Eu venho refletindo sobre a minha produção de conteúdo e sobre a minha entrega,

e como que eu quero impactar a vida das pessoas que consomem o meu conteúdo.

E a ideia, na verdade, do podcast surgiu ali em 2019, 2020, entre 2019 e 2021.

The idea for the podcast actually came up around 2019, 2020, between 2019 and 2021.

E a ideia era ser um podcast realmente de desenvolvimento pessoal,

And the idea was to be a podcast truly about personal development,

apenas, exclusivamente de desenvolvimento pessoal,

que também era uma ideia que surgiu muito para ser...

esse movimento de desenvolvimento pessoal no digital,

E o Psi Empreendedorismo é algo que já vem na minha mente,

sendo trabalhado, sendo pensado em como que eu posso utilizar desse movimento

e como que eu posso começar esse movimento.

And how can I start this movement?

Nesse momento que eu decidi sair do CLT para me dedicar 100% à minha carreira no digital,

At that moment, I decided to leave my job under the CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) to dedicate 100% to my career in the digital space,

ou seja, empreender com o meu conhecimento,

eu entendo que eu também preciso encontrar dentro disso o formato,

o formato de conteúdo que mais me agrada para que eu consiga alimentar

Eu já sabia que eu gostava de podcast porque eu já tinha gravado podcast.

Então, o que eu gostava desse formato eu já sabia.

A ideia já era voltar com podcast, eu já tinha essa ideia em 2020...

no final de 2023 eu já estava com essa ideia de voltar com podcast.

Mas isso ainda estava sendo muito amadurecido, pensando em todo o meu posicionamento,

Eu sei como é difícil estar nesse espaço, não só pela minha trajetória,

pelo meu desejo ardente de empreender, mas por outras trajetórias que eu já acompanhei,

de outras mulheres que estavam começando ou que já empreendiam no digital

que é sobre todo esse movimento do digital

What is all this movement about the digital?

e sobre como a gente vê tantas vidas expostas, tantas outras vidas em um movimento.

It's about how we see so many lives exposed, so many other lives in motion.

Então, essas outras vidas que a gente acompanha, que a gente vê pelo outro lado ali da tela, né?

So, those other lives that we follow, that we see from the other side of the screen, right?

Que a gente vê recortes da vida de outras pessoas.

That we see snippets of other people's lives.

Eu percebo muito também a construção de uma frustração gigante em outras pessoas que estão ali do outro lado.

I also see a huge sense of frustration building in other people who are on the other side.

Então, que veem aqueles movimentos e que acham que estão ficando para trás, que estão ficando atrasadas.

So, those who see those movements and think they are being left behind, that they are falling behind.

Mas tem também muito desse movimento de achar que tem que sempre fazer mais, de achar que não está suficiente.

But there is also a lot of this movement of thinking that you always have to do more, of feeling that it is not enough.

E eu entendo que isso é muito dolorido, isso é muito angustiante.

And I understand that this is very painful, this is very distressing.

E, na verdade, quando isso acontece, quando tu te coloca nesse lugar de telespectador,

E isso de ficar nessa posição de telespectador, que eu estou citando aqui,

Hoje tem muitas pessoas, ainda bem, eu acho incrível isso,

muitas pessoas dedicadas a esse processo de desenvolvimento pessoal

many people dedicated to this process of personal development

e que estão compartilhando esse processo de desenvolvimento pessoal.

Ainda bem que estão influenciando outras pessoas a também se dedicarem a esse movimento.

It's good that they are influencing other people to also dedicate themselves to this movement.

Que estão gerando movimentos positivos na vida de outras pessoas.

That are generating positive movements in the lives of other people.

Mas, ao mesmo tempo, existem pessoas que olham para aquilo e decidem se comparar.

But at the same time, there are people who look at that and decide to compare themselves.

E aí, nesse se comparar, acham que, bom, para que eu construa minha melhor versão,

So, in comparing myself, do you think that, well, in order for me to build my best version,

então eu preciso fazer o que a fulana está fazendo.

So I need to do what that person is doing.

Para que eu construa minha melhor versão, eu preciso treinar duas vezes por dia,

In order to build my best version, I need to train twice a day,

eu preciso correr, eu preciso nadar, eu preciso empreender e ter duas empresas.

