O que é que aconteceu?

Nós percebemos, eu acho que eu percebi mais rapidamente que o Tiago, que o modelo de negócio que se pratica em Portugal nem sempre é um modelo afável para as pessoas que lá trabalham.

E explicar isso também às pessoas, foi duro, mas é como tu disseste, em Portugal, em Portugal pelo menos, é assim, para nós não dá, a verdade é que há lá pessoas, e como há em todos os sítios que estão há anos e anos e anos a trabalhar lá e com bastante sucesso e bastante feliz e contentes e tudo mais, mas não é para toda a gente.

And explaining this to people was tough, but as you said, in Portugal, at least in Portugal, it is like this, it doesn’t work for us. The truth is that there are people there, as there are everywhere, who have been working there for years and years and years with a lot of success and are quite happy and content and everything else, but it’s not for everyone.

Estou a falar honestamente, porque eu acho que as pessoas que se contentam com passar o dia interno no ginásio, a dar treinos e a cumprir ordens e tudo mais e aceder àquela pressão do trabalho, são pessoas que se calhar nunca experienciaram ser os seus próprios patrões.

Porque eu digo-te, a primeira vez que trabalhei apenas para mim e para o meu negócio, eu pensei...

Because I tell you, the first time I worked only for myself and for my business, I thought...

Então eu quero fazer para sempre.

Porque não tens, tu até trabalhas melhor, porque não tens a pressão de ninguém, a única pressão que tu tens é de entregar um serviço de qualidade.

Because you don't have it, you actually work better because you don't have anyone's pressure; the only pressure you have is to deliver quality work.

E eu acho que quando tu estás a fazer realmente aquilo que tu gostas e quando tu estás tranquilo no teu local de trabalho, tu consegues trabalhar de forma muito melhor.

And I think that when you are really doing what you enjoy and when you are calm in your workplace, you can work much better.

A questão é, imagina, o trabalho é basicamente o mesmo, o que tu fazes como freelancer e o que tu fazias lá.
