pra fazer uma parceria com uma loja de roupas de couro, e aí a gente tinha uma outra sócia,

acabou durando menos de um ano.

Enfim, não deu certo, mas eu e a Renata, a gente sempre teve vontade de empreender.

Anyway, it didn’t work out, but Renata and I have always wanted to start our own business.

Então desde 2018 a gente ficava com isso na cabeça, do que dava pra fazer, só que

Em 2019, quando a gente já tava fazendo a pós-graduação, eu tava fazendo a pós-graduação

Mas, no final das contas, é um mundo corporativo de qualquer forma.

No meio do ano passado, na verdade, que a gente surgiu com a ideia,

Então, só deu certo esse mundo, essa jornada dupla, porque a gente estava em casa.

So, this world, this dual journey only worked because we were at home.

Sure.

Senão, um ia ficar mais desbalanceado do que o outro.

Otherwise, one would end up more unbalanced than the other.

Com certeza.

Certainly.

Mas foi no final do ano passado que chegou o Natal e que a gente teve um número maior de encomendas.

Porque a Fernanda já estava na minha empresa há mais tempo.

Eu, querendo ou não, já estava com a minha carreira.

Whether I wanted to or not, I was already on my career path.

A gente tinha feito pós-graduação justamente para isso, para tentar...

We had done postgraduate studies precisely for this, to try...

Ela fez em gestão de projetos, para tentar uma área nova.

She did it in project management, to try a new field.

Eu fiz em marketing.

I majored in marketing.

E também tinha conseguido sair 100% da área financeira.

And I had also managed to get completely out of the financial area.

Eu estava com uma parte mais de negócios, de estratégia.

I was more involved in the business and strategy aspects.

Então, fazer a pós para ambas foi, na verdade, uma mudança...

So, pursuing a postgraduate degree for both was, in fact, a change...

Fizendo uma mudança diária dentro das empresas.

Making a daily change within companies.

E deu certo.

And it worked.

E, mesmo assim, a gente ainda era incentivada nessa parte empreendedora.

And even so, we were still encouraged in that entrepreneurial aspect.

Então, foi um super risco, assim.

So, it was a huge risk, like that.

Foi difícil a tomada de decisão.

Eu lembro que fiquei algumas noites pensando, dormindo.

Não foi fácil.

Você está trabalhando, você vai receber o seu salário bonitinho.

As demandas são bem flutuantes.

A gente tem meses com picos e depois os outros meses caem.

A gente até estava fazendo agora um mapeamento para ver a quantidade de novos clientes por mês.

Para começar a entender se pode ser isso.

Se são clientes que já voltam.

If they are returning customers.

Não estou assim.

I'm not like that.

Então, uma série de fatores que a gente leva em consideração.

So, a number of factors that we take into consideration.

Mas que não é fácil.

But it's not easy.

As pessoas que querem tomar essa decisão.

The people who want to make this decision.

Eu acho que é bem importante ter bem tudo planejado.

I think it's very important to have everything well planned.

Ver até quanto tempo você consegue aguentar.

E principalmente o seu emocional.

And especially your emotional state.

Porque tem dias que você fala...

Because there are days when you say...

Não, não vai dar certo.
