Давайте тогда начнём с главного вопроса, о котором мы сегодня пришли поговорить.

Как должен выглядеть идеальный микрорайон для детей и родителей?

What should the ideal neighborhood for children and parents look like?

Идеальным место делают сами люди.

People make a place ideal.

Ключевые моменты, я, наверное, остановлюсь на трёх.

Это безопасность, это инклюзивность и это идентичность.

It's safety, it's inclusivity, and it's identity.

Если мы говорим о безопасности,

If we are talking about security,

мы имеем в виду то, что ребёнок может передвигаться по маршрутам в своём районе,

we mean that the child can move around the routes in their area,

и родитель с естественной тревогой, воспринимающий такую самостоятельность ребёнка,

and a parent with a natural anxiety, perceiving such independence of the child,

будет понимать, что с ребёнком будет происходить, когда он вне дома.

will understand what will happen to the child when he is outside the home.

Это контролируемый риск.

This is a controlled risk.

Когда ребёнок видит дорогу, например, она помечена каким-то ярким сигналом,

и понятным образом эту дорогу можно пересечь.

Тот же светофор, пешеходный переход.

То есть с точки зрения безопасности, это некий баланс между тревогой,

желанием быть свободным, автономным, которое, естественно, есть у ребёнка,

the desire to be free, autonomous, which, of course, is present in a child,

и там, где эти два момента встречаются и, скажем так, договариваются между собой.

and there, where these two moments meet and, so to speak, agree with each other.

Вот это даёт городу, микрорайону нужную степень безопасности.

This provides the city and the neighborhood with the necessary level of security.

Так вот, если, грубо говоря, квартира уже куплена,

причём, скорее всего, ну, к примеру, опять же, она куплена в новостройке, к примеру,

Можно ли вот на этом этапе, таком очень подготовительном, понять,

что вот эти три основных аспекта, они уже застройщикам как-то продуманы?

Либо хотя бы видно, что, ну, например, рядом нету скоростной магистрали,

поэтому уже небольшой плюсик в безопасность включается.

И второй ваш тезис тоже справедлив.

Действительно, когда выбираешь район, смотришь, что уже есть вокруг.

Какие объекты... Вот та же самая магистраль, понятно, что ее не передвинут,

не уберут, не закроют.

Подумали о пожилом поколении и о том,

Если вот Иван говорит про выбор квартиры,

то надо быть готовым, что там появятся матерные слова.
