Uma família grande que cuidava dos animais

A large family that looked after the animals.

Entre eles um gato e um cachorro

Um dia

One day

A Galinha Ruiva, escavando a terra

The Red Hen, digging the soil.

Encontrou um grão de trigo

Found a grain of wheat.

Pensou que se plantasse o grão de trigo

He thought that if he planted the grain of wheat

Depois poderia fazer pão

Then I could make bread.

Para ela e para todos os seus amigos

Quem vai me ajudar a semear o trigo?

Perguntou a Galinha
