is

머리가 항상 위에 있다라는 것을

That the head is always above.

생각을 하셔야 돼요

You need to think.

굉장히 중요한 것입니다

It is very important.

주님께서

The Lord

부부에 대해서 말씀을 하셨어요

You spoke about couples.

에베소에서

In Ephesus

5장

Chapter 5

17절 이하에 보시면

If you look below verse 17.

이러므로

Therefore

부부들

Couples

남편과 아내는 서로 피차 경애할지니라

Husbands and wives should mutually respect each other.

이렇게 말씀하시면서

Saying this,

아내들에게는 남편에게

To the wives, to their husbands.

순정하고 복정하라고 말씀을 하시고

He tells me to be pure and obedient.

남편들에게는

To husbands

아내를 위해서

For my wife.

그리스도께서 자신을 위해서

For Christ himself

교회를 위해서 자신을 주심과 같이

Just as He gave Himself for the church.

그렇게 아내를 사랑하라

Love your wife that way.

라고 말씀하셨습니다

They said.

그래서 남편에게 주신 명령이

So the command given to my husband is

사랑이고

It's love.

아내에게 주신 명령이 순정인 것이죠

The command you gave to your wife is obedience.

이러한 말씀을 쭉 하시면서

While you were saying all this...

32절 말씀에

In verse 32.

에베소서 5장 32절 말씀에

The word from Ephesians 5:32

이 비밀이

This secret is

크도다 내가 그리스도와

I am great with Christ.

교회에 대하여 말하노라

I am speaking about the church.

이 부부간의

This couple's

도리를 말씀을 하시면서

While speaking of principles

남편과 아내 된 도리를

The duties of a husband and wife.

말씀하시면서 이 비밀이

While you speak, this secret is...

크다라고 말씀하셨어요

You said it's big.

그러면서 하시는 말씀이

And then you said,

내가 그리스도와

I am with Christ.

교회에 대해서 말한다 라고 말씀하셨거든요

You mentioned that you would talk about the church.

부부는

The couple is

둘이 하나가 되어졌지 않습니까

Aren't the two of us becoming one?

마찬가지로

Likewise

그리스도 예수님과

With Christ Jesus.

우리 구원받은 그리스도인들이

We, the saved Christians,

하나가 되어진 모습

The appearance of becoming one.

그래서 이 교회를

So this church...

말할 때는 항상 그리스도와

Always speak with Christ.

교회 이렇게 같이

Let's do church together like this.

성경은 말씀을 하고 있습니다

The Bible is speaking.

그러한 교회

Such a church

예수님과

With Jesus

Ephesians Chapter 1

22절 아까 읽은 말씀에

In verse 22, the passage we just read.

하나님께서 예수님

God and Jesus

그를 만물 위에 교회의

The church above all things.

머리로 주셨다

You gave it to me with your head.

만물 위에 교회가 있고

Above all things is the church.

그 교회의 머리로 계신 분이

The one who is the head of that church is.

예수님이시거든요

It's Jesus.

그러니까 이 22절 말씀을 생각을 해보면

So if we think about this verse 22...

교회가 어디에 있는가 하면

Where is the church located?

만물 위에 있습니다

It is above all things.

만물이라는 뜻은 하나님이 만드신 모든 것들

The meaning of "all things" refers to everything created by God.

세상에 존재하는 모든 것들을

Everything that exists in the world.

가리켜서 만물이라고 이야기를 하고 있습니다

It is said that everything is referred to.

그 만물 안에

Within all things

우리가 살고 있는 지구도 있는 거예요

There is also the Earth that we live on.

그러니까 우리가 큰 의미로 본다면

So, if we look at it in a broader sense,

물질적인 세계로 본다면

If you look at it from the material world.

전 우주를 만물이라고 하고 있죠

I am calling the entire universe everything.

그 우주 위에 있는 것이

What is above that universe?

교회라는 것입니다

It means "church."

그 교회의 위치가 그렇거든요

That's because of the location of that church.

이 교회의 위치가

The location of this church is

그렇게 높은 위치에 있다라는 것을

That you are in such a high position.

생각을 하면

When I think about it

교회에서 우리가 생활하는

The life we live at church.

그 모습이

That appearance

함부로 쉽게 내 생각대로

Carelessly and easily according to my own thoughts.

내 마음대로 그렇게 생활할 수는 없는 것이죠

I can't just live my life the way I want.

어떤 분들은

Some people

쉽게 이렇게 이야기를 하셔요

It's easy to talk like this.

무슨 교회가 이래

What kind of church is this?

왜 이 교회는 이렇게 사랑이 없어

Why is this church so lacking in love?

이 교회에 대해서

About this church.

함부로 이야기를 하거든요

They speak carelessly.

여러분들 교회는 사람이

Everyone, the church is made up of people.

함부로 이야기할 수 있는 곳이 아닌 것입니다

This is not a place where you can talk carelessly.

왜 하나님의 교회이시기 때문에 그래요

It's because it is the church of God.

그리스도께서 머리로 계시기 때문에 그렇습니다

It is because Christ is the head.

그런데 그러한 교회를

However, such a church

이 교회 이런 식으로 표현하는 것은

Expressing this church in this way is

아주 잘못된 것이죠

That's very wrong.

교회의 머리로

As the head of the church

주님이 계시고

The Lord is present.

하나님이 계시다라는 것을 알면

If you know that God exists.

우리가 교회에 대한 표현도

Our expression about the church as well.

삼가 조심할 필요성이 있습니다

There is a need to be cautious.

교회는 만물 위에

The church is above all things.

위치하고 있는 곳이기 때문에 그렇습니다

It's because it's the place where it is located.

자 그러한

교회에 대해서 성경은

계속 말씀을 하고 계시는데

이 에베소소 골로세세에서

이것이 비밀이라고 말씀을 하고 계십니다

여러분들 하나님께는

여러분들 성경에서 비밀이라고 했었을 때는

When the Bible mentions a secret, it refers to...

전혀 알지 못하게끔

To make it completely unknowable.

꽁꽁 감춰놓은 것을

What has been tightly hidden away

비밀이라고 표현하는 경우도 있지만

There are times when it is referred to as a secret.

그러지 않은 경우들이

Cases where that is not true.

대부분입니다

우리가 하나님의 비밀인 그리스도

We are the mystery of God, Christ.

골로세서 한번 보시죠

그리스도가 비밀입니다

Christ is the mystery.

그리스도가 비밀이에요

Christ is a mystery.

그런데 그리스도가 비밀이라는 것이

However, the fact that Christ is a mystery.

쉽게 이해되십니까?

