Então, vamos começar para o final de semestre e conversando um pouquinho sobre a experiência da gente de final de semestre.

So, let's start at the end of the semester and talk a little about our end-of-semester experience.

O semestre passado, no caso, de ser pré-pandemia.

Last semester, in the case of being pre-pandemic.

E aí, a gente já tem uma experiência agora de final de semestre.

So, we already have an experience now of the end of the semester.

Não é pós, é durante pandemia.

It's not post, it's during the pandemic.

E uma coisa que eu quero deixar claro.

It's one thing I want to make clear.

O semestre acaba só quando o professor posta a nota.

The semester only ends when the teacher posts the grade.

Verdade.

Truth.

Porque, meu Deus, meu irmão, o professor postou nota no último dia, no último minuto da noite.

Because, my God, my brother, the teacher posted the grade on the last day, at the last minute of the night.

E sendo que no dia seguinte tinha a recuperação, entre aspas, recuperação.

And since the next day there was the retake, in quotes, retake.

Isso é uma parada bem comum que aconteceu com a gente.

This is a pretty common thing that happened to us.

A gente não tem muita visão diferente acerca desse problema aí da nota.

We don't have a lot of differing views on that issue with the grade.

Porque a gente pagou quase que as mesmas disciplinas do semestre passado.

Because we paid for almost the same subjects as last semester.

E tem ainda os professores que fecham pós-semestre, né?

E foi uma coisa que, não sei se em todas as universidades aconteceram.

Os cursos de saúde, alguns, como tem prática, eles postergaram o semestre passado

Só que teve gente que também abandonou a matéria e pegou estágio.

Pra mim, foi descaso da coordenação.

And now that we have a coordinator, we've been in touch with him, like,

foi quando começou esse período da pandemia e tal.

It was when this period of the pandemic started and such.

Com isso, também tem as matérias que exigem práticas.

With that, there are also subjects that require practical work.

Tanto que tá ainda em aberto no meu portal.

So much so that it's still open in my portal.

Não tá fechado.

It's not closed.

Porque precisa da carga horária da prática.

Because it needs the workload of the practice.

Deus provará o que é que vai acontecer.

Eu não sei o que é pior.

No caso de Grazi, que pararam tudo.

É estágio supervisionado no hospital, que está acontecendo remotamente.

E no portal tá que eu tô reprovada por falta.

Tava a ser feita presencial.

It was supposed to be done in person.

Como é que perde por falta, EAD?

Não teve nenhuma aula.

Eles pararam o estágio do mesmo jeito no começo.

They stopped the internship in the same way at the beginning.

Aí, agora, no final do semestre, eles disseram

Ah, the internships are coming back.

O MEC deixou, então vamos voltar.

The MEC left, so let's go back.

E aí, voltaram do nada.

And then, they came back out of nowhere.

Tá acontecendo até agora, no meio das supostas férias.

It's happening even now, in the middle of the supposed vacation.

De forma remota.

Remotely.

Pra completar a carga horária e dizer que deu.

Just to complete the workload and say that it was done.

Essa é a intenção.

That is the intention.

Tem todo um migué de que a pandemia é um momento perfeito.

There's a whole pretense that the pandemic is a perfect moment.

Uma oportunidade única que vocês estão tendo.

Isso é uma coisa louca, porque tem com a parada de saúde.

Como é que tá sendo esse final de semestre.

Na verdade, final de semestre na UF já é louco, né?

Porque não tem um tempo certo.

Because there is no right time.

Mas com pandemia e com esse lance de as disciplinas ficarem pra terminar num outro.

But with the pandemic and the fact that the subjects will be finished later.

Como é que fica pra vocês?

How does that work for you?

Velho, a gente foi uma coisa bem louca mesmo.

Dude, we were something really crazy.

Porque quando começou a pandemia, a gente já estava no final de semestre.

Because when the pandemic started, we were already at the end of the semester.

Então meio que juntou tudo aí.

So everything kind of came together there.

E foi um negócio meio que, sei lá, muito embolado.

