O Coren teria alguma orientação específica nesse sentido, com relação à passagem de plantão, essas ferramentas?

Existem resoluções e pareceres, mas aqui eu não vou me ater a números.

Protocolos dão segurança.

Então, seja o SBAR, seja a lógica, a gente vê como uma ferramenta muito amplamente utilizada.

Mas pode ter outros protocolos que se adequem à sua realidade.
