Traffic lights and... what is that?

Небольшой домик, а из него торчат огромные красные руки и дорогу перегораживают.

A small house, and huge red hands are sticking out of it, blocking the road.

Есть избушка на курьих ножках, а это избушка с красными ручками?

Машины к одной руке подъезжают и останавливаются ненадолго,

а она поднимается, а потом сама опускается.