Is it easy to understand?

비밀은 감춰놓은 것이고

A secret is something that is kept hidden.

남이 알지 못하도록 만들어놓은 것이

What has been created so that others do not know.

비밀인데

It's a secret.

그런데 그리스도는 모든 사람들에게

However, Christ is for all people.

다 전파되어져 있어요

It's all being transmitted.

그리스도를 모르는 사람은 없습니다

There is no one who does not know Christ.

그런데 왜 성경은

But why does the Bible...

하나님의 비밀을 그리스도라고

The mystery of God is Christ.

말씀을 하셨을까

여기서 비밀이라는 그 의미는

열어서 보여준

하나님의 진리를 가리키는 것을

모든 사람이 다 알 수 있도록

다 열려져 있는데

그런데 그 비밀을 못 깨달아요

But I can't realize that secret.

이게 놀라운 거잖아요

This is amazing, right?

그리스도가 하나님의 비밀이고

Christ is the mystery of God.

교회도 하나님의 비밀인 것입니다

The church is also a mystery of God.

교회가 어떠한 것인지

What the church is like.

사람들이 잘 몰라요

People don't know well.

특히 구원받지 못한 사람은

Especially the unsaved person

교회가 어떠한 것인지

What the church is like.

절대로 알지 못합니다

I will never know.

그런데 구원받은 사람은

However, the saved person is

교회를 알아가야 되거든요

You need to get to know the church.

구원받은 사람은 그리스도를 알아가야 되지 않습니까

Shouldn't the saved person come to know Christ?

구원받은 사람은 하나님을 알아가야 되잖아요

A saved person should come to know God.

그래서 호사에서 6장 3절 말씀해도

So, even in Hosea 6:3 it says...

우리가 여와를 알자

Let us know the Lord.

어떻게 여와를 알자

How do we get to know Yeowah?

힘써 여와를 알자

Let us strive to know the Lord.

그런데 정말 힘써 여와를 알고 계십니까

But are you really making an effort to know the Lord?

힘써 그리스도 알고 계십니까

Do you strive to know Christ?

힘써서 교회를 알려고 하십니까

Are you trying hard to get to know the church?

그러한 그 모습을

That appearance.

그리스도의 비밀

The mystery of Christ

교회의 비밀이라고 말씀을 하셨어요

He said it was the secret of the church.

하나님의 비밀이라고

It's God's secret.

그리스도의 비밀이 그리스도이시고

The mystery of Christ is Christ.

그리스도의 비밀이 교회이십니다

The secret of Christ is the church.

왜냐하면

Because

에베소서 3장을 한번

Ephesians chapter 3.

2장을 한번 보시죠

Let's take a look at Chapter 2.

에베소서 3장을 보시면

하나님께서 이렇게 말씀을

곧 계시로 내가 비밀을 알게 하신 것을

하나님의 비밀은 그리스도라고

그리스도의 비밀을 내가 깨달은 것을

너희도 알 수 있을 것이다

무엇을 읽으면

What should I read?

지금 에베소서 1장 2장을 읽으면

If you read Ephesians chapters 1 and 2 right now,

그리스도의 비밀을 내가 깨달은 것을 너희도 알 수 있을 것이다

You will also be able to understand what I have realized about the mystery of Christ.

그럼 에베소서 2장의 내용이 무엇이냐면

Then what is the content of Ephesians chapter 2?

하나 될 수 없는 존재들이 있어요

There are beings that cannot become one.

민족적으로 봤을 때

From an ethnic perspective.

절대로 하나 될 수 없는 민족이

A people that can never come together.

유대인과 이방인들입니다

They are Jews and Gentiles.

유대인과 이방인들은 절대로 하나가 될 수 없어요

Jews and Gentiles can never become one.

왜 그런가 하면

The reason is that...

이방인들은 어떠한 모습이라고 말씀을 하셨는가 하면

What did you say the foreigners look like?

2장 11절 말씀해 보시면

If you look at the verse 2:11

에베소서 2장 11절

Ephesians 2:11

그러므로 생각하라

Therefore, think.

너희는 그때의 육체로 이방인이다

You are foreigners in the flesh at that time.

손으로 육체에 행한 할래당이라 칭하는 자들에게

To those who are called the circumcisers of the flesh.

무할래당이라 칭함을 받는 자들이라

Those who are called the Mujaldae Party.

그때의 너희는 그리스도 밖에 있었고

At that time, you were outside of Christ.

이스라엘 나라 밖에 사람이라

I am a person outside of Israel.

약속의 언약에 대하여

Regarding the covenant of promise.

외인이오 세상에 소망이었고

I was a hope for the world.

하나님도 없는 자이었는데

He was someone who didn't even have God.

그런데 이제는

But now...

이제는이라는 뜻이 뭐예요

What does "이제는" mean?

예수 그리스도로 말미암아

Through Jesus Christ.

전에 멀리 있던 너희가

You who were far away before

그리스도 예수 안에서

In Christ Jesus

그리스도의 피로

By the blood of Christ

이제는 너희가

Now it's your turn.

이제 이 둘이 가까워졌다

Now these two have grown close.

하나가 됐다라고 말씀하시는 거예요

You are saying that you have become one.

그것이 그리스도의 비밀이라고 말씀하시는 거예요

That is what is referred to as the mystery of Christ.

그리스도의 비밀이 무엇이냐면

What is the mystery of Christ?

둘이 하나가 될 수 없는데

The two cannot become one.

하나가 되어진 것이에요

It has become one.

연합인 것입니다

It is a union.

연합의 대표적인 모습이

A representative image of the alliance.

교회의 모습이거든요

It's the appearance of a church.

여러분도 우리들을 한번 보셔요

You should take a look at us too.

우리들 같이 옆에 앉아계신 분들

People sitting next to us.

한번 좌우에 얼굴을 보시겠어요

Could you please look to your left and right?

이렇게 가족끼리 앉아계신 분들도 그러지만

There are also those who are sitting together like this as a family.

그리스도의 피로가

The blood of Christ.

생판 처음 보시는 분들도 있잖아요

There are people I've never met before, after all.

그런데 지금 이 같은 공간에

By the way, in a space like this right now

우리가 같이 호흡을 하고 있습니다

We are breathing together.

이유가 뭐예요

What is the reason?

그리스도 때문에 그래요

It's because of Christ.

우리가 혈연이 같고

We share the same bloodline.

지연이 같고

Like Ji-yeon.

또 스승이 같고

And also like a teacher.

부모가 이렇게 한 곳에 있는 것이 아니잖아요

Parents are not always in one place, you know.