And it was a deal that was, I don't know, very tangled up.

E aí, tipo, eu dei a sorte meio que já ter quase terminado e faltar só as provas, né?

So, like, I was kind of lucky to have almost finished and just have the exams left, right?

Das disciplinas que eu estava pegando.

Of the subjects I was taking.

Então, dei a sorte, entre aspas, de fazer só as provas e fazer as provas em casa.

So, I had the luck, in quotes, of just taking the exams and taking the exams at home.

E não precisar mais de ter aula.

And no longer needing to have class.

Então, tipo, eu tive algumas aulas, poucas míseras aulas virtuais.

So, like, I had a few classes, just a few miserable virtual classes.

Mas, tipo, teve muita gente que teve muita aula ainda.

But, like, there were a lot of people who still had a lot of classes.

Muita aula por Google Meet, por Classmaster e tal.

Lots of classes on Google Meet, Classmaster, and so on.

Mas, tipo, eu tive que só fazer provas.

But, like, I just had to take tests.

E aí, tipo, foi um negócio meio pesado.

So, like, it was a pretty heavy thing.

Porque, tipo, só uma dessas provas aí eu demorei 11 horas fazendo.

Because, like, I spent 11 hours doing just one of those tests.

Em casa e com internet, pra vocês terem noção.

At home and with internet, just so you know.

Eu dei essa sorte, né? Mas, tipo, não foi todo mundo que deu.

I had that luck, right? But, like, not everyone did.

Eu dei essa leve cagada aí.

I made that slight mistake there.

De chegar na época da pandemia faltando só as provas mesmo pra fazer.

To arrive at the time of the pandemic with only the exams left to take.

Então, tipo assim, é o que acontece quase todo ano.

So, like, that's what happens almost every year.

Tipo, em janeiro é feria de professor.

Like, in January it's teacher's holiday.

Então, tipo, independente de como esteja o semestre.

So, like, regardless of how the semester is going.

Em janeiro o semestre vai parar.

In January, the semester will stop.

Por causa das férias dos professores.

Because of the teachers' vacation.

Então, tipo assim, a gente começa o semestre em setembro, outubro, mais ou menos.

So, like, we start the semester in September, October, more or less.

Aí para em janeiro.

Then stop in January.

E em fevereiro continua.

And in February it continues.

E aí, tipo, a gente ia terminar em março.

So, like, we were going to end in March.

Então, tipo, faltava 15 dias.

So, like, there were 15 days left.

Quando, se eu não me engano, a pandemia começou em 17 de março.

When, if I'm not mistaken, the pandemic started on March 17th.

Alguma coisa do tipo.

Something like that.

E aí, tipo, faltava 15 dias pra acabar o semestre.

And then, like, there were 15 days left until the end of the semester.

E aí, tipo, parou.

And then, like, it stopped.

Parou de ter aula presencial.

It stopped having in-person classes.

E viu tudo virtual.

And saw everything virtually.

Aí, tipo, estendeu o semestre pra terminar em abril.

So, like, they extended the semester to finish in April.

Estendeu o semestre por mais um mês.

He extended the semester by another month.

E colocou tudo virtual.

And put everything virtual.

Aí, tipo, o professor que deu seus pulos, entendeu?

So, like, the teacher who made some moves, you know?

Tipo, se o professor quiser fazer só prova, faça só prova.

Like, if the teacher wants to give only an exam, then just give an exam.

Se o professor quiser pedir um trabalho, peça trabalho.

If the teacher wants to assign a project, assign work.

Se o professor quiser dar aula, dê aula.

If the teacher wants to teach, let him teach.

E aí, tipo assim, foi uma parada que foi muito louca.

So, like, it was something that was really crazy.

Porque juntou tudo de vez.

Because it all came together at once.

Foi o início da pandemia com o final de semestre.

It was the beginning of the pandemic with the end of the semester.

E aí, tipo, foi um negócio pesadaço, velho.

So, like, it was a really heavy thing, man.
