То, что я описал, наверное, это такие центральные процессы. Ну и, конечно же, важнейший вопрос сейчас стоит.

Это план развития концепции, которая была подписана в сентябре прошлого года правительством Российской Федерации, который должен в себя включать разные виды упрощения деятельности креативного предпринимателя. Мы рассчитываем на снижение налоговой ставки, на работу с инвестициями банковским сектором. Пока для русских креативных предпринимателей, для российских креативных предпринимателей банковский рынок закрыт.

This is a development plan for the concept that was signed by the Government of the Russian Federation in September of last year, which should include various types of simplification for the activities of creative entrepreneurs. We are counting on a reduction in the tax rate and on working with investments from the banking sector. For now, the banking market is closed to Russian creative entrepreneurs.

Государство должно создавать условия для того, чтобы банк видел в этом уверенность и не терял деньги. На сегодняшний момент за это пока отвечает корпорация МСП.

The state must create conditions so that the bank sees this as confidence and does not lose money. At the moment, this is still the responsibility of the MSP Corporation.

Они предлагают субсидии на погашение гарантии возврата средств в случае, если вдруг какая-либо поддержка финансовая не сработает, прогорит предприятие или еще что-то. Но пока этого недостаточно. Нужны другие уровни субсидий, другого масштаба субсидий для того, чтобы банки начали в эту сторону смотреть. Пока там для них интереса мало.

They offer subsidies for the repayment of guarantees for a refund in case any financial support does not work out, the enterprise fails, or something else happens. But so far, this is not enough. We need other levels of subsidies, of a different scale of subsidies for banks to start looking in this direction. Currently, there is little interest for them.

А какими вы видите креативные индустрии России через 10 лет? Насколько изменится ситуация?

How do you see the creative industries in Russia in 10 years? How much will the situation change?

Я дальше года смотреть не могу. Без понятия вообще, какими они будут через 10 лет. Дай бог, чтобы через год мы имели региональные фонды, агентства, организации, которые занимаются на постоянной основе креативными индустриями.

I can't look further than a year ahead. I have no idea what they'll be like in 10 years. God willing, in a year we will have regional funds, agencies, and organizations that are engaged in creative industries on a regular basis.

А те, которые есть, никуда не попадают.

And those that exist don't go anywhere.

Они пропали. У нас активно развивается креативное предпринимательство. У нас есть первые банковские продукты. Мы понимаем, что людям интересна эта тема. Они активно ищут компетенции в тех учебных заведениях, которые им предоставляют такую возможность, включая те самые государственные, которые я упомянул.

They have disappeared. Creative entrepreneurship is actively developing here. We have our first banking products. We understand that people are interested in this topic. They are actively seeking competencies in those educational institutions that offer them this opportunity, including those very state institutions that I mentioned.

Мы были в состоянии активного развития. Активного развития. И все, что сейчас есть, не исчезло, а только усилилось. А что появляется, убедилось, наработало форматы, методы и начало уже успешно двигаться в направлении тоже формирования полноценной инфраструктуры внутри сектора.

We were in a state of active development. Active development. And everything that exists now has not disappeared, but only intensified. And what is emerging has confirmed itself, developed formats, methods, and has already begun to successfully move towards forming a full-fledged infrastructure within the sector.