I need to run, I need to swim, I need to start a business and have two companies.

Então, são muitas coisas que colocam sem questionar, sem pensar o que de fato quer

So, there are many things that they put in without questioning, without thinking about what they really want.

e o porquê que quer aquilo.

and the reason why you want that.

Aí, quando abraçam todas essas coisas, quando pegam todas essas coisas que acham que tem que fazer

Then, when they embrace all these things, when they take all these things that they think they have to do.

sem pensar o porquê que deveriam fazer, ou se deveriam mesmo fazer,

without thinking about why they should do it, or if they should even do it,

se faz sentido para elas, se colocam nesse lugar de infelicidade.

if it makes sense to them, they place themselves in that state of unhappiness.

Porque estão sempre buscando por algo, buscando pela felicidade.

Because they are always searching for something, searching for happiness.

Então, a felicidade está em algo que eu quero fazer.

So, happiness is in something I want to do.

O que eu vou alcançar, o que eu vou conquistar e não no processo e não na intenção.

What I will achieve, what I will conquer, and not in the process and not in the intention.

Isso é muito importante para que a gente também tenha esse bem-estar no processo.

This is very important for us to also have this well-being in the process.

A gente precisa pensar a partir do ponto que felicidade é subjetiva.

We need to think from the point that happiness is subjective.

A definição também de sucesso é subjetiva.

The definition of success is also subjective.

Não tem como eu te falar que sucesso é tu fazer cinco milhões de reais aos 20 anos,

There's no way I can tell you that success is making five million reais at 20 years old,

é tu ter uma família, é tu ter filhos,

it's you having a family, it's you having children,

quando na verdade isso para ti não tem fundamento nenhum.

when in fact this has no basis for you at all.

E aí pode ser que tu, do outro lado, abrace essas definições de sucesso de outras pessoas

And then it might be that you, on the other side, embrace these definitions of success from other people.

por achar que, ah, então é isso que eu preciso fazer para ter sucesso,

for thinking that, oh, so this is what I need to do to succeed,

é isso que eu preciso fazer para ter felicidade, porque fulano, porque ciclano estão felizes,

that's what I need to do to be happy, because so-and-so and so-and-so are happy,

então é isso que eu preciso fazer.

so that's what I need to do.

E aí a gente tem que tomar esse cuidado para não assumir o compromisso com a infelicidade

And then we have to be careful not to commit to unhappiness.

Isso justamente acontece, vocês acabam assumindo esse compromisso

That actually happens; you end up taking on that commitment.

quando não se colocam a pensar com consciência no que que querem conquistar,

when they don’t think consciously about what they want to achieve,

no porquê querem conquistar e como farão para conquistar o que querem conquistar.

not why they want to conquer and how they will conquer what they want to conquer.

E dentro desse processo de fazer o que tem que fazer para conquistar,

And within this process of doing what needs to be done to achieve,

quais são os movimentos dentro do presente,

what are the movements within the present,

aqui, hoje, agora, que eu preciso valorizar também.

here, today, now, that I need to value as well.

E também é sobre pensar aqui no momento presente,

And it's also about thinking here in the present moment,

tudo que já tem, que já foi conquistado no momento presente,

everything that already exists, that has already been achieved in the present moment,

que lá há cinco, dez anos atrás fosse uma realidade muito distante.

Isso é bem importante.

E isso que eu estou falando faz uma grande diferença, né?

Porque essa prática da gratidão no nosso dia a dia,

aqui entrando nessa questão de gratidão,

muitas pessoas acham que é bobeira, acham que, ah, não, porque a gratidão...

Mas é um fato.

A gratidão, ela impulsiona também ao nosso desejo por seguirmos,

Gratitude also drives our desire to move forward.

por buscarmos significância para a nossa vida,

para as nossas atitudes, para os nossos comportamentos.

for our attitudes, for our behaviors.

Então a gente precisa praticar isso no nosso dia a dia.

So we need to practice this in our daily lives.

A gente precisa desse movimento.

We need this movement.