우리가 하나로 이렇게 있는 이유는

The reason we are together like this is...

딱 한 가지밖에 없습니다

There is only one thing.

예수 그리스도

Jesus Christ

그 그리스도의 비밀이 무엇이냐면

What is the mystery of Christ?

서로 다른 둘을 하나되게 만들어 놓는 거예요

It is about bringing two different ones together as one.

이방인과 유대인과

Between foreigners and Jews.

유대인들은 절대로 하나될 수가 없는데

Jews can never unite.

놀랍게도 예수 그리스도로 말미암아

Surprisingly, through Jesus Christ.

하나가 되어졌어요

We have become one.

마찬가지로 하나님과 죄인은 절대로 하나가 되어질 수 없습니다

Similarly, God and sinners can never become one.

그런데 하나가 되어졌잖아요

But we became one, right?

머리와 몸은 사실은

The head and the body are actually

별개의 모습인 것입니다

It is a separate form.

머리하고 몸은 사실은 별개의 모습이에요

The head and body are actually distinct representations.

그런데 머리와 몸이 하나가 돼서

But the head and body become one.

한 육체를 이루었지 않습니까

Haven't we become one flesh?

그것이 그리스도의 비밀이거든요

That is the mystery of Christ.

성경은 이렇게

The Bible says this.

하나님의 비밀

The secret of God.

그리스도의 비밀

The mystery of Christ.

이러한 모든 비밀들을 다 열어놓으셨어요

You have unveiled all these secrets.

그런데 그것을 깨닫는 사람들이

However, those who realize it

그 비밀을 참으로 깨닫는 사람들이

People who truly understand that secret.

너무 적다라는 것이죠

It's too little.

세상 사람들도 그렇고

People in the world are like that too.

구원받은 그리스도인들 가운데서도

Among the saved Christians

하나님의 비밀인 그리스도

Christ, the mystery of God.

또 그리스도의 비밀인 교회

The Church, which is also the mystery of Christ.

이 부분에 대해서

About this part.

그 비밀을 알려고 살아가는 사람들이

People who live to uncover that secret.

그리 많지 않다라는 것입니다

It means that it is not that much.

그냥 주의하고

Just be careful.

주일날 수요일날 교회 나오면

If you come to church on Sunday or Wednesday,

그것이 교회를

That is the church.

교회 생활을 하는 거라고 생각을 하거든요

I think it's about living a church life.

그렇지 않습니다

That is not the case.

Established by God

그 교회의 위치를

The location of that church.

만물 위에 올려놓으셨어요

You have placed it above all things.

그리고 그 그리스도 교회를 하나님이

And that Christ church is God’s.

열려진 비밀로

As an open secret

모든 사람들이 알 수 있게끔 해놓으셨습니다

You made it so that everyone can understand.

그런데 사람들은 못 깨닫고 있어요

However, people don't realize it.

그 하나님의 비밀은

The secret of that God is

그 하나님의 비밀을 깨닫는 유일한

The only one who understands the secret of that God.

열쇠는

The key is

겸손인 것입니다

It is humility.

내가 겸손할 때

When I am humble

하나님의 비밀인 그리스도도 깨닫고

Understanding the mystery of Christ, which is God's secret.

그리스도의 비밀인

The mystery of Christ

연합, 교회도 깨달아져요

The union, the church also becomes aware.

시편 149편 4절 말씀에

"Verse 4 of Psalm 149"

하나님이 겸손한 자를

God honors the humble.

구원으로 아름답게 하셨다라고

Said that He made it beautiful through salvation.

말씀하셨거든요

You mentioned it.

여러분들 내가 겸손하지 못하면 구원받지 못합니다

If I am not humble, I cannot be saved.

사람들이

People

우리가 전도하는 사람들이 구원받지 못하는

The people we evangelize do not get saved.

가장 큰 이유가 무엇이냐면

The biggest reason is what?

교만해서 그래요

It's because you're arrogant.

하나님보다 교만해서 그렇습니다

It is because of pride that is greater than God.

그래서 구원을 못받아요

So they can't receive salvation.

구원받은 이후에

After being saved

우리가 그리스도를 깨닫지 못하고

We do not understand Christ.

교회를 깨닫지 못하는 이유도

The reason for not realizing the church

내가 교만해서 그렇습니다

It's because I'm arrogant.

내 생각이 하나님의 생각보다 높이 있기 때문에 그렇습니다

It is because my thoughts are higher than God's thoughts.

겸손해야지만 하나님의 비밀을 깨달을 수 있게끔 되어져 있어요

Only with humility can one come to understand the secrets of God.

겸손은 하나님의 비밀을 푸는 열쇠이거든요

Humility is the key to unlocking God's secrets.

그러한 교회에

To such a church

놀라운 능력이 있습니다

You have amazing abilities.

우리 교회 안에서 생활하다가 보면

If you live within our church...

내가 생각하는 것보다 훨씬 더 놀라운 모습으로

In a way that is much more amazing than I thought.

하나님이 응답해 주시는 경우가

When God responds to us

굉장히 많이 있습니다

There are very many.

우리는 교회 생활을 하면서

As we engage in church life,

많은 기도를 하나님께 드립니다

I offer many prayers to God.

그런데 기도가 응답되어지지 않는다라고

However, my prayers are not being answered.

때로는 불평도 하고 때로는 원망도 해요

Sometimes I complain, and sometimes I blame.

그런데 시간이 지나서

But as time passed

내가 기도한 내용을 돌이켜보면

When I reflect on what I prayed for

내가 기도한 것보다 훨씬 더 놀라운 모습으로

In a way that is much more amazing than I prayed for.

응답해 주시고 있었던 것을

You were responding to me.

우리가 깨달을 수가 있습니다

We can realize.

그게 교회의 능력이거든요

That's the power of the church.

에베소스 3장 한번 보시죠

능이 모든 성도와 함께 지식에 넘치는 그리스도의 사랑을 알아

그 넓이와 길이와 높이와

The width, length, and height.

깊이가 어떠함을 깨달아

Realizing the depth of something.

하나님의 모든 충만하신 것으로

With all the fullness of God.

너에게 충만하게 하시기를 구하노라

I pray that He may fill you abundantly.

우리 가운데서 역사하시는 능력대로

According to the power that works within us.

우리의 온갖 구하는 것이나

All that we seek.

생각하는 것에 더 넘치도록

More overflowing with thinking.

능이하실 이에게

To those who can achieve it.

교회 안에서와

Inside the church and

그리스도 예수 안에서

In Christ Jesus.

영광이 되도록 영원 무궁하기를 원하노라

I hope for it to be eternally glorious and everlasting.

