Então, eu participo...

Eu participo tanto do pressuposto de que, a partir do compartilhamento de saberes, esses saberes que os professores trazem, não saber que eu levo,

I participate in the assumption that, through the sharing of knowledge, those knowledges that the teachers bring, not knowing that I carry,

nós somos capazes de ressignificar e criar novos saberes de forma colaborativa.

We are capable of reauthoring and creating new knowledge collaboratively.

E aí, para isso, a gente tem algumas estratégias. Eu não posso dizer nem estratégias, porque não tem nada cognitivamente estabelecido para isso.

So, for that, we have some strategies. I can't even call them strategies, because there is nothing cognitively established for that.

É preciso algumas dimensões. Uma delas é a constituição desse grupo.

It is necessary to have some dimensions. One of them is the constitution of this group.

É fazer com que esse grupo, desde o início, saia de uma perspectiva individual e parta para uma perspectiva coletiva.

It is to make this group, from the beginning, move from an individual perspective to a collective perspective.

Entender que eu sou importante para o grupo e que a minha experiência, o meu conhecimento é importante para o grupo

Então, essa perspectiva, ela acontece a partir de várias estratégias, da compreensão de que o saber,

de que ele se dá de forma isolada, de que ele se dá de forma compartilhada, que há a dimensão afetiva,

E aí, isso faz com que o professor leve também essa experiência para a sua sala de aula, para a sua relação com os alunos.

E esse processo de transformação, ele vai sendo vivenciado e trazido para a formação, dialogado, refletido, compartilhado.

And this process of transformation is experienced and brought into education, discussed, reflected upon, and shared.

Então, essa dinâmica relacional...

So, this relational dynamic...

Ela ganhou esse nome exatamente por isso, porque entender que a formação, ela tem esse caráter colaborativo em primeira instância.

She got this name exactly because of that, because understanding that education has this collaborative nature at first instance.

Um outro aspecto, ela tem que atender as demandas dos docentes.

Another aspect is that she has to meet the demands of the teachers.

Não adianta eu levar propostas e modelos distantes e estanques da realidade.

It's no use for me to bring proposals and models that are distant and detached from reality.

Então, o professor é que apresenta essa problematização.

So, the teacher is the one who presents this problematization.

Então, um outro ponto da formação é, os professores precisam trazer os seus dilemas.

Quais são as suas dificuldades?

What are your difficulties?

Para que eles reconheçam quais os desafios que eles vão ter que enfrentar e como eles podem utilizar estratégias para enfrentamento desses desafios.

So that they recognize the challenges they will have to face and how they can use strategies to cope with these challenges.

E é interessante que eles reconhecem, na fala do outro, que os desafios são bem próximos.

And it is interesting that they recognize, in each other's speech, that the challenges are quite similar.

E aí, é interessante que eles se identifiquem e dizem assim, poxa, eu não estou sozinho.

And there, it's interesting that they identify themselves and say, wow, I'm not alone.

O colega passa pela mesma dificuldade, o outro passa por essa dificuldade.

E eles percebem que cada um tem uma estratégia diferente.