E aí, esse movimento da gratidão pode acontecer simplesmente pelo fato,

So, this movement of gratitude can happen simply because of the fact,

pela consciência de entender o que a gente tem hoje que seria grato,

for the awareness of understanding what we have today that we should be grateful for,

que deveria estar sendo grato e que às vezes esquece completamente

that I should be grateful and that sometimes I completely forget

pelo foco no que ainda não tem.

for the focus on what it still doesn't have.

Então, não sei se vocês já ouviram aquela frase, agora eu não vou lembrar de quem é,

So, I don't know if you've heard that phrase, now I won't remember who said it,

mas que a vida é uma eterna busca pelo que não tem.

but life is an eternal search for what it does not have.

Pelo que não se tem...

For what is not had...

A ânsia pelo que não se tem, a angústia pelo que...

The yearning for what one does not have, the anguish for what...

É alguma coisa assim.

It's something like that.

E eu não acho que precisa ser exatamente assim.

And I don't think it needs to be exactly like that.

É claro que a gente vai estar sempre buscando alguma coisa, tá?

Of course, we will always be looking for something, okay?

Isso eu preciso dizer para vocês.

Porque quando...

Because when...

Vocês podem acompanhar outras pessoas hoje e achar, nossa, olha, essa pessoa tem a vida perfeita.

You can follow other people today and think, wow, look, this person has the perfect life.

Mas vocês só acham aquilo perfeito porque vocês ainda não têm.

But you only think that is perfect because you don't have it yet.

Se vocês tivessem, vocês estariam buscando por outra coisa.

If you had it, you would be looking for something else.

Essa consciência é importante também.

This awareness is important as well.

Eu quero porque eu não tenho.

I want because I don't have.

Mas se eu tenho, eu dou valor?

But if I have it, do I appreciate it?

Porque quantas coisas será que eu tenho hoje que há muito tempo atrás eu queria,

Because how many things do I have today that I wanted a long time ago,

mas eu não valorizo?

but don't I value it?

Isso é uma grande tomada de consciência, de começar a valorizar também as coisas presentes.

This is a great awakening, to start valuing the things that are present as well.

Porque do que vai valer o que eu vou conquistar se eu não consigo nem conquistar as coisas que eu tenho hoje?

Because what will be the value of what I will achieve if I can't even conquer the things I have today?

E aí tem uma citação bíblica também,

And there is also a biblical quote,

que eu gosto muito.

that I like a lot.

E aí, aqui, tu pode ser católica, tu pode ser de outra religião, enfim, seja qual for a tua religião,

And there, here, you can be Catholic, you can be from another religion, anyway, whatever your religion is,

acho que a gente tem muito a aprender com todas as religiões e com citações da Bíblia, principalmente.

I think we have a lot to learn from all religions and especially from quotes in the Bible.

Que diz assim, seja fiel no pouco e eu te colocarei no muito.

It says, be faithful in the little and I will place you in the much.

Então, se eu não sou fiel no pouco, o que eu espero sentir quando eu chegar no meu muito?

So, if I am not faithful in the little, what do I expect to feel when I reach my much?

E o que é esse meu muito?

And what is this my much?

Será que eu não consigo perceber que muitas das coisas que fazem parte do meu muito,

Am I unable to realize that many of the things that are part of my much,

eu já estou vivendo?

Am I already living?

Que eu já estou vivendo o processo de construir o meu muito?

That I am already going through the process of building my much?

E aqui eu trago um exemplo.

And here I bring an example.

Quando eu queria sair da casa dos meus pais, porque, enfim, já não era mais a minha casa,

When I wanted to leave my parents' house, because, after all, it was no longer my home,

eu já não me sentia à vontade ali, eu trabalhava home office numa empresa de tecnologia e marketing,

I no longer felt comfortable there; I was working from home for a technology and marketing company.

e eu tinha que estar sempre buscando um canto para trabalhar,

and I always had to be looking for a place to work,

porque não tinha um lugar que eu tivesse mais privacidade no meu quarto,

because there wasn't a place where I had more privacy in my room,

eu escutava o barulho da sala, em outro lugar que eu ia, às vezes tinha barulho também,

I could hear the noise from the room; in another place I went to, there was sometimes noise too.

então, estava sempre nessa busca, já estava ficando infeliz de estar vivendo naquele ambiente,

so, I was always in that search, already becoming unhappy living in that environment,

porque também não tinha a minha privacidade.

because I also didn't have my privacy.