놀랍지 않습니까

Isn't it amazing?

내가 구하고 내가 생각하는

What I seek and what I think.

그것에 더 넘치도록

To overflow even more with that.

넘치도록 능이하시는 분

Someone who excels beyond measure.

주님이시지 않습니까

Isn't it the Lord?

그분이 머리로 계신 곳이 교회예요

The place where he is in the head is the church.

그래서 교회는 놀라운 능력을 가지고 있습니다

So the church has amazing power.

내가 우리가 이제 학예수양에도 그러고

Now that we are also doing arts and crafts training

좀 있으면 추계수양에도 우리가 하지 않습니까

We will be participating in the autumn retreat soon, won't we?

그런데 이제 그러한 전도 집회나 수양회 때마다

However, now every time there are evangelistic gatherings or retreats...

많은 사람들을 갖다가 전도하시는 분들이 있어요

There are many people who bring others to evangelism.

우리는 그러한 분들을 보면서

We see those people and...

야 정말 대단한 능력이다 라고 하지만

Wow, that's truly an amazing ability, but...

실제 그 능력은 어디에 있는가 하면

The question is, where does that ability actually lie?

교회에 있습니다

I am at the church.

물론 그 개인을 무시하는 것은 아니에요

Of course, I am not ignoring that individual.

개인도 그만큼 열심히 했고

The individual also worked just as hard.

하나님에게 충성했고

I was loyal to God.

그렇기 때문에 하나님께서

That's why God...

그 사람을 쓰고 계시는 것이죠

You are using that person.

그러나 실제 그 사람이 갖고 있는 능력은

However, the actual abilities that person has are

교회에서부터 나오는 것이지

It comes from the church.

그 사람 개인에게 있는 능력은 아닌 거예요

It's not a ability that belongs to that person individually.

여러분들 제가 오른손이 굉장히 힘이 세거든요

Everyone, my right hand is very strong.

한 대 때리면 사람이 죽습니다

Hitting someone once can kill them.

안 믿으시겠지만

You might not believe it, but...

자 그러면

Alright then.

제 오른손이 능력이니까요

Because my right hand has the ability.

오른손이 능력이 있습니까

Does the right hand have abilities?

오른손 잘라놓으면 아무 능력 없어요

If you cut off your right hand, you won't have any ability.

오른손이 몸에 있기 때문에 그 힘이 나가는 것이지

Because the right hand is on the body, that power is released.

오른손 자체는 아무 능력이 없다는 것입니다

The right hand itself has no abilities.

우리는 고린도전서 12장 27절에

We are in 1 Corinthians 12:27.

우리는 그리스도의 몸이요

We are the body of Christ.

지체의 각 부분일 뿐인 것입니다

It is only a part of the body.

지체가 능력이 있는 것이 아니에요

Having a disability does not mean lacking ability.

예수님이 포도나무시고 우리는 가지일 뿐인 것입니다

Jesus is the vine, and we are merely the branches.

가지는 붙어 있으면 절로 열매를 맺는 거예요

Branches that are connected naturally bear fruit.

가지가 능력이 있어서 열매를 맺는 것이 아니고

It is not because the branch has the ability that it bears fruit.

착각하십시오

Please misunderstand.

그 모든 능력이 어디에 있는가 하면

Where all those abilities are is...

교회에 있어요

I am at the church.

여러분들 교회의 모습이 이와 같은 모습인 것을

The appearance of your church is like this.

우리가 지금 생각을 할 필요가 꼭 있습니다

We really need to think right now.

그래서 이 교회를 하나님이

So God has this church.

이 교회를 만물 위에 두셨잖아요

You have placed this church above all things.

그리고 만물 위에 두셔서

And placed above all things

이 교회를 통해서 만물이

Through this church, all things

충만함을 받게끔 그렇게 만들어 놓으셨어요

You have made it so that we receive fullness.

교회는 그의 몸이니

The church is his body.

만물 안에서 만물을 충만하게 하시는 자의

The one who fills all things within all things.

충만이니라

It is fullness.

만물을 충만하게 하시는 자

The one who fills all things.

그분이 누구세요?

Who is that person?

예수 그리스도시거든요

It is Jesus Christ.

그 충만이 어디에 있는가 하면

Where is that fullness?

교회에 있는 거예요

I'm at church.

그 교회를 통해서 세상은 움직여 가고 있는 것입니다

The world is moving through that church.

그러니 이 교회가 얼만큼 놀랍습니까?

So how amazing is this church?

그리고 그렇게 만물 위에 교회를 올려놓으시고

그 만물 위에 있는 교회가

The church that is above all things.

세상을 충만하게 만들어 가고 있는 것이거든요

It is something that is enriching the world.

그리고 그러한 교회를

And such a church

교회를 통해서 하나님이 또 하시는 일이 있어요

God is also doing other things through the church.

에베소서 3장 10절 말씀에

In Ephesians 3:10, it says...

이는 교회로 말미암아 하늘에서

This is by the church in heaven.

정사와 건세들

The truth and the powerful.

정사와 건세들이 누구냐면

Who are the righteous and the powerful?

천사세계를 가리킵니다

It refers to the angelic world.

천사들에게 하나님의 각종 지혜를 알게 하려 하십니다

He intends to make known to the angels the various wisdom of God.

여러분들 교회를 통해서

Through your church

천사들에게 하나님의 지혜가 무엇인지를 가리키고 있어요

It is pointing out what God's wisdom is to the angels.

그 역할을 그 일을 누가 하느냐

Who will take on that role and do that work?

교회가 하고 있다라는 것입니다

It means that the church is doing it.

여러분들 우리가 천사들 그러면

When we talk about angels, everyone...

대단한 존재로 보이지 않습니까?

Doesn't it seem like an amazing existence?

실제로 대단한 존재고요

It's truly an amazing existence.

지금 우리 육체를 갖고 있는

Now we have a physical body.

죄의 모습을 갖고 있는 우리보다 대단한 존재가

A being greater than us, who bears the appearance of sin.

천사들이지 않습니까?

Aren't they angels?

그런데 그 천사들이

But those angels

천사들을 교회를 통해서 하나님의 각종 지혜를 알게 하셔요

God makes known His various wisdom through the church to the angels.

교회가 그러한 모습이 있잖아요

There are such aspects in the church.

여러분들 하나님의 각종 지혜의 가장 근본이 되는 것이 무엇입니까?

What is the fundamental basis of all kinds of wisdom from God, everyone?

사랑입니다

It is love.

사랑

Love

그렇죠?

That's right?

