É bem básico, como eu falei, finge que você tá no ano novo e vai fazer os exercícios de ano novo.

It's very basic, as I said, pretend that you're in the New Year and are going to do the New Year's exercises.

É você parar, escrever e ter gratidão pelas coisas que você fez, e ver tudo o que já aconteceu no 2019.

It is about stopping, writing, and being grateful for the things you have done, and seeing everything that has happened in 2019.

Para e reflete sobre cada ponto, cada pessoa que você conheceu, cada atividade que você fez,

Stop and reflect on each point, each person you met, each activity you did,

que você aprendeu, momentos que você viu, tira uma horinha essa semana pra refletir isso, sabe,

what you learned, moments you witnessed, take an hour this week to reflect on that, you know,

tipo, escrever, pá, isso tudo já aconteceu no ano de 2019.

Porque normalmente a gente tem essa impressão de que o tempo tá passando rápido,

Because we usually get the impression that time is passing quickly,

porque a gente não analisa as coisas que a gente já fez no ano.

Why don't we analyze the things we have already done this year?

Então, vai ser um exercício pra te fazer refletir isso, vai te trazer esse negócio de caramba,

Ou seja, 10% menos chance de ter algum ataque cardíaco, simplesmente por agradecer.

Também são pessoas que normalmente sentem menos dor,

são mais saudáveis no geral, porque refletem constantemente

Só que quando você tem o hábito de agradecer praticamente todo dia

você passa a trocar, a ter um shift assim na sua mente,

Tem muita coisa que você pode agradecer e coisas pequenas.

There are many things you can be thankful for, even small things.

Não necessariamente precisa esperar um grande acontecimento para agradecer.

You don't necessarily have to wait for a significant event to express gratitude.

As coisas boas da vida, elas acontecem nos pequenos detalhes.

The good things in life happen in the little details.