E aí, o meu grande sonho era sair da casa dos meus pais.

So, my big dream was to leave my parents' house.

E esse grande sonho era muito distante, era muito distante, porque no início,

And that big dream was very distant, it was very distant, because in the beginning,

quando eu entrei nessa empresa,

when I joined this company,

eu trabalhava como estagiária.

I worked as an intern.

Eu não tinha condições de, sei lá, quanto que eu ganhava?

I couldn't afford to, I don't know, how much I was earning?

1300?

1300?

Não lembro, não.

I don't remember, no.

Eu não lembro, eu ganhava alguma coisa assim, 1000 e alguma coisa,

I don't remember, I was earning something like 1000 and something.

não tinha como eu pagar um aluguel,

I couldn't afford to pay rent,

mas eu já, todos os dias, eu pensava sobre isso,

but I already did, every day, I thought about it,

eu planejava, pensava em o que eu precisava fazer para que isso acontecesse,

I was planning, thinking about what I needed to do for it to happen,

eu precisava ser efetivada,

I needed to be hired permanently,

eu precisava trabalhar melhor, eu precisava ter um bom desempenho.

I needed to work better, I needed to perform well.

E claro que isso gera uma pressão, mas gera uma pressão no sentido de ter,

And of course that creates pressure, but it creates pressure in the sense of having,

no sentido mais leve, porque eu sei o meu propósito com isso, né?

In a lighter sense, because I know my purpose with this, right?

Eu não estou só colocando uma pressão vazia, né?

I'm not just putting empty pressure, am I?

Eu queria conseguir ser efetivada, porque eu também queria sair da casa dos meus pais,

I wanted to be hired permanently because I also wanted to move out of my parents' house.

eu queria começar a conquistar as minhas coisas.

I wanted to start achieving my things.

Então, tudo isso, a gente vai colocando na balança também, dentro desse processo.

So, all of this, we are also weighing in this process.

E aí, eu fui efetivada e, assim, mesmo sem ter todas as condições do mundo,

And then, I was hired permanently and, even without having all the conditions in the world,

porque eu ainda não tinha todas as condições, eu estava ali me estabilizando, né?

because I still didn't have all the conditions, I was there stabilizing myself, right?

Primeira vez, entre aspas, efetivada.

First time, in quotes, made official.

E aí, eu saí da casa dos meus pais, comecei a decisão de sair da casa dos meus pais

So, I left my parents' house, I started the decision to leave my parents' house.

e, dentro desse processo também, há muito tempo atrás,

And, within this process as well, a long time ago,

eu já queria muito empreender, esse sempre foi um desejo meu,

I always wanted to start a business, it has always been my desire.

mesmo antes de começar a estagiar na psicologia.

even before I started interning in psychology.

Eu já queria muito isso, já fiz outras tentativas, isso já era um grande desejo.

I already wanted this a lot, I had made other attempts, it was already a great desire.

E aí, hoje, eu tenho a oportunidade de me dedicar 100% a isso,

So today, I have the opportunity to dedicate myself 100% to this,

de me dedicar 100% ao meu negócio no digital,

to dedicate myself 100% to my digital business,

de me dedicar a ver e a construir isso,

to dedicate myself to watching and building that,

enxergar essa construção, ver e fazer essa construção.

Então, eu poderia me apegar muito mais ao fato de que,

So, I could cling much more to the fact that,

eu ainda não conquistei todas as coisas que eu queria.

I haven't conquered all the things I wanted yet.

Quais são essas coisas, né? Eu tenho coisas que eu quero conquistar.

What are those things, right? I have things that I want to achieve.

Mas, eu preciso também ter a clareza de que eu estou vivendo muitas coisas

But I also need to be clear that I am living through many things.

que há muito tempo eu queria.

that I've wanted for a long time.

E podem ser coisas pequenas, podem ser coisas grandes,

And they can be small things, they can be big things,

e, às vezes, são coisas grandes que a gente acha e torna pequenas,

and sometimes, they are big things that we find and make small,
