búscale en la intimidad y sé una mujer con fe y con valor.

Welcome to the Women's Morning.

Nos encontramos en el día martes 13 de octubre, es una bendición llegar a este día,

We find ourselves on Tuesday, October 13th; it is a blessing to reach this day.

sobre todo porque Dios está a tu lado, porque Dios te guía en el camino.

especially because God is by your side, because God guides you on the path.

Qué bendición es tener a Dios en nuestro lado.

What a blessing it is to have God on our side.

Y yo también quiero decirte que recuerda que tú todo lo puedes en Cristo que te fortalece.

And I also want to tell you to remember that you can do everything through Christ who strengthens you.

Y recuerda que fortaleza significa fuerza.

And remember that strength means power.

Así que aférrate a Dios y recuerda que todo lo podrás en el nombre de Él.

So hold on to God and remember that you can do everything in His name.

El día de hoy un tema muy interesante que me gustaría que todas pusieran mucha atención.

Today there is a very interesting topic that I would like everyone to pay close attention to.

El título, el canto, alegra el corazón.

The title, the song, brings joy to the heart.

Salmo 108, 1 y 3 nos dice,

Psalm 108:1 and 3 tells us,

Casi en todas las iglesias hay una hermana que canta tan fuerte que retumba su voz por todo el templo.

In almost every church, there is a sister who sings so loudly that her voice echoes throughout the temple.

Sin embargo, lo hace de una manera no muy afinada.

However, it does so in a not very tuned manner.

Certainly.

Una vez una dama con las características antes mencionadas quiso entrar al coro que yo dirigía.

Once, a lady with the aforementioned characteristics wanted to join the choir that I directed.

Al haber sufrido muchas veces en la iglesia debido a su manera de cantar,

Having suffered many times in church due to his way of singing,

decidí no aceptarla en el grupo vocal.

I decided not to accept her into the vocal group.

De la manera más sutil que pude le comuniqué mi decisión,

In the subtlest way I could, I communicated my decision.

pero en sus ojos pude ver el desencanto y tristeza que mi respuesta le había ocasionado.

but in his eyes I could see the disillusionment and sadness that my response had caused him.

Esa noche puse en oración lo sucedido.

That night I prayed about what had happened.

Yo me sentía tan culpable por la reacción de la hermana,

I felt so guilty for the sister's reaction,

que tardé varias horas en conciliar el sueño.

that it took me several hours to fall asleep.

Entonces algo increíble sucedió.

Then something incredible happened.

Soñé que la congregación entonaba un hermoso y grandioso canto,

I dreamed that the congregation was singing a beautiful and grand song,

cual nunca he oído jamás.

which I have never heard ever.

De pronto mi atención se interrumpió al mirar,

Suddenly my attention was interrupted when I looked,

que entre esa congregación se encontraba la dama que yo había rechazado para estar en el coro.

Among that congregation was the lady I had rejected to be in the choir.

Súbitamente desperté.

Suddenly I woke up.

Ahora me sentía peor.

Now I felt worse.

Oré de nuevo y al poco rato me quedé dormida.

I prayed again and soon after fell asleep.

Al día siguiente el Espíritu Santo puso en mi mente una interesante reflexión.

The next day the Holy Spirit put an interesting reflection in my mind.

A veces en nuestras congregaciones estamos demasiado preocupados

Sometimes in our congregations we are too worried.

por crear coros y preparar cantos especiales para los servicios.

for creating choirs and preparing special songs for the services.

Eso no está mal si hay una preparación debida,

That's not bad if there is proper preparation.

pero algunos hemos descuidado a los creyentes de las bancas,

but some of us have neglected the believers in the pews,

aquellos que van con un corazón dispuesto a recibir al Espíritu y alabar el nombre de Dios.

those who go with a heart ready to receive the Spirit and praise the name of God.

En ocasiones,

At times,

la congregación participa en un par de cantos y lo demás es observar el desfile de cantantes,

the congregation participates in a couple of songs and the rest is observing the parade of singers,

los grupos corales bien ensayados,

well-rehearsed choral groups,

que a veces cantan apoyados de algún playback,

that sometimes they sing supported by some playback,

que sorprende a más de uno por su virtuosismo instrumental.

which surprises more than one with its instrumental virtuosity.

Todos ellos miembros de la farándula cristiana,

All of them members of the Christian entertainment industry,

que si el sonido falla, no hay micrófono o monitoreo,

that if the sound fails, there is no microphone or monitoring,

o bien las condiciones de la iglesia o el foro no son adecuadas,

either the conditions of the church or the forum are not suitable,

se quejan.

They complain.

Se quejan airadamente y se niegan a alabar a Dios.

They complain angrily and refuse to praise God.

Es triste el cuadro, ¿no es así?

Este es un llamado a todos los encargados del Ministerio de la Música

This is a call to all those in charge of the Ministry of Music.

para que no falte un buen servicio de canto congregacional por las mañanas.

so that there is always good congregational singing service in the mornings.

Que el Señor Jesús te bendiga y recuerda que el canto alegra el corazón.
