A garantia legal está descrita no artigo 24 do CDC, que prevê

Sendo mais claro, para exercer a garantia legal, basta que o consumidor apresente a reclamação

O que vem a ser produtos não duráveis?

What are non-durable products?

São aqueles de pouca durabilidade, como os alimentos perecíveis, frutas e leguminosas.

They are those with little durability, such as perishable foods, fruits, and legumes.

Já para serviços e produtos duráveis, o prazo é de 90 dias.

For durable goods and services, the term is 90 days.

O que vem a ser produtos não duráveis?

São aqueles utilizados por um longo período de tempo, com pouco ou nenhum desgaste, eletrodomésticos e eletrônicos.

Nesse sentido, o Código de Defesa do Consumidor também prevê a possibilidade da garantia contratual.

Então, o que vem a ser garantia contratual?

A garantia contratual está prevista no artigo 50 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor,
