A gente resolveu ler, então, esses dois no mês de junho, no nosso clube pessoal, justamente para fazer esse contraponto, né?

We decided to read these two in June, in our personal book club, precisely to provide that counterpoint, right?

A gente tem O Bom Crioulo, que foi o primeiro romance LGBT brasileiro, e com A Palavra que Resta, que é super recente, saiu em abril, né, desse ano.

We have O Bom Crioulo, which was the first Brazilian LGBT novel, and with A Palavra que Resta, which is super recent, it was released in April, right, this year.

Em 2021. Então, a gente consegue traçar paralelos importantes entre eles e também destacar diferenças, né, semelhanças, enfim, o que a gente gostou ou não, né, em cada um deles.