하나님이 하나님은 지혜의 하나님이고

God is the God of wisdom.

지식의 하나님이라고 말씀을 하고 계시잖아요

You are saying that He is the God of knowledge.

그래서 하나님께는 각종 지혜와 지식이 있다고 말씀하십니다

So it is said that God has all kinds of wisdom and knowledge.

그런데 그 각종 지혜와 지식의 가장 근간

However, the foundation of all those various wisdom and knowledge.

근본을 이루고 있는 하나님의 지혜가 무엇이겠습니까?

What is the wisdom of God that forms the foundation?

그것이 사랑이거든요

Because that's love.

요한복음 13장 아니 고린도전서 13장에

In John chapter 13, or in 1 Corinthians chapter 13.

내가 사람의 방언과 천사의 말을 할지라도

Even if I speak in the languages of men and of angels,

무엇이 없으면?

What if there is nothing?

사랑이 없으면

If there is no love

아무것도 아니다

It's nothing.

또 내가 예언하는 능이 있어 모든 비밀과 모든 지식을 알고

"Moreover, I have the ability to prophesy and know all secrets and all knowledge."

또 산을 옮길 만한 믿음이 있다 할지라도

Even if there is faith that can move mountains.

무엇이 없으면?

What if there is nothing?

사랑이 없으면

Without love

아무것도 아니라는 것이에요

It's nothing.

내가 내 몸을 불사르게 내어줄지라도

Even if I were to sacrifice my body.

무엇이 없으면?

What if there is nothing?

사랑이 없으면

Without love

아무것도 아니라는 것입니다

It means nothing.

여러분들 교회를 통해서 하나님은

Through the church, God is...

정사와 권세들, 천사들에게

To the authorities and powers, and to the angels.

하나님의 각종 지혜를 알게 하고 계셔요

He is making known various kinds of wisdom of God.

이게 정말로 놀라운 것이거든요

This is really amazing.

그 하나님의 각종 지혜를 아는 가장 근본적인 지식이 무엇이냐면

The most fundamental knowledge of knowing all kinds of wisdom of that God is what?

사랑이거든요 사랑

It's love, you know? Love.

하나님이 세상을 이처럼 사랑하사 독생자를 주셨으니

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son.

이건 천사들도 살펴보기를 원한다라고 되어 있어요

It says that even angels want to look into this.

베드로전서 1장 잠깐 좀 보실까요?

Shall we take a look at 1 Peter chapter 1?

베드로전서 1장

베드로전서 1장 10절 말씀

1 Peter 1:10 말씀.

제가 읽겠습니다

I will read it.

이 구원에 대하여는 너에게 임할 은혜를 예언하던 선자들이

The prophets who prophesied about this grace that was to come to you

영구하고 부지런히 살펴서

Live diligently and attentively forever.

자기 속에 계신 그리스도의 영이

The Spirit of Christ who is in you.

그 받으실 고난과 후에 얻으실 영광을

The suffering you will receive and the glory you will obtain afterwards.

미리 증거하여 어느 시 어떠한 때를 지시하는지

"To testify in advance what time and at what moment it indicates."

상고하니라

I will appeal.

이 섬긴 바가 자기를 위한 선지자들

The prophets who served themselves.

영구한 선지자들을 위한 것이 아니라요

It is not for the eternal prophets.

너희를 위한 것임이 게시로 알게 되었으니

It has been revealed that it is for you.

이것은 하늘로부터 보내신 성령을 힘입어

This is by the power of the Holy Spirit sent from heaven.

복음을 전하는 자들로 이제 너에게 고한 것이오

I have now conveyed this to you as those who proclaim the gospel.

천사들도 살펴보기를 원하는 것이라

Even angels desire to look into this.

천사들이 이상하게 여기는 것이 무엇이냐면

What the angels find strange is what?

하나님이 어떻게 저 벌레와 구더기 같은 죄인을 위해서

How God cares for a sinner like a bug or a worm.

자기 아들을 죽는 데까지 내어주실 수 있겠느냐는 거예요

It is asking whether you could give up your own son to the point of death.

여러분들 이건 우리도 이해가 안 되는 것입니다

Everyone, this is something we also don't understand.

그렇지 않습니까?

Isn't that so?

그렇습니다

That's right.

하나님이 죄를 짓고 살아가는 그 모든 사람을

God speaks to all those who live in sin.

욕기 25장 6절 말씀에 벌레와 구더기 같다는 인생이라고 말씀하셨거든요

In Job 25:6, it is said that human life is like a worm and a maggot.

그 벌레와 구더기 같은 인생을 위해서

For a life like that of bugs and maggots.

하나님이 어떻게 자기 아들을 죽는 데까지 내어줄 수 있겠느냐

How could God give up His own Son to the point of death?

이건 천사들도 살펴보기를 원하는 거예요

This is something even angels would want to take a look at.

그 교회를 통해서 천사들에게 하나님의 각종 지혜를 알게 하고 계십니다

He is making known to the angels the manifold wisdom of God through the church.

교회가 그러한 모습이잖아요

The church is like that, isn't it?

여러분 또 교회가

Everyone, the church again.

교회의 모습이 교회를 통해서 하나님은 모든 것을 통일하십니다

Through the church, God unifies everything in the form of the church.

이 세상은 원래 하나님이 하나로 만들어 놓으셨잖아요

This world was originally created by God as one, wasn’t it?

그런데 인간이 죄를 지면서 이 세상은 나눠지기 시작했습니다

However, as humans sinned, the world began to divide.

죄를 지면서 하나님과 사람이 나눠졌어요

Sin has caused a separation between God and man.

우리가 죄를 지면 우리는 하나님하고 나눠질 수밖에 없습니다

When we commit sin, we cannot help but be separated from God.

그래서 모든 세상이 계속 나눠지고 나눠지고 나눠지는 거예요

So the whole world keeps dividing and dividing and dividing.

지금 마지막 때의 모습은요

What the end times look like now.

우리가 모든 세상에 있는 정치인들을 보면

When we look at politicians in all parts of the world

자기 정치적으로 유리하게 하기 위해서 사람들을 계속 나누고 있습니다

They are continuously dividing people to politically benefit themselves.

남자와 여자를 나누고 어른과 어린아이를 나누고

Dividing men and women, dividing adults and children.

배운과 배우지 못한 사람을 나누고

Dividing those who learned and those who did not learn.

가진 사람과 가지지 못한 사람을 나누고 계속 나누고 있잖아요

We are dividing those who have and those who do not have, and continuing to divide.

그런데 하나님은 그렇게 인간이 죄로 말미암아 나눠진 세상을

However, God sees the world divided by human sin as

교회를 통해서 나누고 있습니다.

