Durante o período de pandemia, o que nós percebemos, pelo menos aqui em Palmas, é que houve um aumento da subnotificação.

A gente tem números menores de registros, mas a gente tem também um número maior de crimes graves.

Então, o que imagina-se que esteja acontecendo?

Que as mulheres estão tendo mais dificuldade de denunciar.

That women are having more difficulty reporting.

Então, que esse número caiu, não porque os crimes tenham diminuído, mas porque as mulheres estão impossibilitadas,

por vários motivos, pela questão do isolamento social, por estarem mais tempo em casa com os agressores,

por muitas vezes não saírem nem para trabalhar, nem para levar os filhos na escola,

Nesse rol, a gente tem alguns tipos penais que podem ser encontrados, né?

São dois exemplos de condutas que configuram violência patrimonial.

Como é feita a intimação do agressor?

A intimação do agressor pela delegacia, ela, em regra, é feita presencialmente, né?

Os agentes de polícia vão até o endereço em que ele pode ser encontrado,

a gente tem que considerar primeiro que ela, por si só, não é, ela não é uma conduta típica e lista, né?

Então, a gente tem que procurar dentro do Código Penal os tipos que se amoldam ali.

Então, a gente tem, por exemplo, o crime de dano, né, que tem no CAPT uma pena de detenção de 1 a 6 meses, né?

O dano qualificado, né, que pode ser com emprego de violência ou grave ameaça,

dentre outras coisas, que é de detenção de 6 meses a 3 anos.

A gente tem também a apropriação em débita, né, que a pena varia de reclusão e varia de 1 a 4 anos.

Então, a pena para a violência patrimonial vai depender muito do tipo penal em que o autor incorrer.
