Se eu perguntar qual a primeira coisa que lhe vem à cabeça quando se fala corrupção,

tenho quase certeza que a maioria responderá política ou políticos.

I'm almost sure that most will answer politics or politicians.

E parece mesmo que viraram sinônimos.

And it really seems that they have become synonyms.

A própria ex-presidente Dilma Rousseff descreveu a corrupção como uma senhoridosa.