We are sharing through the church.

하나님은 그리스도를 통해서 하나로 통일시키십니다

God unites us as one through Christ.

에베소서 잠깐 보시죠. 에베소서 1장

Let's take a look at Ephesians. Ephesians chapter 1.

1장 10절 말씀. 에베소서 1장 10절 같이 읽겠습니다

Let's read Ephesians 1:10 together.

하늘에 있는 것이나 땅에 있는 것이 다 그리스도 안에서 통일되게 하려 하심이니라

He intends to unite all things in heaven and on earth in Christ.

그리스도 안에서 통일되게 하려 하십니다.

He desires to bring us together in unity in Christ.

그리스도는 교회의 머리로 계십니다.

Christ is the head of the church.

그리스도 안에서 교회 안에서 모든 것은 결국은 다 통일되요

In Christ, everything in the church ultimately becomes unified.

여러분들 그 모습이 교회의 모습이거든요

That figure is the appearance of the church, everyone.

다시 정리를 드리겠습니다. 지금까지 말씀드린 것

I will summarize again. What I have said so far.

교회는 만물 위에 하나님이 세우셨어요

God has established the church above all things.

교회를 통해서 모든 것을 충만케 하십니다

He fills everything through the church.

교회를 통해서 하나님의 각종 지혜를 알게 하셔요

Through the church, you come to know various wisdoms of God.

교회를 통해서 모든 것을 통일하십니다

He unifies everything through the church.

여러분들 그 교회 안에 우리가 있다는 거예요

We are inside that church, everyone.

이와 같은 교회를 나는 그동안 어떻게 생각하며 살아왔는가 한번 생각해 보셔야 돼요

You should take a moment to think about what I have thought and lived regarding a church like this.

하나님의 집을 어떻게 생각하며 살아왔을까

What has it been like to live with thoughts about God's house?

하나님의 교회를 어떻게 생각하며 살아왔을까

How have I lived thinking about God's church?

구원받지 않은 사람들은 하나님의 교회를 없애버리려고 합니다

Unbelievers try to destroy God's church.

사도행전 8장 3절 말씀입니다.

This is the verse from Acts 8:3.

그리스도인으로서 삶이 시작되는 곳이지 않습니까?

Isn't that where life begins as a Christian?

그게 교회거든요.

That's a church.

여러분들 이 10편 8편 3절에 보시면

Everyone, if you look at Psalm 8:3...

주의 손가락으로 만드신 주의 하늘과 주의 베푸신 달과 별들을 내가 보니

When I see the heavens made by your fingers, and the moon and stars that you have set in place.

사람이 무엇이 간대 주께서 저를 생각하시며

What is humanity that you are mindful of them?

인자가 무엇이 간대 저를 권고하시나이까.

What is man that you are mindful of him, or the son of man that you take care of him?

우리가 밤하늘에 쏟아질 것 같은 그러한 별들 정말 웅장한 대자연 앞에 서보면

When we stand before the magnificent grandeur of nature, the stars that seem to spill into the night sky.

내 자신이 얼마만큼 초라하다는 걸 느끼잖아요

I feel how pathetic I am.

지금 시평기자가 그걸 말씀하고 있는 거거든요

The current editorial reporter is talking about that.

주의 손가락으로 만들었어요 손가락으로 만드신 주의 달과 별들

You made the moon and stars with your fingers, with your fingers, Lord.

베풀어두신 그 모든 것을 내가 볼 때 하나님 내가 도대체 무엇입니까?

When I see all that you have given, God, what am I even?

하나님이 만들어 놓으신 것을 보면서도 인생이 별것 아니라는 것을 깨닫게 되는데

Even while looking at what God has created, I realize that life is nothing special.

하물며 나를 위해서 십자가에 돌아가신 예수님이 머리로 계신

Moreover, Jesus, who died on the cross for me, is at the head.

그 주님의 몸 된 교회 안에서 내가 생활하는데 교회를 내가 어떻게 생각하느냐 하는 것이죠

It is about how I think of the church while living within the body of Christ.

그렇죠? 한 번쯤 생각을 해보셔야 돼요

That's right, you should think about it at least once.

내가 교회를 어떻게 생각하고 지금까지 살아왔는가

How I think about the church and how I have lived up until now.

교회를 너무 쉽게 너무 가볍게 그냥 주일날 교회 나오고 수요일날 교회 나오고

Attending church too easily and lightly, just coming on Sundays and Wednesdays.

모임이 있으면 모임 나가고 그러면 그것이 교회 생활이라고 생각을 했다면

If you thought that going to gatherings is what church life is all about, then...

그것은 교회를 너무 쉽게 생각하는 거 아니겠습니까?

Isn't it too easy to think of the church that way?

그 교회는 예수님이 머리로 계셔요

That church has Jesus as its head.

여러분들 교회 생활하시니까요

Since you all attend church...

그 교회 생활할 때 서두에도 말씀을 드렸습니다

I mentioned it at the beginning when I was living at that church.

머리가 있다는 것을 잊으시면 안 돼요

You must not forget that you have a head.

교회에 주님이 계십니다

The Lord is in the church.

주님이 머리로 계셔요

The Lord is in charge.

그 교회를 내가 어떻게 생각하며 살아야 될 것인가

How should I think about and live with that church?

그러한 하나님의 집에서 마지막으로 내가 어떻게 행하여야 할 것인가

How should I conduct myself in the house of God at the end?

하나님의 집에서 내가 어떻게 행해야 될 것인가

How should I behave in the house of God?

어떠한 삶의 어떠한 모습 어떠한 태도의 모습을

The appearance of any life, any form, any attitude.

어떠한 생각을 가지고 살아가야 할 것인가

What kind of thoughts should we live by?

자 먼저 하나님의 집에서 어떻게 행하여야 할 것의 가장 첫 번이 무엇이냐면

First of all, what is the very first thing we must do in the house of God?

머리가 있다라는 것을 생각하고 머리의 뜻을 따라 살아가야 돼요

You need to think that you have a head and live according to its meaning.

머리가 없다라고 생각을 하면 천방지축으로 살아갑니다

If you think you have no head, you will live recklessly.

There is a headless chicken, you know, it's a headless chicken.

어떤 사람이 자기가 닭을 키우면서 닭을 잡으려고 머리를 잘랐는데

A person was raising chickens and decided to cut off a chicken's head to slaughter it.

머리를 자르니 잘랐는데 머리에 간내는 남아있었어요

I cut my hair, but there was still some hair left on my head.

