For 15 years, we paid someone for rent instead of paying into our own pocket.

Gdybyśmy wzięli kredyt na 30 lat, to już 15 lat kredytu byłoby za nami

If we took a loan for 30 years, 15 years of the loan would already be behind us.

i to sami my byśmy płacili za swoje mieszkanie, a wtedy stopy procentowe były niskie.

And we would be paying for our apartment ourselves, and at that time interest rates were low.

Taka nieruchomość, którą można by było kupić dwupokojową,
