e a gente precisa pensar como que esse sistema vai realmente se autorregular

And we need to think about how this system will actually self-regulate.

para que o país cresça e não para que o governo arrecade mais.

Justamente na nossa lógica de que é muito mais interessante eu aumentar a base

A gente tem algumas virtudes na reforma,

We have some virtues in the reform,

que é eu querer, justamente,

what is it that I want, precisely,

a incidência dos impostos de consumo nos mais pobres,

the incidence of consumption taxes on the poorest,

mesmo que seja com cashback,

even if it is with cashback,

a noção de diminuição de tributos sobre a cesta básica.

the notion of reducing taxes on basic necessities.

Isso é algo que é virtuoso,

Mas não adianta de nada eu ter esses mecanismos

E, nessa lógica, a gente consegue ver que não adianta eu ter o sistema mais justo do mundo