그 간내가 무엇이냐면 생명을 주관하는 뇌거든요

What that inner spirit is, is the brain that governs life.

그 간내가 살아있으니까 이 닭은 안 죽고 돌아다니는 거예요 머리가 없이

Because that gut is still alive, this chicken is wandering around without a head.

그런데 머리가 없이 돌아다니니까 어떻게 돌아다니나요?

But how can you walk around without a head?

사방천지 천방지축으로 돌아다니는 거예요

It's going all over the place in every direction.

눈에 뵈는 게 없잖아요 머리가 없으니까

There's nothing in sight because there's no head.

그렇죠?

That's right?

우리가 머리가 없다라고 생각하면 그렇게 삽니다

If we think we have no head, we live like that.

머리가 없다라고 생각하면

If you think there is no head

머리가 있어야지 보고 듣고 하는데 머리가 없잖아요

You need a brain to see and hear, but you don't have one.

그러니까 자기 생각이 옳게만 느껴지죠

So, it just feels like your thoughts are right.

머리가 없으면 자기 소견에 오른 대로 합니다

Without a head, one acts according to their own opinion.

여러분들 사사기 19장, 20장, 21장, 22장

Judges chapters 19, 20, 21, 22.

이 4장에 걸쳐서 하고 있는 말씀의 내용이 무엇이냐면

What is being conveyed in these four chapters?

레위인, 하나님께 제사를 드리는 레위인이 첩을 드렸어요

A Levite, who offers sacrifices to God, took a concubine.

그런데 그 첩을 이 베냐민 족석이

However, this concubine belongs to the tribe of Benjamin.

그 기부하에 사는 베냐민 족석이 첩을 밤새도록 욕을 보여서 결국은 죽게 만들었습니다

The Benjaminite living in that donation made his concubine suffer abuse throughout the night, ultimately leading to her death.

그것 때문에 그 레위인이 화가 나서 그 죽은 첩을 12토막을 내버려서 각 집하로 보냈어요

Because of that, the Levite got angry and cut the dead concubine into twelve pieces, sending them to each tribe.

그 죽은 시체를 받은 그 집하들이 어떻게 이스라엘 백성들 가운데서

How the tribes that received that dead body among the people of Israel

이런 일이 있을 수 있겠느냐 이게 도대체 무슨 일이냐

How could this happen? What on earth is going on?

이걸 알고 봤더니 베냐민 집하가 이와 같은 일을 했다라는 거예요

When I learned this, it turned out that the tribe of Benjamin had done such a thing.

그래서 나머지 이 집하들이 베냐민 집하를 없애버리기로 작정을 합니다

So the rest of the tribes decide to eliminate the tribe of Benjamin.

전쟁을 해요

We are at war.

그래서 베냐민 집하가 거의 없어져 버렸어요

So the tribe of Benjamin almost disappeared.

그리고 성경은 어떻게 끝나는가 하면

And how does the Bible end?

때에 왕이 없으므로 사람들이 자기 소견에 오른 대로 행하였더라

At that time, there was no king, so people acted according to their own opinions.

왕이 없으므로 무슨 뜻이에요? 머리가 없으므로

What does it mean that there is no king? Because there is no head.

눈에 뵈는 것이 없이 행동한 거잖아요

You acted without considering what was in front of you.

머리가 없으면 눈에 보이는 것이 없어요 들리는 것도 없고

If there is no head, there is nothing to be seen, and nothing to be heard.

그냥 자기 생각이 다 오른 거예요

It's just that their own thoughts are all correct.

우리가 살고 있는 이 마지막 때의 모습이 그렇습니다

This is what the last days we are living in look like.

그때의 왕이 없으므로 지금 우리 시대도 기준이 없어졌어요

Because there is no king from that time, our era now lacks a standard.

왕은 하나의 기준의 모습이잖아요 기준이 없어져 버렸습니다

The king is a form of a standard, but that standard has vanished.

자기 소견에 오른 대로 해요

Let's do it according to your opinion.

자기가 하고 싶은 말 다 하고 하고 싶은 행동 다 하고

Say all the things you want to say and do all the things you want to do.

그러니까 쉽게 남자가 여자가 되고 여자가 남자가 되고

So easily, a man becomes a woman and a woman becomes a man.

남자를 여자라고 그러고 여자를 남자라고 그러고

Calling a man a woman and a woman a man.

자기들 마음대로 하잖아요

They do whatever they want.

통제할 법이 없습니다

There is no law to control it.

그런데 하나님의 집에서는 머리의 뜻을 따라 살아가는 것이

However, in the house of God, living according to the will of the head is

하나님의 집에서 해야 될 가장 근본된 일인 거예요

It is the most fundamental work that needs to be done in God's house.

머리가 없으면 눈에 뵈고

If you don't have a head, you'll see with your eyes.

머리의 뜻이 무엇인지 알고 머리의 뜻이 무엇일까

What does the word "head" mean and what could it mean?

주님이 내게 요구하시는 것 주님이 내게 원하시는 것이 무엇일까

What is it that the Lord requires of me? What is it that the Lord desires from me?

그거 생각하면서 살아야 되잖아요

You have to live thinking about that, right?

머리의 뜻이 과연 무엇일까

What could the meaning of the head be?

여러분들 교회 생활 하시면서 지금까지 교회 안에서 머리의 뜻이 무엇일까

As you all live your church life, what do you think the meaning of "head" is within the church?

정말 우리 교회를 향하신 주님의 뜻이 무엇일까

I wonder what the Lord's will for our church is.

계획이 무엇일까 목적이 무엇일까

What could the plan be? What could the purpose be?

하시고자 하는 일이 무엇일까

What is it that you want to do?

정말 깊이 생각하고 그것 때문에 기도하시면서 살아오세요

Live your life by thinking deeply about it and praying because of it.

우리 이제 그렇게 사셔야 되잖아요

We have to live like that now, right?

자 그래서 성경은 우리에게 이렇게 말씀하십니다

So the Bible tells us this.

2사에서 55장 한번 보시죠

Let's take a look at Isaiah chapter 55.

2사에서 55장

Isaiah chapter 55

머리가 시키는 대로 하잖아요. 그런데 우리는 몸을 이루고 있는 우리 지체인 우리들은 나름대로 생각을 가지고 있거든요.

We just do what our heads tell us to do. But we, the parts that make up the body, have our own thoughts.

그래서 주님은 우리에게 말씀하시기를 네 생각, 네 명철, 네 계획 의지하지 말라라고 말씀하신 거예요.

So the Lord tells us not to rely on our own thoughts, our own understanding, and our own plans.

그거 버려라. 7절 말씀 같이 읽겠습니다.

