We are not the ones who walk towards their own doom because of their sins.

Иисус, зная, что пришёл час его перейти от мира сего к Отцу, явил делом, что, возлюбив своих сущих в мире, до конца возлюбил их.

Jesus, knowing that his hour had come to depart from this world to the Father, showed in deed that he loved his own who were in the world, and he loved them to the end.

И во время вечери, когда дьявол уже вложил в сердце Иуде, Симонову и Скариоту,

And during dinner, when the devil had already put it into the heart of Judas, son of Simon Iscariot,

предать его, Иисус, зная, что Отец всё отдал в руки его, и что он от Бога исшёл и к Богу отходит,

to betray him, Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he had come from God and was going to God,

встал с вечери, сняв с себя верхнюю одежду и, взяв полотенце, препоясался.

He got up from dinner, took off his outer clothing, and, taking a towel, tied it around himself.

Потом влил воды в умывальницу.

Then he poured water into the sink.

И начал умывать ноги ученикам и отирать полотенцем, которым был препоясан.

And he began to wash the disciples' feet and to wipe them with the towel with which he was girded.

Подходит к Симону Петру, и тот говорит ему, «Господи, тебе ли умывать мои ноги?»

He approaches Simon Peter, and he says to him, "Lord, are you going to wash my feet?"

Иисус сказал ему в ответ, «Что я делаю?»

Jesus answered him, "What am I doing?"

«Теперь ты не знаешь, а уразумеешь после».

"Now you don't know, but you will understand later."

Пётр говорит ему, «Не умоешь ног моих вовек».

Peter says to him, "You shall never wash my feet."

Иисус отвечает ему, «Если не умою тебя, не имеешь части со мною».

Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no share with me."

Симон Пётр говорит ему, «Господи!»

Simon Peter said to him, "Lord!"

«Не только ноги мои, но и руки, и голову».

"Not only my legs, but also my arms and head."

Иисус говорит ему, «Омытому нужно только ноги умыть, потому что чист весь.

Jesus says to him, "The one who has been bathed only needs to wash his feet, for he is completely clean."

И вы чисты, но не все, ибо знал он предателя своего, потому и сказал,

"And you are clean, but not all of you, for he knew his betrayer, that is why he said,"

«Не все вы чисты».

"Not all of you are clean."

Слово Библии является тайной за семью печатями для тех лжеучителей, которые ещё не родились свыше.

The word of the Bible is a mystery sealed with seven seals for those false teachers who have not yet been born again.

Тем не менее, они пытаются толковать Слово Божье по-своему, рассуждая так, как это свойственно людям.

Nevertheless, they try to interpret the Word of God in their own way, reasoning in a manner characteristic of people.

Однако они сами не уверены в правильности того, чему учат.

However, they themselves are not sure about the correctness of what they are teaching.

И, как результат, даже среди верующих в Иисуса не так уже много тех, кто уверен в своём спасении.

And as a result, even among those who believe in Jesus, there aren't many who are confident in their salvation.

Почему же так происходит?

Why does this happen?

Да потому, что эти люди лишь говорят,

Because these people only talk,

что веруют в Иисуса.

that they believe in Jesus.

Но при этом они не имеют чёткого представления о Евангелии воды и духа.

But they do not have a clear understanding of the Gospel of water and the Spirit.

Подобные христиане полагают, что они не погибнут, потому что веруют в Иисуса.

Such Christians believe that they will not perish because they believe in Jesus.

Но им следует осознать, что с точки зрения Библии их погибель является

But they should realize that from the standpoint of the Bible, their doom is

Итак, если люди толкуют Слово Библии буквально и выдвигают свои собственные доктрины,

So, if people interpret the Word of the Bible literally and put forward their own doctrines,

Based on personal reasoning, they will not be able to receive forgiveness of sins, even if they believe in Jesus.

И в конце концов они окажутся в аду из-за своих грехов.

And in the end, they will end up in hell because of their sins.

Вот почему Библию нельзя толковать на свой собственный лад.

That's why the Bible cannot be interpreted in one's own way.

Но необходимо ждать.

But it is necessary to wait.

Пока Господь сам даст нам понимание Слова Истины через своих рожденных свыше святых.

Until the Lord Himself gives us understanding of the Word of Truth through His born-again saints.

Кроме того, мы должны осознавать, что именно Евангелие Воды и Духа объясняет Слово Божье.

