André, por que você usou o have e por que ao invés de você falar spoke, você falou spoken?

Por um motivo muito simples, a estrutura do present perfect, ela precisa do auxiliar, que é o verbo have, ele aqui nesse caso é um auxiliar

For a very simple reason, the structure of the present perfect needs the auxiliary, which is the verb have; it is, in this case, an auxiliary.

Por que ele é um auxiliar? Porque ele te auxilia, ele te dá uma ajuda para você entender, saber qual tempo verbal você está usando

Os dois itens a mais aqui, nós podemos usar a preposição for para dizer por tanto tempo ou há tanto tempo.

E eu posso usar a preposição since para falar desde.

Ou seja, desde uma data que eu tenho feito alguma coisa.

Uma correção aqui, muitos alunos quando vão falar since, eles falam science.

Since significa desde.

Since means since.