Throw it away. Let's read verse 7 together.

우리의 생각을 버리라는 것이죠. 버리라는 뜻이 무슨 뜻이겠어요?

It means to let go of our thoughts. What does it mean to let go?

하나님의 뜻에 내 생각을 굴복시키라는 것입니다. 왜? 내 생각이 온전하고 완전하지 않기 때문에.

It is to submit my thoughts to God's will. Why? Because my thoughts are not whole and complete.

우리 잠원 3장 5절로 7절 말씀에

In Proverbs 3:5-7, it says...

그 말씀의 내용이 뭐예요? 내 생각과 내 명철을 의지하지 말라.

What is the content of that statement? Do not rely on your own thoughts and understanding.

범사의 글을 인정하라. 그리하면 내 길을 지도하시리라.

Acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will direct your paths.

왜 그렇게 말씀하시겠어요? 우리의 생각, 우리의 계획, 우리의 명철이 그것이 온전하지 않기 때문에 그렇습니다.

Why would you say that? It is because our thoughts, our plans, and our wisdom are not complete.

그래서 온전하신 머리의 뜻을 따르라는 거예요.

So, it means to follow the will of the perfect head.

머리와 몸의 모습으로 생각을 해본다면 우리는 생각할 수 없는 몸을 가지고 생각을 하는 것과 마찬가지인 거예요.

If we think about it in terms of the appearance of the head and body, it's like having a body that we can't imagine thinking.

몸은 생각을 못합니다.

The body cannot think.

머리가 주시는 대로 움직일 수 있는 것뿐이에요.

I can only move as my head tells me to.

그런데 몸이 자꾸 내가 할 수 있다고 내 마음대로 해버리면 머리가 없이 몸이 자기 마음대로 돌아다니는 것하고 똑같잖아요.

However, if my body keeps doing what I can do without my consent, it's just like my body wandering around on its own without my mind.

그게 어리석은 것이라고 말씀하시는 거죠.

You are saying that is foolish.

그래서 먼저 주님을 인정하라. 주님을 의지하라.

So first, acknowledge the Lord. Rely on the Lord.

그 말씀이 너희는 먼저 그의 나라와 그의 의로 구하라. 그리하면 이 모든 것을 내게 더하시리라.

"But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

똑같이 연결되는 말씀입니다.

It is the same message that connects.

자 두 번째 하나님의 집에서 어떻게 행하여야 하는가?

So how should one behave in the house of God?

두 번째 하나님의 집에서 행하는 것은 예수 그리스도를 본받는 삶인 것입니다.

What is done in the second house of God is a life that follows the example of Jesus Christ.

예수 그리스도를 본받는 삶.

A life that follows Jesus Christ.

여러분들 예수님은 이 땅에 오신 목적이 여러 가지가 있습니다.

There are various purposes for which Jesus came to this earth.

아버지의 뜻을 이루기 위해서 이 땅에 오셨고 또 하나님의 영광을 회복하기 위해서 이 땅에 오셨고

He came to this land to fulfill the will of the Father and to restore God's glory.

우리의 죄를 용서하기 위해서 이 땅에 오셨고

You came to this land to forgive our sins.

그러한 여러 가지 예수님의 모습 가운데 하나 분명한 것이 무엇이냐면

One clear thing among the various forms of Jesus is what?

우리에게 본을 보이는 삶을 사시기 위해서 이 땅에 오셨어요.

You came to this earth to live a life that sets an example for us.

여러분도 예수님이 침례받으실 필요 있겠습니까? 없겠습니까?

Do you think Jesus needed to be baptized? Yes or no?

예수님은 침례받으실 필요가 없어요. 왜? 그분은 하나님이시니까.

Jesus doesn't need to be baptized. Why? Because He is God.

그런데 예수님이 침례받으셨어요. 왜요?

But Jesus was baptized. Why?

구원받은 사람이 예수 그리스도의 죽음과 부활을 통해서 구원을 받은 사람이

A person who is saved has received salvation through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

침례를 받을 것을 본을 보여주신 것입니다.

It is an example of how to be baptized.

예수님이 요한복음 13장에 제자들의 발을 씻기셨습니다. 대암부를 떠놓고.

Jesus washed the disciples' feet in John 13, setting an example for them.

그렇게 발을 씻기신 이후에 예수님께서 하시는 말씀이 있어요.

After He washed their feet, Jesus had something to say.

무슨 말씀이냐면 요한복음 13장 잠깐 보시죠.

What I'm saying is, let's take a quick look at John chapter 13.

요한복음 13장 12절 말씀 제가 읽겠습니다.

I will read the verse John 13:12.

저희 발을 씻기신 후에 옷을 입으시고 다시 앉아 저희에게 이르시되 내가 너희에게 행한 것을 너희가 아느냐

After He had washed their feet and taken His garments, He sat down again and said to them, "Do you know what I have done to you?"

너희가 나를 선생이라 또는 주라 하니 너희 말이 옳도다 내가 그러하다

You call me Teacher or Lord, and you are right, for so I am.

내가 주와 또는 선생이 되어 너희 발을 씻겼으니 너희도 서로 발을 씻기는 것이 옳으니라.

I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet; you also ought to wash one another's feet.

15장입니다.

It is chapter 15.

15절 같이 읽겠습니다.

Let's read verse 15 together.

내가 너희에게 행한 것 같이 너희도 행하게 하려하여 본을 보였느라.

I have shown you an example so that you may do as I have done to you.

예수님이 하신 말씀이 제자들의 발을 씻기시고 하시는 말씀이

The words of Jesus, when He washed the disciples' feet, are:

내가 이걸 왜 했는지 아느냐 너희에게 본을 보이기 위해서 했다라는 거예요.

Do you know why I did this? It was to set an example for you.

내가 행한 것 같이 너희도 행하게 하기 위해서 본을 보였다.

I showed you an example so that you may do as I have done.

그러니까 교회는 예수님이 행한 것 같이 살아가는 것입니다.

So the church lives as Jesus did.

교회는 교회의 생활인 것입니다.

The church is a way of life of the church.

교회에서 행해야 할 것이 바로 그것인 거예요.

That is exactly what should be done in the church.

예수님이 행하시는 것처럼 나도 행하는 것.

Doing as Jesus does.

우리가 신명기를 읽다가 보면 놀라운 것을 하나 발견할 수가 있어요.

As we read Deuteronomy, we can discover something amazing.

신명기가 뭐냐면 신자가 펼신자거든요.

Deuteronomy is about the person who unfolds the commandments.

하나님의 명령을 찾는다.

I seek God's command.