Furthermore, we must recognize that it is the Gospel of Water and Spirit that explains the Word of God.

Иисус сказал.

Jesus said.

Что лишь те, кто не понимают эти слова, действительно могут избавиться от всех грехов и войти в Царство Небесное.

Only those who do not understand these words can truly rid themselves of all sins and enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

Иисус сказал.

Jesus said.

Что лишь те, чьи сердца очищены от греха по вере в Евангелие Воды и Духа, могут войти в Царство Небесное.

Only those whose hearts are cleansed from sin through faith in the Gospel of Water and the Spirit can enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

Но если люди верят, не понимая при этом Евангелия Воды и Духа, дарованного Господом,

But if people believe without understanding the Gospel of Water and the Spirit given by the Lord,

то есть не понимая истины, открывшейся в голубой, пурпурной,

и червленой шерсти и весонескинии, они будут уничтожены за свои грехи.

and crimson wool and weightlessness, they will be destroyed for their sins.

Разве не ужасно, что мы могли погибнуть из-за своих грехов, несмотря на то, что веруем в Иисуса?

Isn't it terrible that we could perish because of our sins, even though we believe in Jesus?

Я с глубоким прискорбием думаю о том, что хотя большое число людей,

I think with deep sorrow about the fact that although a large number of people,

считают Иисуса своим Спасителем,

consider Jesus their Savior,

многие из них не могут дать уверенного ответа на вопрос о том,

many of them cannot give a confident answer to the question of whether

убеждены ли они в том, что спасены от всех своих грехов.

Are they convinced that they are saved from all their sins?

Можно безошибочно утверждать, что все грешники, независимо от того,

It can be stated with certainty that all sinners, regardless of whether

В главе 7 Евангелие от Матфея говорится,

Тем не менее, еще очень многие даже не осознают, что заблуждаются в своем понимании Иисуса.

Nevertheless, many still do not realize that they are mistaken in their understanding of Jesus.

И такое положение вещей глубоко огорчает нашего Господа.

And this state of affairs deeply saddens our Lord.

В мире еще слишком много людей, которые, не замечая того, что они делают,

There are still too many people in the world who, without realizing what they are doing,

не замечают того, что они делают, но не замечают того, что они делают.

They do not notice what they are doing, but they do not notice what they are doing.

И не замечают того, что в действительности Господь упрекает их за их неправильную веру,

And they do not notice that in reality the Lord reproaches them for their false faith,

продолжают идти навстречу своей погибели.

they continue to march towards their doom.

Вот почему наши сердца стинают, оплакивая современных христиан,

That is why our hearts ache, mourning modern Christians,

которые являются таковыми лишь номинально.

which are such only nominally.

Их вера в Иисуса.

Their faith in Jesus.

Что содержится в Слове Божьем.

What is contained in the Word of God.

Мы действительно должны знать о Евангелии истины,

We really need to know about the Gospel of truth,

верить в нее и получить призвание Божье, как его святые.

to believe in her and receive the calling of God, like his saints.

Поступая так, мы сможем войти в Царство Небесное по нашей вере.

By doing so, we will be able to enter the Kingdom of Heaven by our faith.

По вере получить прощение грехов.

By faith, receive forgiveness of sins.

И по вере стать его детьми.

And by faith become his children.

Вот почему христианство сосредоточено на спасении, обретаемом по вере.

This is why Christianity focuses on salvation obtained through faith.

Религии мира превыше всего ставят свои собственные дела.

The religions of the world put their own affairs above all else.

Но настоящая истина заключается в том,

But the real truth is that,

что спасение – это дар Божий, а не результат человеческих усилий,

that salvation is a gift from God, not a result of human efforts,

no matter how anyone praises them.

Зная, что пришло время умереть на кресте,

Knowing that the time has come to die on the cross,

Иисус решил омыть ноги Своим ученикам.

Jesus decided to wash the feet of His disciples.

Это произошло перед самым праздником Пасхи.

It happened just before the Easter holiday.

Праздник Пасхи имеет большое значение для евреев,

The holiday of Passover is very significant for Jews.

поскольку это был день, когда народ Израиля

since it was the day when the people of Israel

вышел из Египта, обретя спасение от рабства,

came out of Egypt, finding salvation from slavery,

Он был для евреев большим праздником.

It was a great holiday for the Jews.

