O nome dessa estrela é amargura.
The name of this star is bitterness.
A terça parte das águas se tornou amarga.

E por isso, muitas pessoas morreram envenenadas.
And that's why many people died poisoned.
Aí, o quarto anjo tocou a trombeta e foi ferida a terça parte do sol, da lua, das estrelas.

when you hear the sound of the trumpets that the other three angels will blow.
O homem entrou em desespero.
