y él las regirá con vara de hierro, y él pisa el lagar del vino de furor y de la ira del Dios Todopoderoso.

and he will rule them with a rod of iron, and he treads the winepress of the fury and wrath of Almighty God.

And on his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth.

And I saw the beast and its armies gathered to wage war against the one who sat on the horse and against his army.

and turns those anxieties into tools for historical change.

Dios no nos lleva de aquí.

God does not take us from here.

Sino que el aquí y el ahora, con todos sus insabores,

But rather the here and now, with all its unpleasantness,

Dios los convertirá en un mundo nuevo y distinto.

God will turn them into a new and different world.

This historic change breaks the molds of the old world that we sadly lost.

Y como en el caso de la caída de la Gran Babilonia,

And like in the case of the fall of Great Babylon,

ustedes van a ver en el capítulo 18, hay un lamento por la Babilonia que cayó.

You will see in chapter 18, there is a lament for fallen Babylon.

A pesar que era la Babilonia el imperio del mal.

Although Babylon was the empire of evil.

Pero todavía se lamenta su caída.

But he still laments his fall.

A los grandes imperios hay su lamento porque también en un tiempo ofrecieron cosas positivas.

Great empires have their lament because at one time they also offered positive things.

Un mundo y un cielo nuevo.

A new world and a new sky.

Nuestras vidas serán instrumentos que Dios usa para traer una nueva era y una nueva forma de existir.

Our lives will be instruments that God uses to bring about a new era and a new way of existing.

Y eso es lo que quiero traerles a ustedes en esta tarde.

And that is what I want to bring to you this afternoon.

Primeramente, este capítulo, como yo les dije,

Firstly, this chapter, as I told you,

yo no creo que es tanto de un rapto de llevarnos a un mundo fuera de aquí

I don't think it's so much about a rapture taking us to a world away from here.

with the things that God has for us.

For us, but we still take hits from life.

Y a veces nos preguntamos, pero ¿por qué es que Dios está haciendo esto?

And sometimes we ask ourselves, but why is God doing this?

Nosotros no conocemos todo lo que hay detrás de la mente de Dios.

We do not know everything that is behind the mind of God.