Вот почему народ Израиля возобновил празднование

This is why the people of Israel have resumed the celebration.

Ветхозаветной Пасхи.

Old Testament Passover.

И даже сегодня, в память о тех давних событиях,

And even today, in memory of those distant events,

Jews celebrate it by performing Passover rituals around the world.

Во время вечери,

During dinner,

Иисус собрал всех Своих учеников

Jesus gathered all His disciples.

и попытался сказать им нечто, имеющее огромное значение.

and tried to tell them something of great significance.

Умывая ноги Своим ученикам,

Washing the feet of His disciples,

прежде чем принять смерть на кресте,

before accepting death on the cross,

Иисус хотел поведать им об истине,

Jesus wanted to tell them about the truth,

which washed away all their sins.

С приходом праздника Пасхи

With the arrival of the Easter holiday.

Jesus knew that he would be captured,

like a paschal lamb,

will die and rise from the dead.

Насколько важны и устрашающи эти слова!

How important and terrifying these words are!

Однако на самом деле Иисус хотел поведать

However, in reality, Jesus wanted to tell.

Своим ученикам о той вере,

To his students about that faith,

благодаря которой будут смыты их ежедневные грехи.

thanks to which their daily sins will be washed away.

И насколько важно как для Его учеников,

And how important it is for His disciples,

так и для Него самого то,

so for Him Himself too,

что Он умоет им ноги, прежде чем умрет на кресте.

that He will wash their feet before He dies on the cross.

Итак, Иисус встал из-за стола,

So, Jesus got up from the table,

снял с Себя верхнюю одежду,

took off his outer clothing,

взял полотенце и припоясал Себя этим полотенцем.

He took a towel and wrapped himself with it.

Затем Он налил воды в умывальницу,

Then He poured water into the washbasin.

и начал умывать ноги ученикам.

and began to wash the feet of the disciples.

Дошла очередь и до Симона Петра,

Now it was Simon Peter's turn,

but he refused to let Jesus wash his feet.

Петр сказал Иисусу,

Peter said to Jesus,

"Lord, are You going to wash my feet?"

Петр исполнился благоговейного ужаса,

Peter was filled with reverent terror,

при одной лишь мысли,

at the mere thought,

что Иисус желает умыть ему ноги.

Поскольку он верил в Иисуса

Since he believed in Jesus

и служил Ему как Сыну Божьему,

and served Him as the Son of God,

ему было очень трудно в этой

It was very difficult for him in this.

Вот почему Петр спросил Иисуса,

That's why Peter asked Jesus,

как ему пришла в голову мысль,

how the thought came to his mind,

nothing would unite anymore.

Не иметь части с Иисусом

Not having a share with Jesus.

означает не иметь общения с Ним.

it means not having communication with Him.

И потому у Петра

And therefore with Peter

не было иного выбора,

there was no other choice,

как позволить Иисусу

how to allow Jesus

умыть ему ноги.

to wash his feet.

Тогда Иисус поставил ноги Петра

Then Jesus placed Peter's feet.

в умывальницу,

in the sink,

умыл их,

washed them,

and then wiped it with a towel.

Когда Господь сказал Петру,

When the Lord said to Peter,

«Если не умолю тебя,

"If I don't beg you,"

"you have no part with Me,"

then Peter, taken aback by His words,

exclaimed,

"In that case, wash Me all over,"

Умой Мои руки, Мою голову,

Wash my hands, my head,

все Мое тело».

"All My Body."

Услышав это, Иисус сказал,

«Омытому нужно

но не все».

"but not all."

Иисус нередко говорил такое,

Будучи не в состоянии понять,

о чем говорит Иисус,

Понимая Слово Божье буквально,

Understanding the Word of God literally,

они, не зная истины воды и Духа,

they, not knowing the truth of water and Spirit,

не могут собрать воедино

cannot bring together

все части головоломки.

all parts of the puzzle.

Как бы они ни пытались,

No matter how hard they try,

они не могут понять,

they can't understand,

какая вера может смыть

what faith can wash away

их ежедневные грехи.

their daily sins.

Господь сказал

The Lord said

«Омытому нужно только ноги умыть,

"A washed person only needs to wash their feet,"

потому что чист весь,

because he is completely clean,

и вы чисты, но не все»

"and you are pure, but not everyone"

Понять значение этих слов

освобождены они
